hello danganronpa mutual i need some help for a small joke. who is like a well-known controversial character (other than nagito komaeda i mean). like someone that would start fandom discourse. someone that people would be like ‘they did nothing wrong’ whether being serious or as a joke. better yet if it’s a joke. who’s your favorite little messed up meow meow
Hiiiiiiiiiiiiii Peach!!
The secret is that all danganronpa characters are at least a little controversial. Yes even Monokuma.
Ngl tho my first thought for “well known and controversial” was definitely Kokichi Ouma. He’s like komaeda levels of controversial but if he didn’t breach containment quiiiite as much (at least from what I’ve witnessed)
Other well known and controversial is DEFINITELY Junko Enoshima. Not to spoil a ten year old game but this asshole ended the world AND made her fursona the mascot for it. Also she brainwashed an entire class of kids into becoming terrorists. And caused like 2.3k students to kill themselves. Also she probably puts the milk before the cereal. Saying she’s done nothing wrong would be funny as fuck

Alternate Thieves in Time ending: instead of the battle against Le Paradox taking place in the present day, it's during some other time period in the past.
Why? So that Clockwerk can arrive and kill Le Paradox
I would have loved for Clockwerk to return in the game besides just easter eggs sightings in the background but bringing a villain back over and over can be really tiring (case in point: kingdom hearts). This would have been a cool way to still keep his involvement fairly limited to avoid that recurring villain problem but also have him play a role in the time travel game. The easter egg cameos wouldn't just be cameos, they're Clockwerk keeping an eye on his prey and finding out who's trying to interfere with his revenge on the Cooper clan
And Clockwerk would never let someone else kill a Cooper instead of him

my annoying kh fan trait is disliking that post where the first two parts are like "these characters are the same person while these more identical characters arent" and then the third addition is terranort which is like. just possession. a common trope and something that is easily deducted by the visuals

So... this is an idea that I don't know if many will agree with, but I'm putting it out there, anyway.
I feel like, for obvious reasons, Buffy and Angel would always have trauma with the idea of him calling her "Buff."
(Unless, in the future, they managed to talk it out and eventually managed to heal from that, so that eventually he could. That's a great option, too.)
But nicknames are adorable. And while usually I'm opposed to someone in fanon calling a character something they didn't in canon (except in the Kingdom Heart fandom, Sora calling Kairi "Kai," but there's a tiny bit of precedent for that), what if way in the future (after a lot of character development and them having a life together, of course, and them being super comfortable with each other) he called her "Fy" for short some times? (Pronounced like the last part of Buffy's name is pronounced, of course. Or how people sometimes might call a "Fiona" "Fi" for short, for example.)
It might be cute. Especially if it's a special nickname that only he calls her, since if anyone else wants to shorten her name, they just use "Buff". I don't know.
