Why did you eventually decide to stop studying dental hygiene? Sorry if you already answered this question many times, but you wrote in your faq that you would rather become a dental hygienist than a full-time artist. I think it's really cool of you to pursue that path, though! You're so talented and already on a professional level, in my opinion :o

I finished studying dental hygiene and I’ve been working as a dental hygienist for nearly 4 years now. (I’m probably older than you think I am haha.) I was fine with splitting my time between that and art until the former started taking its toll on my back, shoulders, arms, and just everything despite my good ergonomic posture. Once, it’d gotten to the point where I couldn’t move, let alone draw.

The whole point of me taking up a non-art job was so that I could freely do my art without worrying about finances. (ie, the ~*~*safe route*~*~) But as things are, it’s interfering with my art, motivation, and health, which is why I am biting the bullet and simply letting this profession go.

And technically, I /am/ a professional artist and have been for a long time so I thought it was about time I pursue this path like I was meant to. Thanks for your kind words. ^^

how long does it usually take you to finish an illustration?

hmmmm it really depends on the complexity!!! it also really depends on how lazy i am feeling though too, tbh hahaha, so i think i’d say anywhere between one and ten hours, with things tending to average around three hours

Welche Animes/Manga magst du zur Zeit eigentlich noch, falls ich fragen darf? :)

hmmmm zur zeit?

bin leider sehr busy, deswegen kommen manga und anime zu kurz weil die sehr timeconsuming sind ; v ; ich kann nur bedingt Anime beim zeichnen gucken, wenn es einfaches japanisch hat wie z.b. Yu-Gi-Oh!

aber im moment les ich mich z.b. durch die Sammelbände von Erica Sakurazawa, die ganz nettes, sehr leichtes slice of life Josei macht~

und auch wenn ich keine zeit habe, kaufe ich mir fleissig Lindbergh, Tokyo Ghoul, und Donten ni Warau weiter ´ v ` 9

von Tokyo Ghoul hab ich aber noch nich die neue Season angefangen, genauso wenig wie bei Durarara!! oder Kuroko no Basuke T v T ;;;

ich schaffe es nur Jojo’s Bizarre Adventrue, my one and true love, treu zu bleiben *maniac laughter every friday* EDIT: WOW ICH HAB YOWAMUSHI PEDAL VOLL VERDRÄNGT ……. cries, das hole ich auch nach und nach immer auf
