He talks about Harvard about how when compared to protagonists in their games and other detective-based games is more unhinged and refuses to be gentle towards anything in his way. He doesn’t care of what people think of him and just goes on with life and solving crimes.

I am not sure, but either it happen because of his trauma over his mother’s death or it will be revealed he has a sweeter side of him.

And considering some of the stuff he says in the demo:

Yep, he definitely nails the point hard. Although I really hope that he at least goes through character development during the game that makes him more calmer and he gets over his mother’s death.

When the first met, Harvard has only heard about Yuma’s reputation as the Death Detective who culprits died once they are revealed. Harvard is terrified but deeply interested in meeting this detective. But when he mets Yuma, he confused at why do they look so small and was expecting somebody much…… creepier.

Well, until he meets Shinigami.

Harvard: Who the hell are you?

Shinigami: Well,

Harvard: Yeah, you’re definitely a cosplayer.

When he first sees her, he wonders how he got to this moment in the first place. All while being taunted at this odd woman and being thrown down a wormhole to someplace horrible.

When Harvard and Yuma ends up in the Mystery Labyrinth, Harvard wonders if

When Yuma explains her and his powers, Harvard IMMEDIATELY calls him out for using dangerous powers and calling him a criminal who pretends to be a detective. However, he mumbles to himself that
