"That tickles a bit," Jihoon giggled a little as you patted his neck with a soft cushion. "Sorry, Jihoonie. I'm finished soon," you smiled at his smile, patting a bit faster. "Nooo it's OK. I like it," he winked. You laughed, Jihoon was not shy. Unbeknownst to you, on a chair beside Jihoon, sat an even taller blonde guy staring at the whole interaction with red eyes. Haruto, your boyfriend — who you would otherwise notice in a crowd — was sitting on Jihoon's left which meant your back was turned to the poor boy. Since YG had a dating ban, he couldn't say anything he wanted in this situation, like 'look at me instead' or '누나, stop laughing with that stupid guy, please' or 'pay attention to me' or 'can we switch makeup artists so I can be with my girlfriend?' because everyone knew that if he so much as hugged you or held your hand in front of other staff members they would betray the company for some money from dirty, disgusting Dispatch. All Haruto could do was sit and huff, hoping you would for no logical reason just turn around and see him and stop doing Jihoon's makeup to compliment his hair.

Done with Jihoon, you went to one of the tables with drinks to take a sip or your iced americano, thirsty af. While drinking you noticed Doyoung (who was also finished with his makeup) had smudged his lip tint when he drank from a chocolate milk packet without a straw and, naturally, you went up to him to repaint his lips as a makeup artist should do. Haruto was staring at you on the mirror as you focused on Doyoung's lips and lightly dapped them with your finger. It looked so intimate to him; your finger tips touching his lips. He knew it was part of your job and that to you this was a mundane action like cleaning your EarPods/headphones or scrolling through TikTok or doing laundry — but it still hurt a bit.

"Looks perfect now! No chocolate milk until after the VLive, OK Doyoungie?" you said, arms crossed jokingly, knowing the boy liked snacking. 'Doyoungie' pouted jokingly — and totally unnecessarily — as he nodded "Yes, 누나, don't worry." You laughed. Haruto was pouting now but unlike Doyoung it was not in a joking way. He wishes you were paying this much attention to him instead of his members. He knew it was your job to make sure everyone looked good but in this specific instance it still hurt his feelings. He had just coloured his hair blonde, which was a huge shift for him as he'd never had to colour his hair so dramatically for a comeback, and he didn't like it and needed all your reassurance. His hair stuck out like a sore thumb so how didn't you even notice him? How come you noticed such a small detail on Doyoung's makeup? Why were you even looking at his lips so attentively? Why didn't you notice Haruto who'd been only two meters away from you for the past half hour?

His makeup artist gave him a thumbs up, signalling she was finished with his makeup which meant he just had to wait until Hyunsuk's awful hairstylist was finished and then Treasure could finally start their VLive. Haruto sat down by one of the large tables with everyone's drinks, again only a few meters away from you, and moved a few blonde strands to look a bit awkward on purpose, hoping your hawk eye would notice so you'd come to correct his hair. But no! You were busy with complimenting Asahi on the pretty ring he got to wear for the VLive, so another stylist came to fix Haruto's hair, combing it a bit and moving some hair strands away from his eyes, in a way that would've felt romantic had it been you who did it instead — oh, how he wishes you were touching his hair instead and looking into his eyes.

During the VLive, the boys were celebrating their comeback and playing fun games to entertain the viewers. Some of the staff were monitoring the comments to see what games were popular or boring among the fans so they know what to plan for future VLives. You were in the styling room, the boys were in the room that had been decorated and prepared for the VLive, watching the live and laughing at Asahi's robot infamous dance that people kept asking him to do no matter how old it was and Junkyu's fun energy and Yoshi's lobster hat he had to wear as a punishment for losing a game. Out of curiousity, you looked at the comments, happy to see many positive comments drowning out the few bad ones — however, you noticed something a bit odd.

What? You had noticed your boyfriend was a very active participant in this VLive, talking more than usual and joking around, coming up with the idea to play 야자 time so he could talk to his older members informally (especially Jihoon, Doyoung and Asahi for some weird reason), teasing Doyoung before Doyoung makes the first move to tease him, even pushing Jihoon lightly so he wouldn't win a point for his team. You hadn't thought too much of it until you saw the comments.

After the VLive the boys were exhausted, their social batteries lowered, smiles and laughs all spent to entertain the fans. Now they were all ready to have something to eat or take a nap (if you were Hyunsuk).

"Ahhh finally I can have my chocolate milk!" Doyoung exhaled, gulping down everything in one go, to which Haruto rolled his eyes.

You waved to him. He walked up to you, ruffling his hair a bit, hoping you'll fix it finally, "Did you see today's VLive, Miss?"

"Yeah, you acted a bit strange in the VLive today... Are you OK?"

"Strange? By that you mean my team won all games thanks to me. I did a good job, right Miss?"

"Of course, you did a really good job," you patted his arm, not sure if he was open to hugging in front of his members.

"Thanks, Miss," he smiled a bit, looking at the floor, making it very obvious you should look at his hair.

You giggled, grabbing his chin to make him look at you, "You don't need to keep calling me Miss you know? Only the members are here."

"You don't like it?"

"I mean, it's not bad but it's not good either. Feels a bit distant," you shrugged.

"Sorry, I just did it out of habit." That was a lie. He only ever referred to you as 'Miss' sometimes when managers or other staff, especially from outside companies, were present in meetings, after performances, interviews or at variety shows but after VLives he'd only ever call you 누나 since the styling room was only filled with his member and they knew about the relationship already.

"Are you hungry, Haruto?"

"Hm. A little."

"You feel like eating kimchi stew?"

He nodded.

"Ruto, are you coming?" Jaehyuk asked, holding the door open.

"No, sorry I'll see you guys later."

"OK, bye," everyone waved, leaving you two alone in the room.

"You never answered my question," you held his arm and dragged him to sit down with you on one of the empty sofas.

"What do you mean?" he looked down at his shoes.

"Are you OK?"

"Mhm," he avoided your eyes, finding it hard showing himself vulnerable in this way.

You sat closer to him and held his cheeks, turning him to look at you, "Something tells me my boyfriend isn't telling me the truth.

His cheeks and ears were turning red. Such a small touch meant so much to him right now, especially when you combed your fingers through his hair, making sure no hair strands were blocking your eye contact — oh and combine that with proudly calling him your boyfriend and now he's a strawberry. He felt his breathing changing, stopping for a moment before going faster.

"This is the first time you looked at me today, 누나," he pouted a bit.

"Oh... I'm sorry, Boyfriend, I didn't realise," you felt awful.

"I sat right beside Jihoon during makeup time, you know?" he made his pout bigger.

You were shocked, having been so focused on doing his makeup that you didn't even realise Haruto was right behind you.

"And then you noticed Doyoung's lips and complimented Asahi and stuff and I just got a bit jealous. It felt like I wasn't even your boyfriend but more like someone looking at your life from the outside."

You held his hand in yours, playing with it and squeezing gently. "I'm so sorry but it's also my job to do their makeup and when we're with other staff it's not safe for me to act like your girlfriend."

"I know and that's not the frustrating part, it's just you paid sooo much attention to them and none to me and I just felt ignored. Sometimes I just wish I could go up to you and ask for a hug or do anything a normal couple would," he still pouted, looking you in the eyes.

"I'm sorry, Boyfriend," you pecked his nose. That made him smile!

"I wish I could hold your hand and tell you encouraging words or give you a good luck kiss before every performance but I can't. Just know that I'm silently cheering for you and sending you lots of love." You pulled him into a hug and he kept his face in your neck, taking in your scent and warmth and closing his eyes, so comfortable.

His voice was muffled by your neck, "I understand that but 누나, please, pay attention to me more. Even in front of the stylists. I don't mean a kiss or hug— Even if it's just something as simple as fixing my clothes or makeup or hair. Anything. Please?"

"I will, Boyfriend," you placed a small kiss on the top of his head, he smiled.

"Also... Can you like not act so cutesy to the guys? That hurt a bit," he hid his face in your neck, a bit embarrassed to admit he's jealous.

You giggled, "Awww was my little boyfriend jealous?"

You loved calling him little since he was so tall and it made him blush.

"Mhm," he pouted, blushing now.

You cupped his cheek, "I understand," you gave him a small kiss on his nose, "I didn't notice I was being cute but I'll definitely give you a bit more attention instead."

He nodded cutely and kissed your lips quickly.

"Can we stay here for a little longer?"

"Of course," you kissed his forehead.

It was a little uncomfortable to keep hugging in this sitting position so you got up and sat on his lap, wrapping him in your arms, his face in your chest now. "You look so cute in blonde hair," you kissed the top of his head.

He smiled against your skin, "Thank you, 누나."

You stroked his back with one hand and petted his hair with the other, Haruto blushed, happy you couldn't see his strawberry cheeks. Right now you didn't even need to speak, just enjoying each other's touch and breathing. It wasn't awkward. Silence is very comfortable sometimes, especially with your introvert boyfriend. He placed his head on the left side of your chest, listening to your heartbeat. You smiled. "I love you."

"I love you too. So much."

he doesn’t know if he loves or hates the way he can’t drink coffee anymore unless it’s yours, but all cafes have become irrelevant to him. he doesn’t care if those cafe’s have fresh artisan crafted beans, or have some special rose cream foam at all. it doesn’t matter even if your coffee is literally an instant coffee packet that you just add chocolate powder to - it’s the best coffee in the world and there’s no telling him otherwise. jihoon doesn’t actually know much about the differences of coffee, if he actually likes the taste of it, or if he just likes to correlate the image of you across the counter from him having breakfast together, but his favorite thing is seeing you first thing in the morning when you plan to meet for a day together, and you’re already sitting on the couch in their dorm with two mugs of coffee on the table in front of you.

our sleepy baby is a homebody at heart (so am i kyu, i feel you), but that doesn’t mean he won’t leave home when it comes to you inviting him places. maybe it’s more so because you seem to know exactly when he actually does feel like going out, but kyu finds it absolutely freaking heartwarming when you tell him excitedly about a place you want to visit with him or take him too. he feels special in that he’s the one you go to, not anyone else, when you want to experience something new with him because he might be interested. new experiences can be scary, but being with someone you trust makes them a tad bit less. so find new cafes, or restaurants, or art studios. tell him all about it because he will totally be down to try new things with you!

yoon jaehyuk gives me falling in love with someone even sweeter than him vibes. is that possible? almost not because we all know this boy is the embodiment of all things precious and sweet. but the moment this boy lays his eyes on you as you take his order at a cafe he stumbles upon one day, he falls head over heels for you and the way you seem to always recommend the perfect things for him to try every time he visits. further into your official relationship, jae lives for the times you go to him first whenever you try out a new recipe, bringing him the first batch of whatever pastry or dessert you bake. some are meh and the most others are drool-worthy, but jae finishes everything you make him nonetheless because the fact that you put your hard work into something and came to him first makes him realize how much trust you have in him in seeing possible flaws in your work.

please, every single time a tweet or weverse comes out with this boy’s film work, i literally swoon bc how is asahi literally the epitome of my aesthetic? he has the most beautiful pieces of photography ever and captures the smallest yet important moments with the members. that one thread of his film photos while he was out with ruto, hwan, jaehyuk, and i think also jeongwoo? those are my favorite roommates right there. that being said, because a lot of times, asahi takes candid photos of others in their natural state, he finds himself feeling really important and wanted when you show him a photo you had secretly taken of him. to him, it kind of feels like your way of saying, “hey, i think you’re beautiful in the times you might not think you are, because you’re perfect to me no matter what.” this bby wouldn’t know how to react when you show him because he’s so overwhelmed with emotion that he kind of just smiles and shrinks into himself, PLS he’s so adorable.

ah kim doyoung, our resident angel. we all know how our precious boy (or literally all of treasure) is so respectful of everyone whether he’s close with them or not, but his manner hands whenever he’s passing stuff to someone, or the way he seems to feed or give food to others before himself is something that tells me that our dobby would be absolutely enamored with someone with the same mannerisms. the first time he took you out to a family dinner (family dinner meaning a dinner with the other members), he would literally swoon when he catches you holding your hand under his sleeve when he’s reaching for something at the table, or when he catches you sneaking his favorite chicken pieces onto his plate. dobby sees you sitting back to let the other boys serve themselves before you, or to hand dish plates past you before taking food for yourself, and he can’t help but think about how perfect you guys are for each other.

the way you get along with his sister

we know that haruto loves airi so so much. the way he speaks about her and thinks about her during tmap so 37 (?) shows how much he loves his family, and how much he protects and cares for his sister. so when haruto sees you and airi playing and joking around with each other, completely comfortable with skinship as if she were your own little sister, he absolutely melts. just knowing that there’s someone other than his family that can make her smile has him feeling some kind of way, and a fond smile can’t help but make his way onto his face. he might tease you, asking if you like his sister better than him and pretending his heart doesn’t skip a beat when he sees you braiding airi’s hair, but the question alone just shows that he appreciates that you’re getting along with his family (and that he might be a little jealous lol).

mr. i can’t take a compliment but i will hype literally everyone i care about. ah, our lovely boy. our jeongwoo’s always been a little shy - no matter how loud he is, he’s still a true introvert and this might be why he finds it hard to take compliments easily. it breaks my heart when he says things that imply that he’s not handsome or that the other members are more handsome than he is because he’s so beautiful on the inside and outside, so i think that his s/o should often remind him of this. he would definitely feel butterflies when you compliment anything about him, his voice, his look for the day, his skills, his personality, blushing and looking down with a smile because he doesn’t know where to look. ask him why he’s so handsome, ask him what made him look so pretty, ask him why he’s so talented and amazing that you can’t believe how lucky you are to have him - this boy will not know what to do with himself. jeongwoo is so so so precious, and i hope that he realizes how much we all love him because he deserves the world. fun fact: jeongwoo is the first member i noticed (besides having already known yedam from the skz survival show) because i thought he was so pretty and funny lol.

i think we’re all well aware that our poor baby is just working his butt off to survive high school and i want to commend him immensely for all the hard work he’s put in academically while balancing the idol life. i don’t think i could ever survive a lifestyle as fast-paced as the one this boy lives and i’m so extremely proud of him for it. that being said, something tells me that junghwan would just absolutely appreciate any help and support you would give him while he’s balancing practice and school work. whether it be quizzing him for the next big exam he has or helping him out with chores just so that he doesn’t have to worry about them, he will fall for you a little bit more than he already has. he might not outright ask you for help, but the way that you somehow pick up on what he needs without him saying anything has him feeling a little more butterflies in his stomach just because of the way you know him so well without him even having to mention anything.

Pairing: Haruto Watanabe x gn!Reader

Summary: Who knew kisses could be so disastrous when painting your nails.

Warnings: established relationship

"I don't understand how you can mess this up so bad!" Haruto sighs as he cleans the polish from your fingernails.

You giggle as he wipes the last of the color from your nails; his touch is gentle as he holds your hand in his.

"I don't know! I just can't paint the nail without painting some of the skin as well! How do you even do that?!" you complain as he sets the now color-stained cotton ball aside.

Haruto rolls his eyes as he ramages through the nail polish bottles in his little makeup bag, "So, what color do you want to paint it?"

"Mm…Black and red!" you grin at him and he stops looking in the bag, turning to face you.

"So, like mine?"

"Yes!"

Haruto huffs, but you can see how the corners of his lips tug upwards, threating to break into a smile.

"Since when did you become so sappy?"

He finds the two colors in his bag and sets them on the table next to you. He takes your right hand in his, thumb brushing over your fingers as he opens the black polish bottle.

"Since you started getting so embarrassed about it." you smile at him smugly and Haruto gives you a dirty look before he focuses on your nails again.

"I am not embarrassed!" he tries keeping his voice monotone, eyes glued on your fingers as he paints them, deliberately avoiding your face.

"Mmm." you mumble as you stare at him and the growing blush on his cheeks.

He paints your thumb, your index and small fingers black, finishing your right hand and then moving on the left one. He dyes your index and middle fingers black before putting the cap of the nail polish back in the bottle, closing it.

He notices you staring at him with a smile on your face, but chooses to ignore it. But, when your gaze still follows him as he twists open the red polish bottle and starts painting the remaining fingers red, he can't help but ask.

"What?"

Your smile grows bigger, but you shake your head, "Nothing."

He raises an eyebrow and glances at you suspiciously before lowering his face to finish with your right hand.

"Do I have something on my face?"

When you don't reply, he raises his head to look at you and you bring your hand closer to his face. He is taken a bit aback, leaning back by instinct.

"It's just an eyelash." you lie and he brings his hand to his face in an attempt to find it.

"Wait, let me do it!"

Haruto stares at you and puts his hand down as you cup his face, thumb stroking the skin under his left eye. He closes his eyes instinctively as you caress the skin and the nonexistent eyelash.

You bite your lip, trying not to laugh at his soft expression. You lean closer and connect your lips to his, in a gentle kiss. Haruto keeps his eyes closed, his breath catching in the back of his throat as you kiss him softly. His lips move to match yours and they taste like chocolate.

You break the kiss, slowly opening your eyes to look at Haruto who parts his lips, lingering at the feeling of your lips on his. A moment later he flutters his eyes open and you smile at him as you make eye contact.

His face immediately turns red and he grabs your left hand, lowering his head supposedly to look better at your nails, but mostly to cover his blush. His red ears still peak out from his long, dark hair and you chuckle, finding his embarrassment adorable.

He paints till the last nail, humming satisfied as he places the cap back in the nail polish bottle and turns to you.

"Do you like them?"

You extend your hands in front of you and admire your newly painted nails and grin.

"I love them! Thank you!" you say excitedly and jump towards him.

"Wait they haven't dried yet-" Haruto exclaims as your body crashes into his and your lips meet again, taking his breath away.

He soon forgets about your freshly painted nails and melts into the kiss, his arms wrapping around your body. You lock your hands around his neck and bend your head to the side to have better access to his lips. He pulls you closer and you stumble forward on the floor, grabbing his cardigan for balance as he deepens the kiss.

You moan as his tongue licks your bottom lip and you open your mouth, letting his tongue slip inside. You tug his hair roughly and he groans into the kiss, pulling you harder against his chest.

You break the kiss, both of you breathing heavily as you stare into each other's eyes. Haruto bites his bottom lip as he tries to contain his smile, but fails miserably the moment you playfully poke his nose.

That is until he notices your nails, suddenly grabbing your hand and bringing it on his eye level; eyes squinting to look at it. He sighs disappointed and loosens his grip on it, letting it fall to your side.

"We will have to re-paint them!"

anyways, i just had this idea for a scenario when i saw 0104's pics on han river recently!! can i request a haruto scenario wherein you are hanging out with the 0104 guys (OR MAYBE EVEN T5) and bf!haruto just kinda got a little jealous when you give him no attention because jeongwoo/junghwan just entertains you so much and you give them all the attention becayse they're like dongsaengs to you??? watanabe haruto shook his head as you raised your brows, challenging him to confess his true feelings.

while you were at the han river, you tried teaching jeongwoo how to ride a bike, since the younger had confided in you, letting you know he didn’t know how.

but your biking lessons seemed to be disturbed by your boyfriend, haruto.

the raven-haired male was stuck to your side like glue, making it impossible to teach his best friend.

“ruto, seriously. get it together.” you smiled, amused by his behavior. “i was just teaching him how to ride a bike. why are you being jealous?”

“shut up, i’m not jealous!”

“oh, you’re so jealous.”

haruto frowned. “am not!” he shook his head. “i’m not jealous; i’m being absolutely reasonable,” he explained, making you burst into a fit of giggles.

“no, you are not!” you laughed, shaking your head. “this isn't reasonable at all.”

“stop laughing!” haruto whined, brows furrowed in annoyance. “so what if i'm jealous? what then, huh?!”

you smiled. “really, ruto? are you jealous? of jeongwoo? seriously?” you asked, your voice was quiet as you spoke.

“maybe i am a little jealous, okay? honestly, though, who wouldn’t be?”

“jealousy doesn’t suit you, my love. don't fret your pretty head over all this.”

haruto sighed, covering his face in embarrassment as he thought over the situation he got himself into.

he never meant to get jealous like this. he knew you were just helping jeongwoo, but he couldn't help the way he felt.

haruto trusted you both, but when you took this much care of jeongwoo, haruto couldn't help but feel jealous of the attention his best friend received from you.

“gosh, i never would have thought i’d ever be jealous about things like this,” he grumbled under his breath, shaking his head. “you must think i’m stupid, huh?”

you nodded, giggling at the way your boyfriend’s face fell. “you are stupid. stupid, because i can’t believe you don’t know how much i love you.” you smiled widely.

“really? you mean that?” he asked, confused.

“hey, look at me.” you held his face in your hands. “i’m yours, and no one can change that, okay? i love you, not anyone else. you.”

“i love you, y/n.” haruto smiled, leaning closer as he placed his lips against yours. “thank you for making me feel better.”

before you could respond, jeongwoo’s voice grabbed the attention of you two, and you turned towards him as you watched him ride his bicycle around in circles.

“look, y/n! ruto!” he yelled, excited. “i’m riding a bike!”

the two of you exchanged proud looks, excitedly cheering in unison as you watched the younger male do his first solo bike ride.

jaehyuk and asahi watched you all from the sides, glad you two talked it out and everything was back to normal.

they were worried when you dragged haruto to the side, having noted the male’s odd behavior, but seeing you two in big smiles assured them everything was fine.

“i never knew haruto was the jealous type,” jaehyuk admitted, amused. “that too, jealous of jeongwoo.”

asahi shrugged. “eh, there are days where you crave more affection than the rest. today was one of those days for haruto,” he explained.

“i’m glad they sorted it out, though.”

“yeah, me too.”

jeongwoo biked towards the couple, beaming as he looked at you. “y/n, you wanna race? i think i can beat you,” he challenged, his eyes sparkling with excitement.

“oh, like heck you can! i literally taught you how to ride a bike.” you scoffed, grabbing your bike and sitting on it. “you think you can outdo the master?!”

“i don’t think i can beat you. i know i can!”

“you are so on, park jeongwoo!”

haruto stared between the two of you, shaking his head with a smile. “now, what happened to the conversation we were just having?” he asked, pretending to be upset.

you bit back a smile. “woo is like my brother, ruto. you are my boyfriend.” you shrugged. “bros before hoes, dude!” you announced, pedaling away with jeongwoo as fast as you could.

watanabe haruto stood in his spot, shell-shocked, as he watched his girlfriend and best friend laugh at his expressions. he placed his hands on his hips, shaking his head as he looked at them.

“this is outrageous, y/n! i demand more attention! you said you love me!”

all Haruto wants is to make it to lunch so he can nap. all you want is to make sure you get into your first university choice on a scholarship. aka you also want the highest grades. that's a bit of a problem, especially when the two of you keep getting in each other's way.

squeak. squeak. squeak. squeak.

someone in class had been shaking their leg up and down for the past ten minutes, driving you crazy as you tried to take notes. their rubber shoes were making sounds as they hit the linoleum floor and you were about to throw your own shoe at whoever it was.

"Haruto. stop shaking your leg and pay attention. it's bad luck," Yoshinori, the top student whispered somewhere behind you.

Haruto scoffed in response but stopped, and finally your ears were at peace. you were so happy you could give Yoshi a kiss or something--

squeak. squeak. squeak.

you gritted your teeth together. just 6 more minutes of class and all of this would be over.

no.

you couldn't do it.

you suddenly got up and everyone's eyes turned to you.

"teacher, i really need to use the washroom," you said before storming off, not even giving your teacher a chance to reply.

you washed your face and took a few deep breaths before hurrying back, not wanting to miss the lesson. luckily, you were able to get all the important parts noted down before lunch.

"finally, lunch!" Haruto exclaimed, standing up and doing a booty jiggle in joy.

his friends all laughed and you sighed, turning to him with a glare.

"stop being disruptive during class. you're annoying enough during lunch anyway, so save it for then," you said before you walked away.

Haruto simply watched you with a glare. he didn't get why you were always such a party pooper.

in the cafeteria, Haruto wanted to quickly eat so he could head back to class and nap before lunch ended. so, he cut in line. seeing one of his friends near the front, he slid in next to them and quickly picked up a tray.

you, being a few people behind him and having waited five minutes so far just to get to this spot, found it hard to tolerate the tall boy's actions.

"hey, Ruto! don't cut in line. head to the back, we've all been waiting for ages," you shouted, sternly.

Haruto threw you a glare, actually kind of scaring you.

"don't call me Ruto. only my friends call me that. and stop acting like we're close and you can order me around," he replied, returning to his food.

his voice was deep and his eyes looked at you from behind his lids. your heart raced out of probable fear the whole time he interacted with you but once he was gone, all you could do was scoff.

thud.

your hand slammed down on Haruto's desk. he woke up dazed but sat upright, somewhat fearing for his life.

"no one cuts in line and gets away with it," you grumbled.

then, you grabbed Haruto's water bottle and splashed some in his face. he was seething with anger.

"and this is for being so loud during class," you huffed.

Yoshi watched everything from the seat beside Haruto while holding back laughter, shocked at your attitude.

"do you think getting the top grades makes you all that?!" Haruto exclaimed while standing up, his voice cracking because of how angry he was.

everyone held back their laughter after hearing the pitch of his voice.

"shut up, all of you!" Haruto screeched before storming out of the class.

during phys ed class, two teams were formed for badminton.

"the class president and the student with the highest grades in this class will form the two teams. team captains, pick your teammates and then we can begin," the teacher explained, organizing the rackets and birdies.

you eyed Yoshi as he began to pick his teammates. Haruto. Jaehyuk. Jeongwoo. Asahi. all his friends. you scoffed and leaned against a net.

"if you don't get picked by Yoshi or if you simply don't wanna be on that team, come here," you said, matter-of-factly.

you were surprised to see a lot of people joined you. after dividing everyone into pairs to play doubles, you decided you would play singles, since there was an odd number of students.

when it was time to start, you waited at a net for your opponent. Haruto came marching over, looking relaxed but clearly bottling up some anger.

"did you wanna play against me or was it Yoshi's decision?" you asked, practicing swinging your racket.

"if i beat you today, you're gonna let me cut in line at lunch, let me be as loud as i want in class, and let me sleep whenever i want," Haruto said, serving.

"if i win then you stay quiet, don't cut in lines, and you owe me another wish that i haven't decided," you replied as you returned the serve.

Haruto faced sideways as he ran to hit the birdie, and you noticed his long locks in a ponytail. it's cute, you found yourself thinking.

"why do you get another wish and i don't?" Haruto complained.

"because you asked for three things and i only asked for two."

you smashed the birdie down while Haruto was giving you a confused look, earning you your first point.

the game continued, and even though the rest of your classmates were having fun and taking breaks, you and Haruto were taking things extra seriously.

by the end of the class hour, you had won by three points and Haruto's hair was stuck to his forehead. despite hating the mere sight of him, you still offered him some of your water.

"thanks," he said before chugging it down. you watched his adam's apple bob up and down... then realized he finished all your water and left none for you.

"Haruto!" you yelled after him.

he smirked and grinned at the ground while he walked away.

"so. i won the game, right? you're gonna be quiet in class, right?" you asked Haruto at his desk.

he glared at you slightly before replying, "yeah but you never said for how long. could be a minute. could be an hour. could be months."

he had his chin resting on his palm as he smiled up at you with a mischievous smirk.

"you know exactly what i mean and if you act up, i'm not helping you on our group project."

"group project?"

"class, today i'll be telling you about a new assignment. it's a group project and i used a random generator to decide the pairs," the teacher spoke up just then.

you smirked at Haruto this time, keeping eye contact as both of your names were called.

"Haruto and y/n will be together," the teacher said.

Haruto looked at you with disgust as you mouthed to him to stay quiet, or else you'd make him fail the group project. luckily, he did as he was told.

you waited for Haruto at a café. he was five minutes late and you were trying hard not to call him and yell at him as soon as he picked up. you did yell at him when he arrived, though.

"and where in the hell were you? the café's practically closing!" you huffed as the tall boy approached.

he didn't bat an eye as he sat across you.

"y/n, it's so busy. they're open for like 6 more hours, still," he explained, rolling his eyes at you while trying to hide a smile.

"whatever. anyways, do you have any topic ideas?"

"no. i thought you were deciding that, mx 'i get all the top grades'," Haruto joked.

you stuck your tongue out at him and pulled out your notebook. he was right, though. you actually had decided on some topics.

after choosing one and starting your research, dividing the work and starting the process, the two of you parted ways for the night.

on presentation day, Haruto was nowhere to be found. you called him about a hundred times, asked all his friends, but there was no trace of him. still, you had to present, so you tried your best. though, you could only present for 5 minutes instead of 10 since Haruto wasn't there to do his part, and the teacher told you you would lose marks for it.

and boy, did you lose marks.

you got a 25% out of 100%. in other words, a complete fail. even after pleading the teacher to understand the situation, they explained to you that rules are rules. if a partner is absent, thats 50% of your grade gone. and the other 25% was because you weren't able to properly present without Haruto, showing the holes in your knowledge.

"but i'm the top student! you know i know what i'm doing," you whined to the teacher.

"no exceptions, y/n. i feel bad, i really do, but there's nothing i can do," the teacher explained.

the next day, Haruto hobbled into class on crutches. you felt relief seeing his little ponytail bobbing up and down as he tried to walk to his desk. then, you felt anger.

"where the hell were you yesterday?" you growled at the boy, who had just managed to take a seat.

"do you not see i'm literally injured?" he said back with a frown.

"you could've told me, at least! or sent me your part so i could present it! i got a 25% because of you," you complained.

"it's just a grade, get over it."

Haruto's words were like a punch in your face. 'get over it'? how could you get over it when getting into your dream university was the only thing on your mind right now?

your eyes started to fill with tears. you were so full of anger you didn't know what to do, it felt like a kettle was boiling and whistling within but there was no way to remove it from the stove. so, you stormed off before you could even get the chance to cause trouble.

"hey, that was really harsh, Ruto," Yoshi quietly told his friend with a concerned look.

Haruto shrugged and rolled his eyes, but inside he was a bit worried. as much as the two of you were not on the greatest terms, he knew what he said was wrong. what he didn't know was how to make it right.

"go after them and apologize," Yoshi suggested.

Haruto didn't hesitate for a second before he got up and ran out of the classroom, trying to find where you ran off to.

after searching for some time, he slowed his steps when he heard quiet sobs coming from the empty music classroom. hoping it wasn't you, he slowly approached the class and peeked in through the slightly ajar door.

"y/n?" a deep voice called out your name.

you quickly wiped your eyes and looked up to find Haruto, a worried look on his face. vulnerable and exposed, you didn't know what to do.

"hey, y/n i'm sorry for what i said. that wasn't cool of me. and i'm also sorry i couldn't let you know i wouldn't make it to class. i'll try to explain to the teacher so just... please.. don't be sad," Haruto almost pleaded the last line. his heart was completely shattered seeing your puffy eyes and tear-stained face.

you took the hand that he extended out to you as he helped you stand up, and he walked you to the bathroom.

"wash up and come back to class, okay? but if you're not feeling well and want to go home, i can take notes for you," Haruto said.

"you? take notes?" you almost laughed.

Haruto smiled seeing you in a brighter state.

"yes, dummy. let me make it up to you," he said, ruffling your hair and walking away.

you could hear and feel your heartbeat, somehow missing Haruto's presence the second he turned his back on you. even though you were so angry just moments before, receiving such a sincere apology eased all your worries. you finally knew what to use your badminton wish on.

"here are the notes," Haruto said, placing a notebook on your desk.

you looked up with a grin as you opened up the green book, ready to make fun of Haruto's writing or unorganized notes. to your surprise, these notes were better than anything you could've taken.

"if i put effort into school, i could succeed. i just don't want to," Haruto said with a shrug before walking away.

"hey, wait!"

the tall boy turned to look at you, curiously.

"let me treat you to food.. for the notes," you explained.

Haruto told you it was fine and didn't matter, since the notes where to make up for him being absent for the presentation, but you persisted.

"this is my wish for winning badminton. let me treat you to a meal," you said with a smile.

"this is your wish?"

"yeah. now accept before i change my mind and make you wash my clothes or something."

"the teacher said we can present again after school in his office, so don't worry about the grade anymore," Haruto said, his cheeks full of fried chicken.

"what? why are you laughing?" he asked.

you took a photo and showed him, the way he had sauce smeared on his face, how his cheeks were full and his fingers messy.

"oh... well that's no fair. we both need to be messy to have fun when eating" he said, smearing sauce on your nose.

"hey!" you yelled, trying to get back at him before he apologized and wiped your face with a napkin.

"i'm sorry, i'm sorry. eat comfortably!" Haruto said with a laugh.

once you paid for the meal and both of you left, Haruto showed you a café.

"if you've got nothing to do, shall we go there? their fluffy pancakes are so good," he said, excitedly bouncing around.

"if they're as fluffy as your hair then i'll go," you replied, ruffling his dark locks before running away.

Haruto laughed and chased after you.

at the café was when a mood change between the two of you first began. you felt more comfortable than ever with Haruto that day, wiping cream off each other's faces and complaining about teachers.

from then on, rather than glaring at each other and angrily cursing from afar, you were laughing at each other's jokes and bonding over music and tv shows. during lunch time when Haruto would lean in to steal a bite of your food, so close that you could boop his nose, it was hard to not notice the way your heart rate sped up.

even that night at the café after you parted ways, you were up all night sharing music with Haruto. so, when you both showed up to class the next morning with dark circles, you shared a knowing smile.

"Haruto, were you up all night gaming again?" Yoshi asked his friend.

Haruto shook his head, smiling dreamily in your direction. he was so excited for lunch time to come, not so he could nap, but so he could talk with you again. and as soon as the bell rang, he got up and raced to your desk.

"wanna eat together?" he asked.

Yoshi watched the interaction with an eyebrow raised, confused to see you leaving the classroom together.

it was like that for weeks. the two of you suddenly became inseparable. your friends became Haruto's friends and vice versa. they kept asking if you were dating, to which you'd shyly reply 'no', but you couldn't hide how much you enjoyed hearing their assumptions. at some point, you started to wish it was true.

you had always seen Haruto as attractive but since he started being nice to you, it was even harder to keep your eyes off him. was it how he'd run his fingers through his dark locks, only for them to fall in his eyes again? and how he'd grab the elastic around his wrist with his teeth so he could just tie his hair out of his face? was it smile, his little smirk where the corners of his lips would turn downwards as he grinned?

every time he wrapped his arm around your shoulders after he ran towards you in the hallway, every time he called your name, every time he sighed while you explained the lesson to him, every time he's smirk when you gave him a cola can for no reason, it was in those moments when you truly felt like yourself.

you were a lovefool for Haruto, but you were also the most y/n in his presence. little did you know, he was more than a lovefool for you, too.

well, you found out pretty soon when he asked you to listen to a song he liked during lunch one day. he was sitting in front of you while you sat at your desk, and you shut your eyes as he gently placed the earbuds in your ears. you nodded along and he watched your every move, his eyes sparkling because he was staring at the person he now loved the most.

the song was just another love song, but when you opened your eyes and saw Haruto greeting you with heart eyes, it felt different. the voice confessing their love for someone suddenly sounded like Haruto singing for you, and you grew so flustered that you had to rip the earbuds out of your ears.

"what happened, do you not like it?" Haruto asked, worriedly.

"no, no, i just.. earbuds give me a headache," you lied, convincingly.

Haruto nodded with a smile, asking about your real thoughts on the song.

"it's so sweet.. it makes me melt," you said, shyly.

slowly and cautiously, Haruto took your hands in his. your heart started beating faster and you looked around, but no one was watching.

"good, 'cause it's how i feel about you, y/n," Haruto said.

you gulped as your throat felt dry, and you felt like your heart was beating so fast it would burst out your chest. the only thing keeping you grounded was Haruto's hands in yours.

"i like you, y/n. can i be your boyfriend?" he asked, tilting his head to one side.

"say yes!" whispered Yoshi from two seats away, acting like it wasn't him when you glared at him.

you turned instead to Haruto and nodded. he whisked you out of your seat as soon as you did, running hand in hand with you in the hallways.

"i don't know where we're going, but if we end up at the snack bar then everything is on me!" he yelled, his voice cracking.

his wide, box smile made you laugh but his strong grip and the hairs fallen loose from his ponytail made you realize just how hard you'd fallen for him.

your footsteps come to a halt upon the gravel floor, the cherry blossom tree swaying softly as it shades your best friend under it. inhaling, you bring your footsteps back to life as you place one foot in front of the other.

steps getting hesitant as you get closer to the towering boy, you scrape up any remaining courage within you to walk up and tap him on the shoulder.

he whirls around, eyes catching yours with a soft smile. "hey, you," he says softly. a blush rises onto your cheeks, looking away because his gaze was too strong for your liking.

you keep a safe distance between him, the nerves of confessing get to you as your gaze never lets up from the floor. haruto takes the initiative, asking why you wanted to talk to him.

your body stays frozen, like time has stopped as your brain wracks through every single thought. the way your brain keeps you from opening your mouth almost wants to make you cry due to frustration.

letting out a airy chuckle, you look around everywhere but him. it doesn't bother him though, you've always been quite hesitant with him but this... feels different to him.

"what's up?" he asks, grabbing one of your hands and playing with it. he grazes his fingertips against your palm every so slightly, almost as if you'd break under any weight. you laugh at the ticklish feeling, pulling your hand away before looking up at him.

you sigh, "i don't want to be too forward, but i'm scared of this, whatever this is. i know this sounds stupid but, haruto, i want to eat pancakes for dinner with you. i want to watch tv with you, a-and i try to hide all my feelings for you but every time i see you, i just wanna shout about how much i absolutely love and adore you," you say breathlessly. his gaze softens even more and squeezes your hand, a silent way of telling you to keep going.

"i want to do all these boring, mundane things with you. only you, you are all i want." you finish off with a red face and you back away in embarrassment.

he shakes his head, unsure of what to say to your sudden confession but as he feels your warm body pull away from his, he reels you back in with a hug before leaving a ghostly kiss just above your temple.

"i love you too, and i'd love to eat pancakes for dinner with you," he says with a chuckle before bringing you into a kiss that makes you want to run to the highest mountain to scream about your love for him.

i feel like hyunsuk isn’t really the type to initiate that much skinship. from the videos i watched just looking at interactions, he’s not as clingy to the members as the other boys (but that doesn’t mean he loves them any less! his heart is so full of love for them, we all know that). but! he has the habit of slinging his arm around the members’ shoulders. he’s mostly like this with doyoung. i was just watching a bunch of videos where hyunsuk babies him and it finally clicked in my mind after i struggled to come up with something. you and hyunsuk could just be standing around, waiting for your take out or waiting in line at the grocery or convenience store, and his chest would just be pressed to one of your shoulder blades to let you know he was there for you in case you needed him. his arm may or may not be slung around your shoulders, but he will still dip his head towards your ear to say something to you over the surrounding noise. it’s not exactly whispering sweet nothings, it’s literally just normal conversation that could be said out loud. but there’s something about bringing himself towards your face that makes hyunsuk feel closer to you (metaphorically and literally) and he just likes it. he’ll talk to you with his heart eyes trained on your face or the side of it, and he especially likes the way you tilt your head back at him (eye contact or not) to respond. heart definitely skips at the times you’ll lean your head back against his and if you tilt it enough to lay it on his shoulder (he’ll have his hand on your waist if you do this PLEASE DO).

park jihoon just has this thing about him that no matter how annoying (affectionate) he can be to someone, you can’t help but absolutely love him. jihoon is just so teasing by nature and i think it’s cute that he’s some sort of a special type of tsundere. he’s the type to give you tough love all the time and will take the time to scold you when you’re talking bad about yourself because he loves you so much and doesn’t want to hear this stuff about you. he wants you to know how loved you deserve to feel and is ready to give you that love. he gives me a lot of best friend to lover vibes because you’ll be joking around with him, he’ll refuse to play along, but then he’ll laugh and just wrap you into his arms when a pout forms on your lips. jihoon thinks the way you react is just cute - that annoying little shit (again, affectionate). the type of guy who you would have a “i swear we’re just friends” phase with but then literally be laying your head on him whenever you’re together or literally linking arms with him all the time. he does this a lot to hyunsuk but he’ll just shake his shoulders like he’s doing aegyo so that they hit you while you’re doing something so that you get annoyed, and then ultimately just pulls you toward him to stuff his face in your neck and just hug you so tightly that you have no choice but to let it happen.

you know that one live where yoshinori is sitting on the floor and he just scoots his cute little butt over to jaehyuk to lay his face on his lap? and jae just lets yoshi snuggle himself into his legs and just leans over to his face? yeah, no doubt yoshi would do that to you. just your presence is enough to calm him after a long day. he does this mostly when he’s tired and had a long day, finally able to be in the warm comfort of your home. he finds you sitting at the couch, probably catching up on the recent drama you had fallen asleep when you were watching it with him before you went to bed, or the lecture you had to catch up on. poor baby just drops to the floor after planting a kiss on your temple, wraps his arms around your legs, and squishes his face onto the side of your thighs. he damn near falls asleep right then and there when you begin to ask about his day with a giggle, your fingers softly running through his hair. all you get are content hums and you can tell that your boyfriend is about to fall asleep, so you gently pat his face to help him get ready for bed.

holding onto you when you get up

i just found the most heartwarming youtube short of the junkyu day vlive and got inspired, so junkyu’s might be pretty long compared to the other members. basically, hyunsuk had been late for his class so he like was rushing out and then everyone started pretending to rush out too but junkyu was literally grabbing onto every single other member in the room bc he didn’t want them to leave and it was so so so precious. i think he would definitely be like this to his s/o because as much as the members portray him as a homebody and someone who likes his alone time, i think he does like to be accompanied by someone in particular - you. there’ll be times where you’re just getting up and you’ll find his hand on your shoulder, wrist, waist - whatever - and he doesn’t let you go until you finally let him know that you’re just getting water or going to the bathroom. he just needs to know where you’ll be because somewhere deep down, just knowing where you are makes him feel like he’s not alone, even if you’re in a complete other room. in the times that you have to go home early or you can’t stay at the dorms for the night because you have work or class the next day, junkyu will be clinging onto you all the way to your car or your front door, slowing you down so you can spend extra time with him. he’ll have his arms wrapped around you so that your own are locked to your sides, and he’s just looking at you with hearts in his eyes. presses a kiss to your cheek before finally letting you go, but then calls you when you’re finally in separate locations to make sure you’re safe. please protect his soul PLEASE.

when you lean your head on his shoulder

there’s that one tiktok of him and junkyu during the mysterious class reaction cam where junkyu’s grabbing his arm and leaning his head on mashi’s shoulder that i probably watched too many times before ending up screen recording it and sending it to every single of of my friends - THAT alone has wormed its way into my brain and i will not forget about that little smug face he had. it was so soft and cute and attractive that i was mashi brain for the next few days because i could not stop thinking about how he would literally have a smirk form on his face whenever his s/o would lean their head on him. it makes him feel wanted - needed - like his s/o could inform him if there was something, absolutely anything and everything that you needed. mashiho view it as his right as your boyfriend to provide to you, and he understands this as his s/o’s way of telling him that they trust him and glad he’s someone they can rely on. his heart will flutter from the moment you gently wrap your hands around his bicep before linking your arms to the moment you drop your head onto his shoulder and trail your fingers down to play with his own. once the initial smugness wears off, he’ll have the most content little precious smile on his face. he’s so happy with you that there’s no use in the members teasing him because he will outright agree with them - yes, he’s definitely in love you, and yes, he would gladly stay in this position for the next 72 hours.

윤재혁 、YOON JAEHYUK !

we all know how much this sweet boy love his members and his kisses and his cuddles (this boy deserves all the love please). jae, of course, is big on kisses so no doubt would he be trying to plant one on you whenever he can because unlike the members, you gratefully and accept it and do it back. however, there’s something about the way that he’s always patting and fluffing the other members hair that has my heart go kaboom. maybe it’s because he does it with the softest smile on his face, or with his arm wrapped around the member but it. is. the. cutest. i feel like jaehyuk would do this to his s/o with absolute heart eyes. it doesn’t matter what you’re doing but jaehyuk always thinks you look cute. you could be preparing your lunch, doing the laundry, rushing out of the door because you’re late for class, eating a bowl of cereal very very sleepily, eyes half open, and jaehyuk will still be absolutely in love. he’ll just be sitting next to you, watching as your hand drags on the table to grasp his, while the other lazily scoops some cheerios into your mouth. jae only giggles as you slowly chew, using his free hand to gently ruffle your hair before allowing you to drop your head onto his shoulder.

skinship through acts of service

i really struggled with finding an asahi skinship habit and ended up using a completely different love language because asahi isn’t the type to initiate skinship, but he definitely doesn’t reject it. he lets anyone hug him, coddle him, hold his hand, and he’s not opposed to it. he even said himself that he usually waits for other people to approach him. i think it might be that way in the first part of your relationship with him, but i definitely think that it’ll become more and more comfortable for asahi to just wrap his arms around you out of nowhere. granted, he’ll probably opt to interlace your fingers more often (the things i would give to hold his pretty hands). that being said, asahi seems to be the least clingy of all the members. but, i realized that he does tend to initiate skinship when there’s a reason to do it (like doing something for the members), like helping you up, holding your hair back when you’re eating, or brushing an eyelash away from your face. i think that type of skinship would not be rare in your relationship because there’s a purpose for it, and asahi feels the need to do it because he’s your boyfriend. i think also if you two are sitting together, or are just generally near each other and are focused on something else, you both move your hands and they land near each other. asahi would just unknowingly catch them as they brush by his skin and would pull your fingers through his or cradle your hand in his. i feel like his hands are just so delicate and beautiful that just that action will have your heart fluttering. i think one big thing he really likes is when you pull his hand into your lap to play with his fingers!

방예담 、BANG YEDAM !

snuggling / hiding his face in your neck

wow okay when i tell you i’m in love with bang yedam, i mean i am in LOVE with bang yedam. he’s the sweetest, most talented boy (albeit frat-like ngl but we love him anyway). yedam is so clingy and for some reason that was a surprise to me when i first started stanning. he’s got so much love for his members and even though he acts super cool, at the end of the day, he just wants the others to know much he loves and cares for them. if anyone remembers the way he hugged dobby when he found out he was his manito, please cry with me. the way he held onto doyoung’s neck with a smile of realization and then threw himself into his younger friend’s arm and buried his cute face into his neck, please i was crying i want a yedam hug so bad. you know that thing where he just goes up behind a member and puts his hands on the members neck or shoulders before just stuffing his face into their neck? yeah THAT. yedam would do that so so so much with you because 1) he loves you 2) he thinks you smell good 3) he just wants to be close to you at all times every day and 4) he loves you. he will not fail to giggle at the way you squirm, but he can hear the smile in your voice when you tell him that he’s tickling you. yedam only proceeds to press tiny kisses onto your neck, finally letting go when you turn to meet his lips with your own, but that doesn’t mean he’ll keep his hands off you! definitely keeps his hands or arms around you.

running his fingertips on your back or shoulders

although this kid is the king of flirting and cheesy pickup lines, i do believe that he isn’t the biggest on physical touch. not that he hates it of course - him pulling mashi onto the couch to cuddle with him, or his clinginess to junghwan is something that is really heart fluttering. but i think that he does seem to prioritize words of affirmation and acts of service most! he’s always telling the members, especially jeongwoo, how handsome they are (bless his heart, i hope jeongwoo can become more confident about himself bc he’s absolutely beautiful) and making sure the other members are fed before he eats too. but i’ve seen doyoung initiate smaller acts of physical touch with the members (ignoring the way doyoung’s always touching junghwan’s chest lol). i don’t think doyoung has a particular habit regarding physical touch - normally his skinship is ultimately still an act of service like asahi (like when he held jeongwoo’s hand to stop him from biting his fingernails). however, i think that this angel would without a doubt rub your back in a ways of comforting you or just if you’re sitting next to him and the both of you are focused on something else. maybe you’re watching tv or the other members play games, but his hand would just unconsciously move to your back or shoulder to draw little shapes or just rub up and down - like he did to junkyu in that one dad is sleeping video. it’s become so natural between the two of you that sometimes neither of you notice it happening until another members asks if you're feeling okay or if your back hurts or anything. a lot of times you both freeze, doyoung not even realizing what he was doing, and you both give cute little laughs (dobby’s bunny smile PLEASE TT). the members might tease the two of you a little, but they all secretly think the two of you are cute.

渡辺温斗、WATANABE HARUTO !

his hands always seem to return to your waist

through the past few weeks i’ve come to love treasure, i’ve learned that haruto has a tendency to place his hands on the members waist. when junkyu had accidentally hit him with the jump rope and ran to him for a hug, haruto’s arms hugged junkyu around the waist. when jeongwoo felt bad that he had burned the meat during that one cute treasure map episode, haruto comforted and reassured woo by patting / rubbing his waist. then, very recently, during the be with me couple ending fairy at the trace concert, haruto grabbed dobby by the waist after the lights went out when they were laughing at each other, and i thought that was the cutest thing. there’s no doubt in my mind that he would do that to his s/o. its unintentional, but his hands and arms just seem to return to your waist. he’ll brush past you by moving you to the side with his hands on your waist, and he’ll be the type to give you a lot of back hugs when he thinks no one’s looking. he’s a bit of a shy boy, so he only initiates back hugs when you’re preoccupied with something (exhibit a: that one hello 82 video? i think when he was hugging yedam ; exhibit b: when junkyu got exposed that haruto was his ideal type and haruto wouldn’t let go of him for the rest of the live). maybe the waist thing is because he’s so tall, but either way, haruto will have ways to unknowingly fluster you all the time.

박정우 、PARK JEONGWOO !

twirling your hair and wiping the skin around your face for any crumbs

please, park jeongwoo has no reason to be so soft and cute around the members. i was having trouble picking just one type of skinship for him because he does the most heart fluttering actions towards the members. the way he just twirls his and the members’ hair out of habit is the cutest thing to me because he’s just a ball of wholesome energy and he just contains it by doing this omg he’s so cute. you and jeongwoo probably had been friends long before you ended up together, but it isn’t until you’re dating that you realize how often he plays with your hair when you’re just sitting together. jeongwoo never fails to gently grab your chin if you ever get remotely close to him (asahi once got close to him to read comments during a vlive and jeongwoo….just gently held his face - please) or tilt your face to face his own before using the tips of his fingers to gently brush away the remaining crumbs of the snack you just shared. the kid just has the softest look on his face when he does it (have i mentioned how pretty his eyelashes are?) and you never fail to blush when you watch him do it. his eyes are completely focused at the task at hand, then suddenly they meet yours, and jeongwoo just gives you the sweetest, close-lipped smile while giving your cheek one last brush with his thumb.

소정환 、SO JUNGHWAN !

bear hugs with his face pressed on top of your head

so junghwan, my precious boy. if you think that his hugs would not be warm or cuddly or soft, you are absolutely wrong (let’s ignore the fact that this kid looks older than me and has been hitting the gym - he’s still a baby in my eyes). but the way that he comforted and hugged hyunsuk during trace has been ingrained in my mind. with his arms wrapped around you tightly, head leaning on yours so that your face is literally squished against his neck / chest, you will feel absolutely comforted and protected like no one can hurt you. junghwan seems like he would be such a safe space. his hyungs have said many times before that despite his young age, he is a very mature and reliable boy, so i think that will translate a lot to how he is in a relationship! you are never afraid to go to him with your concerns, worries, or when you’re just tired and need a break because this sweetheart will always be down to listen to you, comfort you, and make you feel better. i think that through the years, i’ve come to know maknaes of kpop groups to be the ones that don’t want to be babied, but i feel like junghwan openly accepts all the love and care that the older members give to him, and there is no doubt in my mind that all the love he receives will be projected out to every single person he loves as well.

shutting them up with a kiss ㅡ haruto, jongwoo, matthew, junhyeon & gunwook

boys planet trainees x gn!reader

requested : their reactions to shutting them up with a kiss.

genre : fluff, a bit angsty on the haruto one

• haruto

haruto was on a survival show, boys planet. after the second elimination, they let the boys have some rest to go and see their family and friends. as his family in japan, you were the first person that came into his mind, so here he was, at your place. you were more than thrilled when you saw him, and after eating together, you ended up on your couch.

"so, how's it ?" you asked him, eager to know all the gossips and backstages of the show.

at first, he was mostly telling you funny anecdotes about what was happening there. then, he complained about the staff. little by little, things were getting a bit more serious, and haruto started to tell you about his true feelings.

"you know, i have fun there, even if it's stressful but... i worry about the image the editors are conveying to the star creators. i feel like they rarely give me screen time that showcase my hard work nor my talent, you know ? like, i'm only shown when i'm saying something funny."

you listened patiently to his concerns, showing him with small reactions that you were truely interested in what he was saying.

"this is not my first survival show. and i told my parents i'd go back to japan if i haven't debut after i graduated high school."

the worry on haruto's face was starting to be more visible. he was confortable enough with you to show you how he felf. you took his hand in yours, encouraging him to keep going. you knew he needed to get this off his chest.

"so, yeah. i'm kinda scared because my rank are not high enough, and they don't picture me as someone who is good enough to debut. i'm afraid the people who watch the show picture me as a comic relief more than anything and this show is my last chance so... you know, i'm starting to think maybe it was all a waste of time"

without a warning, you leaned in and planted a deep kiss on his lips. he was surprised at first, but then he found himself comforted by the gesture. now, the only thing that mattered was the feel of you next him, and now the warm of your embrace as you pulled him in your embrace.

when you broke apart, you didn't wait to encourage him.

"i don't think it was a waste of time to chase your dreams. you're surely more talented than what mnet shows on tv, but i'm pretty sure most of the star creators know that. this is a big show, so even if you don't end up debuting, you haven't lost. it's an opportunity and you gained lots of fans and support through it. you'll surely have debut plans proposed to you after it, because you are that talented. don't worry okay ? in my book, you're P01."

haruto felt the tears coming to his eyes, at first because of the stress, but when you started talking, it was the relief. he felt so much better after your words, and he simply hid his face in the crook of your neck.

"i don't know what i'd do without you."

• jongwoo

jongwoo and you had been dance rivals for years now. always pushing each other to do better in order to beat the other. you two were in the same dance crew for a while now, and you knew each others for years. because of that, you were constantly fighting to know who will be the leader of the crew, as you two were the best dancers.

this competition results in you guys always bickering and teasing each other, creating a tension between you two. but you still respected each other and admired your talent and work.

there was a dance competition coming soon, and your coach decided that in order to win, he had to send his best dancers, namely, jongwoo and you.

you complained so much about working with each other, and you guys struggled to create a choreography because you kept up fighting about what was better. but, at the end of the day, you always found a way of compromise.

the dance was a bit intimate. nothing too much, they were just moments were you had to touch each other and be close, portraying the relationship of two lovers. and there is where lies all the difficulty. for as long as he could remember, jongwoo always had a crush on you. it was a secret he never told to anybody. on the other hand, the feeling was mutual since recently. when you were practicing, your eyes couldn't help but find their way to jongwoo, admiring his dance skills. your feelings made it hard for the both of you to focus during the intimate parts, and you two covered your shyness with even more bickering.

there was this part of the dance where you were face to face, his hands on your waist while yours were making their ways to his shoulders. and jongwoo couldn't keep his chill whenever this part came up, firstly because he was too shy, but also because you were never doing correctly.

in fact, you never touched him fully, your hands only brushing lightly his skin. he never said anything about it, but he was still thinking about winning the competition, so he understood it was time he corrected your posture.

"look, i know it's awkward for you because the dance is a bit affectionate but, please do it correctly."

"what do you mean ? i'm doing it the right way", you tried to defend yourself.

"let me show you."

he pulled you closer by your wrist, lightly in order not to hurt you. after that, he faced you, placing your arms on his shoulder the way they were supposed to be. finally, he completed the move by placing his own hands on you.

"we're supposed to do it that way, otherwise the whole story we're supposed to deliever through the choreography would be messed up. we have to look like lovers, so please touch me the right way so it won't look weird. if you really have a problem with the move, we can change it"

he kept talking about some of the other close moves you weren't doing right, but the way he haven't let go of you made you lose focus on his words, looking at him. now, your eyes were focused on his face only, and you couldn't help but realize he was good looking. like, really good looking. he started to feel his gaze on you, slightly slowing down his words to look at you back.

"if we want to win we cannot do it that way, so... uh... why are you looking at me like that ?"

despite his eternal beanie, you could see his ears go red. both of you felt that strange electricity between you, and just like a magnet, you couldn't help but get your face closer to him, without your lips touching him yet.

"are you going to kiss me or something? i-i'm not saying that's what i want but if you want to kiss me i won't stop y-"

that was enough for you to finally press your lips on him. for a moment, he was unsure what to do, not realizing you were kissing him directly. but then, he responded, his grip on your waist thightening a bit. it was only a brief moment, but it was enough to make you feel like your legs were week.

"i'm sorry", you said once you two pulled away. he simply smiled, still not letting you go from his embrace.

"i don't know if you're suggesting to put that in the choreo, but i liked it" he said, making you giggle a bit, before he leaned in again.

• matthew

if there was a word to describe your relationship with matthew, it was... confusing. you shared the same friend group, and at first he was just your friend's friend. with time, you two grew closer, to the point where what you had was a bit ambiguous.

you may tell everybody that you guys are just friend, no one would trust you.

at first, your friends thought it was funny, the little games you two played. sometimes you two would flirt, sometimes you'd try to make each other jealous, or you'd bicker, and sometimes you were just regular friends. but, they never thought those games would last that long, they hoped eventually one of you would finally make the effort to ask the other out. they would tease you to let the you know how the other felt.

but it's been a year since this relationship was going and neither you nor matthew did a step toward the other.

in reality, the fact that they kept teasing you but none of you had confessed yet made you both doubt. matthew thought after all they said, and the way he acted with you, you knew he liked you. and if the feeling was mutual, maybe you would have asked him out. but you never did, so he never dared to try anything with you.

little did he know, you thought the same thing, and that's why you were to afraid to confess to him. that is how you two ended up with this confusing relationship were you both are idiots in love, but too dense to realize the feeling is mutual.

until jiwoong had enough.

"gyuvin, i have a mission for you."

"what ? are you jerry from totally spies or something ?"

"come on bro it's serious matter, it's for the world's peace."

"okay you got me at the world mission anyway. what is it about ?"

"you're gonna flirt with y/n."

"and now you've lost me."

gyuvin was looking at jiwoong in shock, not getting why he would flirt with you.

"y/n is basically with matthew, and they are my friends, why would i do that ?" continued gyuvin, offended.

"the thing is they are NOT together!" insisted jiwoong.

"but you know how it is... both of them are just waiting for a sign to get married or whatever."

"the problem is they had enough signs and didn't do shit yet. i can't stand them whining anymore about their one-sided feelings when they could be together already.", explained the oldest.

"okay but why would i flirt with y/n then...", said gyuvin, still not understanding.

"because matthew would see you as a menace and finally step the fuck up."

"why don't you do it yourself ?"

"because i flirt with all my friends and matthew wouldn't care as much as if it was you."

"...fair enough."

it was enough to convince gyuvin, because he was tired of you and matthew's bullshit anyway. the plan started the day after jiwoong talked with gyuvin, and the three days that followed, gyuvin kept on hitting on you. jiwoong's role in the plan was to be the little devil on matthew's shoulder. your friend group went to the amusement park that day. matthew was sitting on a bench, jiwoong next to him as he observed you and gyuvin taking pics a little further.

"damn... don't you think gyuvin and y/n grew closer these days ?"

"right...", sighed matthew.

"maybe you should do something about it'', advised jiwoong.

"i don't know jiwoong, they kinda look like they like him."

"they clearly don't. but if you want my opinion, it's your sign to confess before y/n actually ends up liking him."

"what if they reject me ?"

"at least you won't have regrets about it."

matthew kept thinking about his friend's words, contemplating wether or not he should really ask you out, to the point where he became extremely silent. you noticed it, and you finally left gyuvin's side to talk to matthew. jiwoong got up, letting the two of you together as he joined gyuvin.

"hey. is anything wrong ?" you said.

"hm ? no, i'm okay. why ?" he answered.

"i don't know, you seem lost in your thoughts."

his hands were flat on the bench, so you let yours on top of his.

"whatever it is, i can listen to you. maybe i'll be able to find a solution."

matthew felt the butterflies making their way into his stomatch after you touched him. the thought of you doing the same thing to gyuvin came up suddenly, and it got to him.

"look, i know you might like gyuvin but... well no, do you like gyuvin ? i just hope you don't because i was there before him and i felt like it was going nice between you and me and it's pissing me off that you two became that close because i liked you for a while now and i was wondering if you'd like to go out with me, but if you don't i get it 'cause-"

matthew was stumbling over his words at this point,

you placed a quick peck on his cheek to get his attention, and he felt his face get warm because of the sweet gesture. he finally turned his head in your direction, looking at you in disbelief. matthew face slowly lit up, still proceeding everything. you took the hand that was under yours as you leaned in once again, this time going for his lips. it was a small kiss, innocent, that still left him speechless.

"i'd love to go out with you."

"are you almost done ?"

"no."

"okay... and now ?"

you let your head hit the table. there was this homework due in two hours that you totally forgot about. when you remembered about its existence, you went straight up to the desk in your room, pulling out your laptop to work. but there was something else you forgot about : your boyfriend, junhyeon, was supposed to come over.

you were halfway in the work when he knocked on your door. you told him to wait for you until you finish your work, because it was very important. so you were on your desk, and he was laying on your bed, waiting for you to finish.

but it's nothing more than a fantasy to imagine him staying quiet while waiting. at first, he did, scrolling on his phone, not disturbing you. then, an hour went by, and he started to lose patience.

"y/n, i feel lonely."

"loneliness comes in pair with silence. therefore, please shut the fuck up."

he simply whined as you tried to focus again on your work. after a few minutes, you started to feel thirsty. you turned to junhyeon's direction.

"babe, could you please grab me water ?"

"i don't know... should i ?, he replied in a teasing tone. you just sighed, about to get up to take it yourself, when junhyeon grabbed your desk chair to pull it toward the bed he was sitting on.

"how about you take a break ?" he said.

"junhyeon, i swear i'm almost done. you can wait for a bit then i promise i'll be all yours."

"but i'm boreeddd... plus, it's been a while since we got to hang out together. i miss y-"

junhyeon couldn't finish his sentence, because your lips ended up on his. it was not only because you wanted him to stop talking, but he looked all pouty and down you couldn't control yourself. he met you eagerly, his lips soft against yours, finally getting what he wanted since he got here. you pulled away when you remembered the work still waiting for you, leaving junhyeon still wanting more.

"is it enough for you to wait for me ?"

he gently pushed your chair back to the desk before letting himself fall back on the bed.

"i'll take a nap, hurry up."

• gunwook

gunwook could swear he wasn't the jealous type. in fact, he did swear many times that he wasn't. and he lied all of those times because he definitly is.

it's not that he didn't trust you, far from that. he admired you in so many ways, and he knew most people admire you as well. the problem is, gunwook is not confident enough.

you know, he's trying to stick to that one persona, of the confident, strong, and powerful boy. but it's more of a facade he's pulling to convince people it's truly who he is.

so, yeah, when he saw you that day, laughing so hard to junhyeon jokes, he didn't like it. calm down, gunwook, they are just laughing! that's what he repeated to himself, trying not to let that get to him. in fact, he was dramatic about it. gunwook didn't try to interfere between you two : after all, the three of you were friends. wouldn't he be a bad boyfriend if he just pulled you away from junhyeon and for what ? laughing at his jokes ?

he definitly didn't want to be that kind of boyfriend. come on gunwook, think ! what do you do now ? this is a situation of crisis, this is how everything start. they start by laughing and then you don't have time to realize that they are already getting married !

yes, it was time for him to... assert his dominance.

trying hard to look composed and cool, he passed his arm around your shoulders, pulling you a bit closer.

"hey, y/n ! how about we go and i show you how funny i am."

"...what ?"

"no cuz what.", added junhyeon.

gunwook throw thunder to junhyeon through his eyes, and his friend didn't need much to understand he was jealous. after all, he knew gunwook, they already talked about his jealousy toward other people. a smirk made his way to junhyeon's face.

"y/n, who do you think is funnier between gunwook and i ?"

"oh you did not", said gunwook in disbelief.

"well, you are both funny...?"

you were kinda dense to be honest. you didn't even realize junhyeon was teasing gunwook.

"what do you mean we are both funny ?? i'm funnier, right ?", told you gunwook.

"that's not the same thing, you don't have the same type of humor anyway, it's not even comparable..."

"okay but you like my type of humor better ?"

"what kind of question is this"

"gunwook... don't tell me you are... jealous ?", said junhyeon in a dramatic tone, gasping after the last word.

junhyeon was having the time of his life. he crossed his arms, a smile on his face as he watched gunwook rambling and going crazy about nothing.

"i'm not jealous ! why would i be jealous ? you guys were just laughing, right ? in fact, i make y/n laugh way more than you do junhyeon ! i make them laugh 2x, no, 10x more !"

"are you really jealous about me laughing to his jokes ?", you said in disbelief.

"oh he definitly is", responded junhyeon.

"i am not because i am funnier anyways."

"well that's not what y/n said..."

"y/n please don't let me lose to kum junhyeon"

"gunwook, there is no competition..."

at this point, it was getting ridiculous to you. not to junhyeon tho, he loved the view. gunwook just started rambling even more, telling nonsense. junhyeon was eager to see what you would do. suddenly, you had an idea.

"gunwook." you said, making him stop in his monologue.

"what ?"

you simply went closer to gunwook, giving him an innocent peck on the lips. you finally silenced the gunwook who was freaking out seconds before. a pink tint started to creep on his cheeks, as junhyeon let out a loud scream.

Hyunsuk: Stops dead in his tracks when he sees you wearing his favorite hoodie. His heart almost explodes by how cute you look in his favorite piece of clothing. He isn’t quite sure how you got it, or when you found it but it doesn’t matter at all to him. He’s just so happy that you’re wearing his clothes, he’s such a happy bf. He can’t stop his heart from melting seeing you in his clothes.

Jihoon: Honestly, by how adorable you look in his hoodie, you might as well take the whole closet. He can’t say anything, he just has sneak up on you and give you a big BIG hug. His favorite thing about you wearing his hoodie, is how much it smells like you once you give it back to him. He teases you about “stealing” all of his sweatshirts but we all know he’s leaving them out in hopes that you take them LOL.

Yoshi: He gets so flustered and it’s so cute omg 😫. All he can do is smile from ear-to-ear at you because he knows if he says anything it’s going to come out all cracked and pitchy. That’s how good you look in his hoodies. You literally take his breath away. Everytime you come over he’s always reminding you to take one of his hoodies, shirts literally anything. It makes his day just seeing how beautiful you look in HIS clothes 😭

Junkyu: He tries to act mad at you for stealing his hoodie, but on the inside his heart is meltingggg. He is so happy to see you clinging onto his hoodie while you wear it, it’s the cutest thing ever. All he can do is sit and watch you, It doesn’t no matter what you’re doing. He is totally in awe just from the fact that you’re wearing HIS hoodie. Don’t be mad when you find a whole pile of his hoodies that he left at your place for you to wear.

Jaehyuk: It’s a cuteness overload for him. He can barely think; nor breath when he sees how big his hoodie looks on you, or how adorable you look. “Where’d you get that” “In your closet, do you like it Jaehyukie?” He almost passed out right then and there, you’re wearing his hoodie AND calling him pet names, okay you’re getting too bold now LOL, he makes sure to hold you extra extra tight, he’s just so fluffy and sweet for the rest of the day.

Asahi: He’s probably the most level-headed member when he sees you all snuggled up in his hoodie; he can’t help but just come over and plant sweet little kisses all over your face. It makes him so happy, he just feels so special knowing that you’re wearing HIS hoodie, out of everyone else, him. Little moments like these is where he is extra grateful to be your boyfriend. He makes sure you know that too. You’ll have a collection of his clothes in no time LOL

Doyoung: He gets clingy so quick when he sees you wearing ANY type of clothing that’s his, especially his hoodies. He just gets so boyfriend-y if that makes sense. Cuddling you so soft, asking you if your hungry, taking millions of pictures to capture the moment, it’s just so sweet. He makes sure to take a polaroid of you in his hoodie, so when he misses you he can just look at that photo and feel better. (btws he probs takes that photo with him everywhere, it’s like his good-luck charm, he can’t go without it)

Haruto: Ohhh boy, his ego skyrockets when he sees you wearing his hoodie. It’s more of a possessive thing for him, not in a toxic way, but when he sees you in his clothes; it’s a way of showing everyone that you’re his partner and no one else’s. He makes sure to stay close to you the whole time, not even caring if he’s embarrassing himself by the immediate PDA around everyone else. He always gives you extra kisses when you’re wearing his hoodies.

Jeongwoo: He becomes a simp so quick; like he’s literally willing to do anything if you ask him to. He makes sure to put cologne on all of his hoodies just in case you ask for another one of them, just so they can smell like him when you wear them. Will randomly just give you a hoodie, and when you ask him why he’ll reply back, “Keep it, it looks better on you” AHHHH. Also somehow, cuddles just always hit different to him when you’re wearing his hoodies, like you just get so soft.

Junghwan: A deep shade of red appears all over his face, he can’t express his joy in any other way then the cutest little giggle ever. He can’t help himself but to just run over to you, pick you up and spin you around in his arms, followed by a sickening amount of kisses. He gets so so happy seeing you in his hoodie. There’s this soft spot that he has for you, and every time you wear his hoodie that spot for you gets bigger and bigger. It’s so sweet :(
