The small sensation made him even more awake than before, almost feeling your arousel leak from inside you.

" Baby, I know you're awake." His voice was soft but it held darkness, slightly rusty with a hint of roughness. You felt him place a kiss on your forehead, his warm hand coming in contact with your chin, slowly lifting up your head, your eyes still fluttered shut. His lips were all over your face, your cheeks and nose feeling warm.

He let his other hand slide down your side, the blanket now feeling all too thick. " Look at me." You slowly opened your eyes after he softly whispered into your ear. You took your time to adjust to the dark room, but when you did it felt like you were staring into oceans. Seas of crystal blue and dark grey stared right back at you. " You want it?"

" Do you even have to ask?" The sound of rain now was hitting ten times harder, all of the love and tension swirling between you made the scene even hotter.

Your lips connected yet again, the kiss so passionate. He moved underneath you, his hips digging up to yours reaching places you didn't know existed. Suddenly, in a quick blur motion you were under him, your back laid flat against the couch, his arms folded on either side of your head.

It felt like his thrusts matched to his heart beat, his touches heating up your skin.

It was one of those lazy evenings, where neither of you had to exist to the outside world. Where you could just enjoy ezchothers company in peace.

"What do ya think about some chinese food, hmm?" Dave asked, sitting by the tv and looking through our tape collection.

"Right! What do you want?" Asked Dave, picking up the phone.

"Hmm, how about some orange chicken and vegetable rice?" I offered him.

"Sounds good! Springrolls?"

"Of course!" I said in mock offence.

"How many you reckon? Dozen?" He asked.

I thought for a moment before anwsering"Yeah I think that's plenty."

Dave turned on the movie and we sat down on the couch. I settled into his side and he wrapped his arm around me as the movie began.

About 20 minutes later, the doorbell rang. "Food's here" I said and started to stand.

"I'll get it." Dave said, pausing the movie.

As he paid the delivery guy, I grabbed some plates from the kitchen and brought them to the small coffee table by the couch.

"Dig in!" Dave said with a grin, setting the boxes on the table and turned the move on again.

Once we finished eating, we laid down on the couch. I settled onto Daves chest, keeping an eye on the tv, feeling safe and content.

"You comfy there sweets?" He asked as he started to stroke his hands up and down my back.

"Mhmm, very." I mumbled into his chest. The combination of his steady breathing and hartbeat under me and his arms around me, made my eyes heavy. I heard Dave chuckle as I strugled to keep my eyes on the screen. "You're falling asleep arent you?"

"....maybe. Can't help it. You're nice to lay on." I said as I shoved my face into the old t-shirt he was wearing and breathed in his conforting scent.

Once the movie ended, Dave slowly woke me up. "Hey there sleeping beauty. How'r ya feeling?" He asked, gently stroking my hair.

She thought of a certaine melody, not the melody of the heartbeat of that man, but the melody of someone else that she had heard just for a few moments: Pakunodas Heartbeat. Pakunodas Heartbeat the second Hisoka had joined them by the canyons and shrill melody of anger, suprise, confusion and fear that had been the Spiders heartbeat for that moment. Pakunodas Hartbeat that had made Senritsu feel compassion for her not for the first time in that night.    Today’s Cannes experience was a refreshing take on business, partnership and using creative strategies with new, evolving generative technology. 

   The day started with a burst of laughter as I got to know Kevin Hart the businessman who talked about his new business that uses comedy to make brands more likable and drive sales. 

   Following, I attended a talk lead by the CEO of Nvidia who discussed changes to the marketing field caused by generative artificial intelligence. The discussion focused on the new opportunities created by using artificial intelligence in marketing. 

   Next a panel discussed the importance of measuring how marketing creativity drives sales, engagement and customer loyalty. The CMO of E.L.F. commented on how it’s important for the boards of companies to reflect the diversity and values of the customers they aim to serve. 

   A discussion between Delta and American Express highlighted the importance of building brand loyalty through customer service with partnership. The speakers emphasized the importance of thinking about business partnerships in a long-term frame of mind. Trust, they said, was the most important aspect of building a partnership. The amount of empathy, understanding and relatability a business shows to customers when they are having a bad experience defines the amount of loyalty and trust customers feel towards a brand. 

   Words of encouragement followed during a talk with Keke Palmer, who discussed the importance of staying true to oneself and being fearless and flexible with one’s brand. Palmer said brands should not be afraid to evolve. Rebranding may be hard because customers might be afraid of not liking what a brand may become, but most customers will remain loyal if the brand stays authentic to itself. 

   The day ended with a networking event in the equality lounge, which was started years ago as a way for women to network and make friends with other women looking to support one another.
