Ladies and gentlemen: the time has come once again! After yet another long winter’s time of gathering resources - And now sponsoring the illustrious Etheirys Blitzball League - the Higuri Regalia is proud to announce the return of the “Regalia Largesse” - marking its seventh occurrence!
For those unaware or uninitiated: The Regalia Largesse is an annual event spanning anywhere between 5-7 days that occurs around the late spring/early summer, and is considered the “pinnacle of Noblesse Oblige”!
During this event, individuals from the Higuri Regalia’s hierarchy will make appearances within the various city-states to offer wares to the adventuring public - FOR FREE (Tips and donations are always greatly appreciated, but never mandatory)!
On Sunday, June 16th, at around 7PM EDT, look for a Party Finder ad from any one of the Regalia members; they will provide you information on where they are, and what items will be offered, with a detailed list of what’s available while supplies last. Due to the ever-increasing quantity of wares, their post duration has been extended to three hours. All locations take place on the Balmung World in the Crystal Data Center.
Also, throughout the week, starting at the commencement of the Largesse, those who are willing to partake in a special contest will receive a number. On last day of that week (i.e. the end of the Largesse), a raffle will take place where a series of numbers will be drawn, and those who win will be offered prizes!
RULES:
*To enter the raffle, simply ask the representative currently posted during that day; a tracker is kept throughout the course of the event, and is shared amongst the Regalia members.
You MUST attend the final day of the Largesse in order to qualify for a chance to win.
In the event you are unable to attend the raffle for any reason, you are allowed 1 proxy to vouch for you, so long as they state whom they are replacing.
If your number happens to be drawn, you are offered a chance to decline a particular prize if you have eyes on another, but a winner will be decided for the sake of fairness.
*IMPORTANT: IN LIGHT OF CHANGES TO THE MOG STATION, AND AS AN ADDITION TO THE FIRST RULE: YOU WILL RECEIVE A FRIEND REQUEST FROM THE REGALIA MEMBER DURING THEIR POST. SHOULD ANY WINNERS RECEIVE AN ITEM FROM THE MOG STATION AND DO NOT YET MEET THE 72-HOUR GRACE PERIOD, THEY MUST WAIT UNTIL THAT IS CLEARED BEFORE RECEIVING IT.
Notes: Sprouts (New Players/Adventurers) will receive Flying Beds and/or attire Coffers as a consolation gift.

A clothing line created by a Hannish merchant-lord was bound to have something so beautiful yet ingenious introduced eventually.
After countless years spent honing and mastering the ways of Hannish Alchemy, the Thandha Analyst’s Frock has been formulated, and stands ready to make its mark with their fellow Disciples of the Hand.
With its symmetric diamond motifs and monocle, the aspiring Alchemist can expect comfort and clarity when performing their arduous tasks, and the mortar and cauldron both are named after the Thavnairian elixir said to grant immortality: Amritam! Unfortunately, the secrets behind these tools have been left classified as the Diamond Sultan is very passionate about maintaining the sanctity of the esoteric techniques of his people. But this only adds to the mystery, and curiosity is the first cousin of invention!
Modeling for the Thandha Analyst’s Frock is the prime model, Isja “Coldgaze” Kaltablik! Though no true Alchemist, her slender figure helps showcase the outfit in its entirety. The secrets of life (and fashion) are now that much closer to your grasp. To any Alchemist old or new, this lovely outfit will be an excellent variable to the equation of aesthetic enlightenment.

5: as the sky burns
Prompt: Cutting corners
Word count: 744
Set during lv 85 Endwalker MSQ. The steady hand and cool head prevails, which Sjanna knows well.
It had been many decades since Sjanna had last had reason to climb this ladder, but she still remembered how to call it. With a crook of her finger and a word of command the ropes obediently unfurled themselves, and after a moment of contemplation she bent down to slide her boots off and set them neatly against the wall. Her feet were not particularly suited to climbing ladder rungs, but her stilettos were even less so.
Overhead the sky screamed in agony.
Long as it had been since Sjanna had availed herself of Radz-at-Han’s famous rooftop gardens, it had been longer still since the Green Word had spoken to her, and this was not that voice—but it was in pain, a helpless wail of a drowning world, a dying world, throwing a tantrum by way of fire and storms. Slightly fainter was the distant roar of a dragon, the sort of voice that carried not to her ears but to her mind, and closer were the shrieking noises of the flying fiends that sought to swarm the city.
Sjanna frowned at the patio before her. It would do—there was no taller building in the city save for Meghaduta—but it was a terrible mess, scattered with burning debris and broken chunks of masonry. If the wind would bend to her it would have been a simple matter to blow it away, but as it was she would simply have to make do: a rap of her staff on the rooftop had the clay tiles tremble, shaking off the refuse and evening themselves out to a neat, flat finish.
“Better,” she said, and bounded across the burning grass on careful toes. When she reached her flattened slate of roof she crouched, bunching her skirt up to drape over her knees, and drew a slim stick of chalk from her pocket. Reshaping tiles was well and good, but some work would always require precision.
A flaming meteorite struck the bushes immediately to her left and burst into flame; Sjanna ignored them, balanced on the balls of her feet and pivoting slowly to ensure she traced a perfect, unbroken circle. The rasp of the chalk on the slate was a soothing counterpoint to the screams from the alley below, and to the distant roar coming from one of the plazas.
The runes formed easily under her fingers. It really was a shame that this sort of spellcraft had fallen out of favor in the last century or so; it required a steady hand and a calm head, and time, which so few people seemed to be in possession of when frightened. This was slower than the flashy aetheric projections the new generation of thaumaturges seemed so fond of, but far more stable and sustainable.
Satisfied with her work, Sjanna rapped her staff against the ground again, and her ley lines flared to life under her feet.
She brushed her skirt off her knees as she stood, allowing it to swirl back into place around her ankles, and considered the swarm of demons overhead. Below her another bellow and a cascade of screams sounded closer, but such work was better left to the soldiers of the Host and the Scions who remained; Sjanna had her own task, and she always took pride in her performance.
As she took a deep breath—in through her nose, hold, center, out through her mouth—she allowed herself a moment of perhaps more than pride. Hagane and even Shtola styled themselves as avatars of destruction, goddesses of death, but they were so young. So inexperienced. Too eager to waste their precious energies on grand displays of power. Bleeding blades and blooming supernovas were useful to frighten sentient foes, but these creatures, mindless and soulless as they were, didn’t merit the effort.
The hardest-learned lesson of any sorceress was control, and moderation: an exacting answer to each problem that presented itself. Sjanna had not earned her title of Archmage of the city beneath her feet for nothing.
With a twist of her wrist, fire sparked in her palm. She watched her quarry with the eyes of a Golmorran huntress, and when she let the fire fly it was as nothing more than tracers, invisible against the agonized clouds, until they buried themselves deep in the flesh of an even half-dozen Idolizers and combusted, expanding so suddenly and perfectly that there was no ash left to rain down.
Satisfied, she set her next targets and released.
