Just remembered that there was this dude when I was in college who would come into the library, sit down on one of the comfy chairs, take off his shoes and socks, then CLIP HIS TOENAILS. In the LIBRARY. He did this multiple times. Picture a quiet library where everyone is studying, the shuffling of papers and the clack of a keyboard then snip snip snip. Psychopath behavior.
