soon this blog will be 1 year old🤯 really grateful for this year here and everyone i’ve met for giving me the confidence to draw comics again and i feel so content w my art practice and really feel like it became a safe space for me for the first time in years ( years. i mean years. ) i havent felt so inspired and excited for the process of drawing in so long. also grateful for this space as an escape from unfolding never ending nightmare thats happening in my home country rn. one piece and liberation are so intertwined for me
anyway in honor of that enjoy my lalwu drawing from 2016 :)) i wonder if anyone is still here from back then???? cant believe i’ve been obsessed w them for almost a DECADE

rewatching punk hazard ….. again ……. i will never forgive oda for making law weaker . he was an absolute menace terrorizing everyone on punk hazard. he was such a bully to smoker and tashigi lmaooo the way he cut a marine ship in half and arranged it into an abstract sculpture for no reason too. his introduction post timeskip is so ridiculous and chaotic

lawlu is most misunderstood ship in a sense that the lawlu fandom has a weird ass side of infantilizing luffy and emphasizing the age gap its creepy asf but if we just IGNORE THAT EXISTS because people are gross lawlu is the best hurt/comfort story and thats why i like it. i’ve read lawlu fanfics that feel like literature . i don’t think age gap matters that much in my mind they are almost the same age i know it doesn’t work like that but this is my blog i do what i want ‼️‼️‼️
