J, after glancing between the MC and Goldie for a moment: She has your, uhm, she's soft like you...? 😳

The way J would take this^ a little too seriously is precious. A would joke by saying it's bring your kid to work day every time Goldie and the MC stop by the station for a visit or a lunch date. They would be supportive in most cases since they think a pet would be good for J.

Sorry for the late reply, but I agree that Scrooge and Brigitta are very much for each other. Well, usually Scrooge avoids Brigitte because he thinks she might steal his fortune, which is not the case, because Brigitta MacBridge only wants love from Scrooge. She does not need wealth as she is a business woman herself. However, Scrooge as a bastard duck always thinks that someone wants to take his money and is a bit unbalanced. Still, there are moments when Scrooge really loves Brigitta. This is shown in particular by the comic "Zio Paperone e la formula della ricchezza" from 1995 by the writer Carlo Panaro and the artist Romano Scarpa. But in the end it happened that Goldie admitted that her love with Scrooge was only a love of convenience and past and said that Brigitta deserved Scrooge very much. It says that the love between Scrooge and Brigitte makes sense as well as being the love of the present. By the way, I like both couples (Scrooge and Brigitta and Scrooge and Goldie), but I have to say that I like the relationship between Scrooge and Brigitta more and that they are very comical and partly reminiscent of the quarrel between Donald and Daisy. And yes, Carl Barks preferred Brigitta to Goldie, even though he didn't invent Brigitta (Romano Scarpa invented her), and thought she would fit well in his comics, so Romano Scarpa even drew Scrooge and Brigitta to Carl as a gift Barks.

A (summer) day in the life of Bobby the mini dachshund 🐶☀️

Today he...

Ate hay like a cow at around 6 AM

Chased a hare off the yard at around 6:10 AM

Ran around the house in excitement when a family member woke up

Wandered around the yard for various important chores and games (e.g. to follow people around or ball game)

Wandered around the yard for no reason in particular

Harvested (read: stole) a total of three potatoes from the potato field

Gnawed at said potatoes like a mouse (see pictures)

Barked at the electrician

Chased a butterfly (for about 1.5 seconds until he was distracted by something else)

Sat on a big and super ugly spider

Destroyed so many sticks and also pine cones (his main daily task; see picture)

Swam like a little otter to fetch sticks and also pine cones from the water (see gif)

Dried himself on grass (see picture)

Barked at two water birds

Looked so goddamn cute (see all pictures)

Dozed off on the cottage sofa after a long day of being an adorable and hard-working little dachshund (see picture)

Perrito got his wish, y’all. no magic required.

i keep seeing people say “how come Perrito didn’t get to make a wish, he should get the map 🥺🥺🥺”

He got a name and a home (“because home is where my friends are”), AND he got it halfway through the movie. When he says he doesn’t need the map, he means it!

He got his family and he did the work to keep it together. And not through playing wingman and setting Puss up with typical hijinks, but by offering advice and being supportive while helping Puss and Kitty heal from trauma. Perrito is a wish come true. He’s a 👑

It was to no one's surprise but his own that he was skipped over for Medicine cat. He is far more useful to his clan as a warrior than a caretaker, and he was the size of most adult cats by 6 months. (the only thing stronger than his teeth & temper is his boundless curiosity... and maybe also his misplaced 'interest' in dogs and wolves) (he thinks theyre sexy)

--- Rutabaga is the eldest, and most wolf looking of the four pups, though she only ever grows to Golden retriever size. Their father was a very rusty red shade, rather than the standard grey of a wolf, so no one is surprised she's red too. Buttersworth looks the most golden retriever of them, though he is definitely a bit too big. McPatches and Goldie are functionally identical except for their eyes, and McPatches' spots. They're both pretty 50/50 on their wolf and dog traits, though Goldie sells it better with his yellow eyes. Their mother, Sunbright, is visually 100% golden retriever. There may still be other breeds in her, as she was found as an abandoned neonate puppy, and bottle-fed by her human.
