Glute Activation
The first step in getting a perfect butt is to activate your glutes.This is done by squeezing the muscle together for 30 seconded at a time.Eventually you will be able to squeeze your glutes during your butt workout. If you don't first learn how to activate your glutes you will most likely only be building muscle is your legs.Basically causing you to get the desired shapely legs but without the round butt to go with it.
