Not feeling good today. Ugh. This week has really been up and down unfortunately. I hope it gets better by the 4th!
Workouts Completed:
2 minute planks
Feel Good Soul Stretches
Upper Body Workout
Call Me Maybe Squats
5k steps
15 minutes of Zumba
Current Weight: 163lbs → 28 lbs until my goal!
Weight keeps going up and down due to erm. >>; You know. That time of the month.
So, for now, I'll just keep it at my last recorded weight until it's done.
