can i get something for a nb s/i opening up to geno from super mario rpg about their preferred pronouns (they/it)? thank you for having such an epic blog btw
(s/i) and geno were sitting together under a tree, enjoying a break from the hot day. the two of them decided to have a day off together; (s/i) had convinced him to take a break from saving the world. it was surprised at how easily he took the offer, but even heroes need to relax.
it wanted this day for two reasons: obviously, to spend time with geno, but also to hopefully open up to him. it was anxiety-inducing, as with anything about opening up, but it hoped it’d feel better once it got over it.
so here they sat, quietly leaning back against a tree, both of them staring up at the clouds. after a few moments (s/i) broke the silence.
“hey, geno,” it started, sitting up and turning towards him. “i wanted to tell you something.”
geno tilted his head to look at it. “hello, (s/i). what is it?”
the anxiety kicked in, and it started fidgeting with its hands. now was the moment of truth. “i, uh...” the words seemed to stop in its throat. it knew it would be difficult, but now that it was actually doing it, it felt foolish.
geno sat up from where he was leaning back and inched closer to it. “are you alright?” he asked, clearly concerned.
it took a deep breath, trying to stamp out the building stress. “yeah, i’m okay, it’s just... hard to open up.” it replied. after taking a moment to regain its composure, it continued.
“i wanted to - um, i felt like i could trust you with this. so i wanted to tell you first. it makes me happy when people call me ‘it’ or ‘they’ when they talk about me. it just... it feels right.” it said, looking away from him. it felt like it was about to start shaking. “i’d like it if you could do that.”
there was a lapse of silence as geno listened and processed what it said. it didn’t look at him, nervousness building with each moment. finally, he spoke.
“of course, (s/i). whatever will make you happiest. i’m glad you trusted me and told me. do you want me to correct others with this as well?” he asked. it was immediately overwhelmed with relief, visibly relaxing as the tension it had melted away.
“...yes, i’d appreciate that. thank you, geno.” it said. he put an arm on its shoulder. “you’re welcome.” he said.

-What made me like them
I basically looked at Medic and said "this one's a bastard... I would like to try it". I thought the dynamic bewteen him n my s/i wouldve been funny, simply bc he seemed like the smart, creative type that will invest himself in his work and kinda go ??? at romantic advances. Thats not to say he's completely dense or oblivious - in most cases, he sees it and Ignores It. Honestly, I like it purely bc it was annoying and chaotic for everyone (including ourselves) bc im a drama queen and will lay on my side and touch the water, wistfully
-My favorite thing about them
His roundabout way of caring for his teammates. I like to believe he surgically removed their souls and attached it to himself -for personal benefit ofc, but also so they never actually go to hell? Like one way ticket to heaven buddy, cant have a dirtied soul if you don't have one☺
Being a bastard is his Passion and i love that ab him - he said fuck it, ill create gods and be a god for doing so idc try me. Like, the energy of that… but legitimately, he's powerful for having a wide imagination and the ability to stick to his research to figure things out/invent whatever the hell it is.
Plus, he reminds me of the type to be like "i loved them to the point of invention" and you can not tell me that's not the peek of love and romance-

Both parties are terrible with expressing their feelings for each other so that's always fun. Chef is straightforward / blunt to avoid mixed signals, however, it clashes and still can't be interpreted with their finicky attitude and contradictory actions - they aren't really sure of things themselves, so it would seem that you bitches have come to a standstill in the Dustbowl. You have thirteen seconds before the desert fucking explodes, you Gordon Ramsey wannabe and you Red Nose Reindeer son of a bitch! You have done nothing but destroy my life, I hope you both d-
Friendship wise, it was kinda strained at first and differed day to day to be honest. Medic wasn't too great with small talk, but as long as he was interested in the topic, he could carry the whole conversation- Chef is naturally quiet and a decent listener. Since this is all "smart person" speak, they fear coming off as stupid or ignorant and dont butt in too often unless it's to ask questions. Medic has very little judgement in terms of likes and dislikes so he honestly wouldn't mind if Chef spoke up more but he doesn't make a huge effort to encourage them, thinking them as shy and would come around with time.

Sincerely Me: How do you and your f/o communicate when you’re apart? (Texting everyday, sending letters, etc.)
- When Hawks is on patrol, he would call me to check up on me, he’ll say he wants to hear my voice, tells me I’m very dear to him, he loves and misses me a lot. Sometimes when I have my phone off, he’ll leave me a sweet voicemail to me. He’ll also send me a text with a selfie of himself. It makes me smile. I send him texts with a selfie of myself as well and he’ll tell me that I look so cute. 🥰
He’ll send me love letters when he’s away for a mission. I love getting love letters from him and I love his handwriting. Whenever he’s away, I re-read his love letters, to comfort me from his words on the letter.

- My favorite scene with Hawks is when he team up with Endeavor and they both fought the villains.
Another my favorite scene with Hawks took on Fumikage Tokoyami (he’s a bird as well) as an intern at his office and Hawks took Tokoyami for a flight.

- Hawks and I share a bed together.
Hawks and I have sleep positions and they are: spoon, nuzzle, tangle, unraveling knot, leg hug, pillow talk, paper dolls and shingles
