The Larcener / The Castaway
"In the infinite cosmos that is paradox space, a lot of timelines occur, each one telling multiple stories and each one with It´s own set of key moments that differentiates them, In one of those timelines a young boy with mutan blood received a curse that allowed him to take the essence from others, alive or inanimate, taking their powers to make them his own, his cursed would cast him away from everyone thanks to his dangerous potential, but one day he would find another boy, one with strange powers like him, this interaction would be the beginning of what would be his hero´s journey to become The Redeemed, the hero he always was meant to be; but not all timelines would be the same, in some of them the boy would only approach the darkness even further to the point of becoming The Larcener, taking the life of others, until one day, he would have his final showdown with the same boy who once tried to saved him now named The Champion, the fight between The Larcener and The Champion would be one of legend that would end with the defeat of The Larcener now becoming The Castaway, alone, The Castaway would only be fed with anger and rage, swearing revenge on those who left him to rot for his CURSED BLOOD and that one day HE would come back to TAKE AWAY everything that The Champion had.
Take away...
As he always was meant to do."
This is a fanart/fanfic I´ve made about ben 10 X homestuck (I know, a weird crossover) drawing future Kevin as an ancestor from homestuck, even giving him a story, I hope you like it

actual intense analysis of the situation aside, I love that Steven has only ever professed to truly hate two people in the entire universe. One of them is the dictatorial leader of a society of colonizers who is quite literally the root of all of steven and his gem family's problems and also personally traumatized him by physically ripping a vital organ out of his body. The other is a teenager who harassed him and his friend at a party.
Guess which one he still talks to.

(voice of a man slowly losing his mind) does it ever strike you that the plot of aftg is moved by little acts of kindness kevin offered to people who never had any semblance of it before. loving riko when no one would, befriending jean in the nest and keeping him alive through debilitating amounts of trauma, telling andrew he was worth it in a dingy high school locker room, teaching neil every night even if he knew he was about to die

something something Kevin fighting for people who had already stopped living for themselves (no one ever fought for him, either. he wont let it happen again) and giving chances to people who never thought they'd live long enough to have a future (his was made for him. now they'll get to forge their own together). or whatever.

I don't ship Rishid with any of the other characters because I do not believe they are good enough for him. I think Rishid is leaving all this baggage behind and meeting a nice boy his age who doesn't know magic is real. At all times when we're discussing post-canon events in my head Rishid is having his own personal coffee shop AU in the background with just some guy we've never heard of

Neil, on the bus back to Palmetto after the Ravens game: So you know how I promised not to lie to you guys anymore? Uh... Last night I was taken in front of Ichirou and watched him blow Riko's brains out. Also Tetsuji is stepping down as coach. That's really going to affect their next season. We'll have to train to beat the Trojans in the final next year
Everyone else: .... Neil

hello can you pls give more of your math need au for wip wednesday (I love the well adjusted neil dealing with the feral foxes sm ahhh)
Andrew had no warning on what he was about to walk into when he entered his dorm after classes. So he can admit that he may have taken a few moments to let the sight in front of him buffer into existence.
Kevin Day was drunk, not unusual.
Kevin Day was drunk and crying, still not weird.
Kevin Day was drunk, crying and had a piece of butter slathered bread in his mouth as the new Freshman patted him on the back. The scene has fully buffered into Andrew’s vision.
Neil Josten looks over at him, “He, uh, apparently really likes my soda bread?” He offers to Andrew’s stony silence.
“Like Mom’s” Kevin manages around a sob and the bread.
