Ladurée French Macarons
Since February is my birthday month, I've been thinking about the foods I would treat myself to. The French macaron from Ladurée comes to mind as one example. A dream dessert I enjoy taking my time with each bite to let the nuances of each taste and ingredient come through.

You all. My mom is deathly allergic to nuts so I’m experimenting with nut free macarons. And look!!! Made with regular flour!! 😍😍😍 they’re strawberry. Going to fill them with lemon curd.

Fruity Pebbles Macarons with lemon/orange buttercream filling.
Over the last year or so I've been making it my goal to master macarons. These are probably the most successful yet.
Fandom is to blame btw for endeavor. Reading too much MLB x DC fic made me want to see how hard they are to make. But imagine these looking perfect. Then think about Dick Grayson/Cereal.
