Hello everyone and happy Friday!! It’s two posts from me today, part 11 of my enormous book haul coming later today but an extra post right now as I had an idea 💡 about how I’m going to approach my TBR going forwards and it involves you lovely lot! I really enjoy chatting to you all in the comments and so often you’ll tell me how I need to read a book that I’ve hauled that you’ve loved. Obviously it will always be on my TBR but I suddenly realised how many amazing books I might be missing because I’m sticking to a regimented (quite frankly stupid 🙄) rule of what I’m reading next!! No longer, my friends!! Once a month I’m going to shake up 😂 my military TBR with a book that one of YOU have told me I need to read. Hello everyone! Hope you’ve had a lovely Sunday and a relaxing weekend 😌 Today I’m bringing my bookshelf tour back. Swipe to see the second image! Last time I shared it was a pic of the back of this shelf and I’m here to admit right now that when required, I do double stack. Hey, when you buy as many books as I do, double stacking is a necessity! 🤣 Sure I’d love to be able to see all my books but I’d need another bookshelf or two and I just don’t have the room right now! Anyway, this is the front of my bottom shelf of my pine bookshelf which is my third one in my little library. Authors are arranged alphabetically and this shelf boasts authors with surnames from K to L. The Wolf Road is one of my favourites but I actually don’t have any room on my favourites shelf right now 🙈 so it’s staying in alphabetical order for a little while. From that stack I’m also eagerly anticipating Bitter and Blood Wedding. The second stack excites me even more, I’m chomping at the bit to read Miss Benson’s Beetle, Watch Her Fall, Ask Again, Yes and The Changeling in particular. It’s the weekend! To celebrate I’d like to share Book Haul #1 from my fabulous day at 66 book club in Hemel Hempstead. With 80% off all books I couldn’t resist but go a bit mad. I even managed to buy a couple of favourites for my favourites shelf which I’ve only had in Kindle copy up until now. In this haul, that is Gillespie and I by Jane Harris. I was thrilled to find this and can’t wait to re-read it! From the others I think I’m most looking forward to Bitter by Francesca Jakobi after @keeperofpages said it was one of her favourite reads of last year. That was me sold! Have you read any of these?
