If I had the skills and ability, I would make *so many* SPN tribute videos. I would start with a Dean vs. Crowley video using "Enemy" (favoring my king, of course) and I would also make one with "What Hell Is Like" with Crowley and possibly also Rowena.
Alas, I'm not that clever. But here are the songs anyway. XD
looks like tumblr wasn’t a fan of our previous issue - no likes, no comments or anything. but onwards we go anyway!
- the traitors has swept the uk (we hear it’s super popular in the states as well, and obviously it was a hit in its original country, the netherlands). but what about it strikes a chord with us?
- frozen on the west end will close in september, so we’re glad we caught this (again) earlier this month. there’s lots of familiar stuff to it, but don’t expect it to be a cookie-cutter copy of the films - it’s worth a visit!
- the royal rumble’s dust has now settled (poor cm punk, for so many reasons), and a lot of the commentariat has said the entrance songs don’t pop very well since cfo$ left. there’s still plenty of good stock left though - check out our top 5 modern men’s entrance wrestling songs (and don’t worry, the women and a tag-team specific list will join soon - but also, we acknowledge that the acclaimed snuck in here on the merits of max caster)
as ever, we’d actually really like for folks to engage with this, so please feel free to reshare, or let us know in comments what you liked/disliked about this
November 9th, 1970; a wizard, or should I say THE WIZARD, was brought to this world.
53 years later, he’s entertaining us with many forms of his work. Wrestling, music, a podcast, movie cameos, and more. Chris is a gift that keeps on giving, or to some in this community he’s that one Christmas gift you want to dispose of. Like granny’s wool sweater. Like him or not, you can’t deny the impact he’s made on the world around him and continues to do so.
Without Chris, I wouldn’t have gotten back into wrestling. He introduced me to AEW, Kenny, and many great talents that exist in that “t-shirt company”. I’m forever grateful for that. Not to mention his badass band and the music lover he is. Being a music geek myself, I can’t help, but admire that.
The Wizard, The Ocho, Y2J, Lionheart, whichever form you choose to be, thanks for all the joy you’ve brought to millions around the world. I can’t wait to see what you do next. Happy birthday!
(One of my favorite photos! Just musician things.)
**Also, if you see this, this is your sign to listen to Fozzy’s new single!
This night ruzzia stroke Odesa with misses and drones. Because of them Fozzy Supermarket is burning down, a uni dormitory is damaged, people have their windows flew out and damaged ceilings. The last photo is the first floor of the building where my English courses are located. I finished them year ago. The last time there was a massive attack on Odesa I had my school's windows flew out. ruzzia is a terrorist state and it's only one example of their war crimes.
Donate to Ukrainian army, spread information about ruzzian war crimes, Stand With Ukraine
UPD. It's known now that schools, kindergartens and universities are damaged too
(物の哀れ): The high degree of a violent and often painful longing for something, especially when one has no hope of attaining what is desired, or when attainment is uncertain, still distant...
There is no doubt that Christopher is going through a mid-life crisis. In addition to being tired of being a mentor, he misses the days when he was young. No matter how toxic and disgusting this guy is, Don gives him a sense of nostalgia. Don offers him the life he desires, not as a rockstar, but as the top of the food chain and reliving his glory days. But being a member of Don's family? Nu-uh, he might've taken over the family and kicked Don out.
He liked his young mentees; they reminded him of himself when he was younger. Full of spirits and passions. And some of them have good souls. That's why he disapproved when Don cheated on his behalf, but at the same time, he wanted to win. He already has a broken soul.
To rise to the top of the chain, he needs to revert back to his previous persona: the soft-spoken manipulative suit & tie Jericho. And if that means he lost the young people he somewhat cared about, so be it. Sometimes, in order to succeed, you need to let go of any baggage you may have. It's difficult for the younger generation to connect with him due to their different mindset and all. He is a product of Generation X: a generation known for their indifference toward societal norms.
He feels forlorn when they left him. He knows he pushed them away, but maybe it's for their own good and success. They are already better than he is. And if they continue to follow him, he will lead them down a dark path that he would rather avoid. He doesn't have anybody but that old, bald, repulsive man. But he is only using him anyway. Whether he wants to be a heel or a face, he's going to do it alone. The "family" is only a tool for him. After all, he is Chris Jericho. He doesn't need anyone.
