KATE Real Cover Liquid (Semi-Mate)#06 NTD 375
I bought this foundation because there are a lot good reviews on the internet.
To be honestly, this foundation performances not bad at the price.
But…It is not for me.😭
It is to dry to me. It makes my pores visible and cakes due to sweating and oiliness. (Summer + mask = hell)
I tried mixing beauty oil with this foundation to fix the dry issue, but guess what? That made foundation get stuck in my pores, worse than before.🤣🤣🤣
I didn't know makeup is so difficult.
Now I have no foundation to use and not sure what to buy.🤷‍♀️
(Try writing cosmetics reviews in English to practice👀)

ESSENCE FOUNDATION
Tumblr media
ᴘʀɪᴄᴇ: 5$
ʀᴇᴠɪᴇᴡ: stays on for a long time, has a matt finish. personally I love it! it's cheap and for its price it's really good! I've been using this one for about 2 years! a bottle usually lasts me about 6 months. the only problem is that depending on where eyou live you might find it hard to find your shade. overall a 9/10♡

Too Faced Born This Way Foundation Review
Tumblr media
I applied the Too Faced Born This Way Undetectable Medium-to-Full Coverage Foundation ($45.00) at 6:30 am and it went on the skin very nice. It seems to have a medium coverage and lays well on my skin. I have dry skin so the fact that it lays down so nicely is really good. I applied the rest of my makeup (along with setting power and setting spray). The look was really good and didn’t look too caked on. It is definitely more of a medium coverage then a full coverage.
Around 10 am that same day is when I noticed that I started creasing on my cheeks near where my glasses graze my cheeks. Usually my glasses will cause creases with my nose but never my cheeks.
At 12 pm that day I put on my white work shirt and some of the foundation transferred onto the collar. So the foundation appears to not be transfer proof.
By 7 pm that day most of the foundation on my nose was coming off along with my forehead being very oily. I do want to point out that it was 85+ degrees out and very humid as well. I never usually get oily like that though so I was still pretty surprised.
Overall it’s a decent foundation. It’s not transfer proof and I would say that it doesn’t hold up in hot, humid weather. I would recommend this product for if you live in a more cold or dry area. I would also recommend this for more of a short time use and not an all day use. I would say the foundation was a 6/10. It is very expensive though so I will not be repurchasing. A good alternative could be the Maybelline Fit Me Dewy + Smooth Foundation ($8.99).

I just want to say that these reviews are strictly my opinion. If a product doesn’t work for me that doesn’t mean the product won’t work for you and vice versa. These are just my experiences and my opinion. Please be nice and kind. Thank you.

Finished season 1 of Foundation on AppleTV. I give this show a solid 7/10. Is it the greatest most well acted show I’ve ever watched, no.
Is it an interesting world build? Are the characters relatable enough to connect with? Are the visual effects more than I would have expected? Yes, 100%.
And I mean….Lee Pace is in it. That helps a lot. Also the costume designs are pretty cool and the opening sequence and score are lovely.
Anyway, if you like sci-fi and don’t mind hour long episodes, you should check Foundation out.

Hi guys,
I decided instead of buying new foundations this month I would revisit some of my favourites. I decided today I would share with you 2 of my favourite matte, full coverage foundations from my collection.
My first matte / full coverage foundation is the Charlotte Tilbury Airbrush Flawless Foundation. This has been my holy grail for a long time and one I recommend constantly to everyone who needs a long-wearing foundation. This foundation is a demi-matte , medium to full coverage formula that also has skincare benefits in its formula. Considering it’s a matte foundation it feels so comfortable to wear on your face, it doesn’t feel heavy. I find when I’m wearing matte foundations, if I wear a hydrating primer underneath my foundation wears better and it doesn’t cake my skin either.
My other favourite matte foundation is the Nars Soft Matte Complete Foundation. This formula is a game changer for me because usually I wear more radiant, glowy formulas from Nars but when they brought out their matte formula I was so excited to try it out. This foundation has a total matte finish unlike the CT one which is a demi-matte finish. This formula is just as long wearing as the CT one but this one feels even lighter to wear which I really enjoy using in the summer months.
Both of these formulas have their benefits in terms of being matte, full coverage foundations, especially since I have oily combo skin and these types usually last longest on my face. Out of all my luxury foundations these 2 are by far my favourite to use and reach for constantly. If you like luxury brands and need a new foundation I really recommend checking these 2 out.
As always all products mentioned in my blog post are linked above.
Lots of love

Have you tried this cushion foundation before?

So, Esama recently released an FFVII fic where the summons refer to Cloud Strife as "Bringer of Storms, Echo of War", which is very funny to me--he hates it, and is like, "You guys forgot my NAME?" But if I apply that to your Foundation of Yesterday, it's even funnier to imagine because They'd be calling Nara Shikako "Well-Skilled Doe" as best as I can tell, lol
It's either Well-skilled Doe or Monarch of Cadavers. One of these titles is a lot more threatening than the other and I'm sure Shikako has a preference lololol
I love Esama's fics!--I've not really been reading them lately since there's been crossovers into fandoms I'm not in... not that I haven't been seduced into a fandom whole cloth by some of Esama's fic (PROBABLY including FFVII) and no canon consumption... but I try not to spread myself too thin on fandoms.
