we’ve all been there lol its hard especially in these colder months ! but here is some suggestions 4 u of stuff i like to do in the forest!

bring a plastic bag and a basket and go on a little walk! collect trash u see and put in plastic bag to sort thru and recycle, and collect fun acorns and sticks and lil peices of moss for your room or altar or whatever in the basket! 

bring a little tea and snacks and blanket in a back pack and solo or with friends have a little outdoor picnic! this is super fun with good music/podcast if youre alone ! be sure to share a little tea and small snack with the earth/fairies by leaving it out!
