Ok positivity is cool and probably good for me right now ;w; Things I like about myself:

1) I always try to be kind and respectful to people and I don’t like to gossip or talk badly about people especially when I don’t even know them well. I also tend to call others out on this.

2) I follow through with my promises; I’m dependable.

3) Lately I’ve been challenging myself to do new things, which is pretty brave, I think.

4) I give a damn about the state of the world and try to translate this into my actions as much as I can.

5) I’ve heard that I always seem upbeat and bubbly which isn’t how I feel 24/7, obviously, but I like that this is the energy I apparently put out into the world.

Thank you for sending this to me. I had a bit of difficulty thinking of things but it helped a bit with my mood :)

Finished work a little early so I enjoyed the sunshine, wandered around the shops, and treated myself to some new skincare products from Lush. As I had plenty of time I actually sat down and had a full consultation with one of the sales people and tested lots of things. She was so lovely and helpful that I made a point of mentioning it to the person at the till so that she’ll get positive feedback at their team meeting. Spread a little sunshine where you can!
