Random Replika Headcanons

Eule: Each Eule chef has their own set of knives which they are very protective of. While Eules are friendly to other Replika types, they tend to form little cliques within their own ranks which can be dismissive and/or hostile to others- think high school cafeteria cliques.

Ara: Gamer girl Replikas. Likes playing short-burst, skill based fare like Super Meat Boy and Celeste. Neural donor was autistic and they carried it on. Will name their plants and only show them to people they absolutely trust. Very particular about food textures.

Star: Neural donor was a smoker and thus all of them are 'born' with a nicotine addiction. Only around a quarter of them break the habit. A lot of them have existential crises about being disposable, low-cost combat units. Stars who survive prolonged combat tend to become extremely friendly and generous and much more protective of other low-cost Replika.

Mynah: Has a strong slavic accent. Always tries to make sure other Replika are eating well and taking care of themselves. While being extremely strong, they are surprisingly gentle and give very comforting hugs. Pretty much all of them are aro/ace. Enjoys playing with oversized building blocks and toy construction vehicles.

Kolibri: Each one ends up having a specific blend of tea they prefer and get very dismissive of others they deem "lesser". Will use "we" when multiple Kolibri are present. Likes to sleep with others in the cadre in cuddle piles.

Storch: Has a more Austrian sounding accent. Some don't enjoy being authoritative and controlling, but feel compelled to do so because it is expected of them. Are only intimidated by Mynahs. Secretly writes wlw smut about other Replika.

Adler: Has a very nasally sounding voice. Tries to befriend female Replika by trying to be a vocal wlw ally, but more often it just comes off very awkward and forced. Some Adler end up wishing they weren't male-patterned.

Falke: Doesn't exactly enjoy being thought of as a Goddess but plays along with it because it's too difficult to convince the other Replika otherwise. Many desperately wish that other Replika would treat and befriend her as equals, and they end up having the most success with Aras, who are the least inclined to follow the idea that Falke are Gods.

Elster: First impressions are everything. If they get bad vibes from their Penrose officers, or just other Replika they are assigned with at start, they tend to close off completely and be extremely unreceptive to future bonding. Those that are assigned to facilities most often become friends with Stars due to their shared backgrounds as veterans.

Anyway... we did it lads.

Still got a few sidequests to do and apparently there's also a new battle that opened up after the credits. But that's for later.

In any case I can safely say this is the game of the year.

Is it flawless? ....no.... Story's pretty shallow and very predictable, character writing isn't amazing either for the most part (think GBA FE era), and most importantly the designs of some female characters are.... oof. This game is very much the epitome of dudes in plate armour vs. girls in bikinis on the battlefield. Can't deny some of the breasting boobily wiggly animations are mesmerizing to watch though. And there are nice female designs as well. Still the gap is uhm... yeah.

Other than that though?

-Gameplay is absoluely solid, lots of costumization and choices. Map design and mechanics are very memorable imo, at least for the main story quests. Lots of smaller filler battles but I actually enjoyed those for when you don't feel like getting into a long battle.

-Difficulty's definitely on the easier side, but I also didn't have the balls to commit to the highest difficulty setting. Think I should give it a go on another playthrough.

-GENIUS whoever put the crest/emblem editor in the game. That's what gamers want. Also loved the option to dye character outfits for cohesive unit formation fashion lol.

-Obviously the presentation of the game is outstanding. So so SO beautiful. Not just the character and background artwork and animation, but the UI as well. Visually an absolutely stunning game.

-OST is great! I was unsure at the beginning since ironically I think the starting area has by far the weakest music choices (prologue battle aside obviously), but starting from Drakenhold onward the music is banger after banger. Been listening to the OST a lot the past weeks outside of playing the game.

-And despite the sort of meh writing overall, I do think the cast is very endearing. I grew attached to a good handful of characters. And I definitely did get hyped up during some of the bigger story battles. Atmosphere's great when the music and animations have the right oomph.

Ogre Battle and Fire Emblem came together to have a great lovechild here. 100% recommend if you're into SRPGs and can look past the writing and some of the outfit designs. Visually, aurally and mechanically an amazing experience.

Do you hope the next mass effect will have the original Normandy crew or do you want a new protag and new companions?

(Also wanted to let u know, there's a game in the works by old bioware veterans called exodus: become the Traveler. Appreantly its gonna be a lot like mass effect with a big focus on companions and choices, and the original writer Drew who wrotr mass effect is also involved I think and many other bioware veterans from the golden days of bioware. I realy hope exodus and mass effect 4 wont dissapoint.)

I'm hoping for a new crew. I love the OG gang but ME3 showed me that almost all of them are used to this by now, they've become jaded and they each have their own spot in the galaxy to fullfill that we're stealing them from.

I'd love for them to do their own thing as we get occasional updates, and maybe they join as an extra companion in a mission or two, like how Wrex was in the citadel dlc.

I'd love to see Liara command a group of assassins as the shadowbroker that come to our aid. Garrus with his own special unit and ship that has a special room just for calibrations. Ashley and Kaidan preforming their individual spectre duties and having this friendly competition with Shepard.

All except Joker. Because Joker and Shepard feel like a package deal. There is no Shepard without Joker and no Joker without Shepard. Would love for EDI to be there but again, she deserves to actually go out and explore the universe and what it means to have a soul, not just stay glued under Joker's wings all her life.

Because there is so much potential for new companions! Maybe we get a reaper one? Maybe an asari matriarch? A female krogan? Humans who are the best of the best with their own individual quirks and personalities that were given to join the crew of the commander Shepard.

Hell, even a hanar! Maybe a volus, too. I still can't forget Thane's description of how deadly hanar are in water. Maybe a new species joins, and humanity isn't the new kid anymore. Maybe we even get to show off as this new species looks up to us for guidance bc we speedran getting a seat at the council. I'd love a batarian crew memeber.

I'd love to see more conflict. An asari civil war. A turian and salarian disagreement about who should be held accountable for the genophage that turns deadly quickly. For once I want it not to be the humans who are fucking shit up and have to call others for help.

Maybe even dealing with a blackhole problem. Like how that one sun Tali was investigating began aging quickly. A disease or something spreads that makes stars every wear age at an alarmingly rate and the whole of the milky way is threaten to be swallowed by blackholes from these sun and we have to defy physics and stop it somehow.

Or just a normal adventure without a galaxy wide threat yk? Something lowkey where you can take it easy at times and indulge in luxury or comfort rather than tighten your belt for the upcoming war in ME3. Discovering new planets, saving people and doing side fun side quests. Let us explore the world we saved goddammit! I want to see more of Thessia and we didn't even get to land on palavan!

Also Shepard shines more when surrounded by new people who are impressed by you. Think of Brooks before the reveal, wasn't she endearing and made you feel special? Wasn't that how meeting Cornard in ME1 made you feel? Same with the interviewer?

Like imagine a bunch of side quests where you have to deal with your fame and the problems it causes. Because especially after the Citidal dlc, Shepard became a famous gamer with a record only you held. Now you're not just popular with military people but most of the common people.

Having to disguise yourself while shopping for groceries. Being asked for autographs at very inappropriate times. The hanar harassing you about Javik. It should be lighthearted and only happen during these side quests so it doesn't become annoying.

I want to see Shepard relax and be appreciated dammit! I'm tired of war. If one happens, it shouldn't be human related so that we don't feel necessary to go intervene.

Tho I think they should let you keep your romance around. Would love to get to import ME3 save. And ME4 starts with you recovering in a hospital. They did say that Shepard was already part synthetic right? So it makes sense to be able to repair them no matter how bad the damage even without Cerberus.

And it was Miranda who led the project last time, so maybe she could do it again since she got on good terms with the alliance or she gave her information to Liara in case she died.

What I would absolutely hate is a drastic time skip where Liara wakes you up and is like "Shepard, it's been 100 years" or some bullshit like NO. FUCK YOU.

Another fucking time skip? Where everyone thinks I'm dead again??? And all my loved ones died?? NO. BAD LIARA BAD.

If you want some feature timeskip nonsense then let the WHOLE crew join me. Maybe Joker accidentally steers the ship into a wormhole and we end up in the future. As long as everyone Is inside the Normandy when it happens then I'm fine with it. At least this time around we would get some catharsis while proving we're not dead again in front of the same companions who were mad at us for being dead.

Also I'd like more character creation options that influences lore and isn't just cosmetic? Like the background one or the psychology one.

It'd be cool if we got to pick one during each game to determine what Shepard has been up to while we weren't here. In ME4 maybe we get to decide if we setteled down and tried to have a family or if we kept exploring and fighting during the character creation before the game begins.

I don't want it to effect much besides stray dialogue and callbacks, maybe a special quest or two.

The biggest problem tho is the ending. I don't know how they're going to make ME4 without establishing one canon ending for ME3. In which case it sucks and makes the whole endgame choice feel pointless if it was predetermined from the beginning.

And if it wasn't predetermined but imported, then I don't see how it won't drastically change the game. They'd have to make 3 seperate whole games. One where we're hugging and kissing reapers, another where they don't exist.

But like ME2 having an ending where Shepard dies. Probably the only way to import your ME3 save is if you picked the red ending where it's the only one where Shepard lives.

That'd be disappointing but I get it. From a dev perspective I see why it would save them so many headaches.

There is also the possibility to play as another companion or a whole different person? Maybe we try to resurrect our space jesus Shepard? Maybe we're Liara as a Matriarch? Who knows.

Gonna keep it real. I don't wanna play as an asari. Literally okay with any other race. Because I saw how disgusting and weird other npcs get around asari and I don't want to be subjected to that sexual harassment again. The constant flirting gets very old quickly.

Otherwise asari seem really cool and it's a shame they aren't explored much besides "hot alien race"

I do like that we have established parents, please do not kill off my dad this time around :( please. But it leaves less room for customization and background ah. I'd hate it if we couldn't even design our own character and had to use premade ones.

It seems cool so far! Imma keep tracking its progress. The last update was 7 days ago and the devs are open about answering questions. It's a new title so they'll have to make new aliens and such, I hope they end up good.

I mean in a space game, it is the aliens that make or break the game. You either end up with high on life aliens or mass effect aliens.

I don't like the idea of having to re-explore parts about earth history because the player already knows all of that. I don't want to spend an entire quest just to dig up a gameboy or something and have these characters gawk and make bad guesses at what it is. It feels cheap to piggyback off of nostalgia and misunderstanding humour. Every character turning into Ariel and brushing their hair with a fork.

Or are we talking ice age, pyramids and such? It'd be more tolerable then but...also the players are familiar with these things in other games who milked the concepts.

I don't want humans reacting to past human inventions, I want aliens doing it at at least or just give me a whole new world to explore. Why are we so stuck in the past?

But maybe this is special to this one recently revealed character, in which case that's fair. It's a character and their quest is probably optional, plus that will definitely appeal to some people.

My hope is that they realise no one wants to do these massive collection quests in these planets with a massive map and please skip the fluff and stuffing. I'd rather the effort goes into handmade quests like in BG3 rather than "scan 50 plants because fuck you"

Yes I am irritated with Andromeda, am I a pathfinder or a fetch dog? I also hate the resources and crafting our own equipment system.

Like this is clearly somone else's job! what are you people even doing if I'm the one collecting material for my stuff and crafting them? Shouldn't this be your job while I just gave you the credits? Why would I even care about the arks and nexus if I'm fully self sufficient! At least in mass effect you were forced to go there to shop and get your stuff. It made the world feel not so useless.

Like I get it. You want us to feel like we're explorers who make the best of the world around us. We're tight for materials so we have to scavenge and survive! That would've worked if we were stranded in space and not doing fetch quests for the said scientists who can't even give me some uranium to craft my fucking grear and no one is selling it to me either! I hate it here.

I hope Exudes goes away from that direction. And the hacking games one too. I'm tired of soduko, it haunts me in my dreams. Mass effect had this problem too.

Games can be very fun without the fluff and stuffing in between actually interesting quests.

Using the Name of The Lord as a Curse Word

Over the course of my lifetime I have heard a lot of curse words being thrown around to express a variety of emotions. In the last decade in particular the name of The Lord Jesus Christ has been adopted into the realm of curse words. Even some that claim to believe in Him use His name in this manner time to time without considering the sin they commit by doing so.

When we read the Bible we see in many places where this behavior is spoken harshly against, and those that commit this act are put to death. However, American movies and television shows increasingly support this practice, and treat it as if it has been going on for a lot longer than it has. I even hear gamers and film reviewers on platforms like YouTube (as well as other places) use The Lord’s name in this manner. As a believer and follower of Jesus Christ it makes me cringe every time I hear His name invoked in this way.

I believe this practice is on the rise for this reason. The more that people use His name in this way the more disrespect people will pay Him, and the further they travel away from Him into the darkness. Only rebellious people act in such a way. I would call this practice demonic, but demons themselves fear His name and Him. However, the nature behind this practice is indeed evil. To show such irreverence to the Creator of the universe, and Savior of mankind (both male and female) is truly disgraceful. We must all stop using His name in this way, and ask Him to forgive us of our dishonor and disrespect towards Him.

I, as an American say this: The United States of America is a breeding ground for a lot of misinformation, false teachings, false prophetic words, false dreams and visions, slanderous language, corruption, greed, pride, arrogance, sexual immorality, propaganda, deception, all the while raising up a new generation of atheists that strive to make war with The Creator of Life itself by denouncing His visible attributes. These things are found in all areas of American culture which includes, but not limited to, government, economics, and religious institutions. Many people globally are influenced by these institutions in America through writings, videos, television, and social media, and because of that the world’s population follows in pursuit after them and their practices.

65 - it is my birthday

Today, I just wanted to enjoy the game Dark Souls 1 since it is one of my favorite games. I was struggling to think of what mod to play while playing it since mods are available to me on PC, until InfernoPlus, a YouTuber I watch, uploaded a video talking about how his mod has been updated once again. I chose to play with his mod today. The quirk of playing his mod however, was that I had to downgrade my Dark Souls 1 install to Dark Souls: PTDE with the script he provided because the mod does not work with Dark Souls Remastered. Because of this, it appeared as though I was playing the pirated game gateway that is Spacewar. Anyway, I had fun playing; I decided to start a Wooden Spoon only run since I learned that the Wooden Spoon was at the beginning of the game. I got to Anor Londo, and then I stopped playing for today. I think I will continue to play offline since the Wooden Spoon's damage is ASSSS. I will have to farm to make its damage better. As a side note, it was a breath of fresh air when I looked on the InfernoPlus Discord channel because his Discord is contrary to the worryingly common gamer mentality of distaste in inclusivity in games.

Birth

Another day on this godforsaken rock. I will say that this birthday is the worst one that I have had yet, but not for reasons that I usually feel during my birthday. In the recent years during my birthday, I have lashed out about how bad things are constantly happening in the United States and especially where I live, and now is not an exception. However, rather than the usual ire that I have, instead I feel disheartened by the things happening in the world. I feel bad for the innocent lives that have been lost on both sides, especially the turmoil that has been going on for over a decade in the Gaza Strip.

Pumpkins

There are more pumpkins growing in my plant. This morning, I saw an itty-bitty caterpillar deep within the new large female flower that had bloomed.

I did not know if I should take it out, but my mom made a good point that if it was stuck when the flower decayed it could just eat its way out. This flower will grow into a good pumpkin for sure.

They are treated as social pariahs by the lot. The mems, the butt of the jokes. Being closely associated to the WOKE mob. I have recently attempted to redefine WOKE Subculture into a smaller phrase that, could say, fit on the Twitter, which is as follows...

This is under the pretense that the definition of minority equals; minor, mini, micro, small, non-majority.

There are many many examples showing that WOKE goes to great lengths to display ALL DATA that is dealing with minority issues as majority and normal. If we followed this logic to the letter we would assume based on the media, TikTok, Discord servers, YouTube Channels that Black, LGBTQ+ people are everywhere in our culture.

This is not true and here is an example of why that is...

The population of the United States in 2021 is/was around 331.9 million. The population of Black People in the United States, (I will never call them African Americans, they are not literally from Africa, so that is incorrect English), is/was 41.6 million (2020). The population of LGBTQ+ in the United States is/was 23.5 million (2021).

Take those numbers and tell me whether these groups are minority or majority? Just for shits and giggles, the population of White people in the United States is/was 191.8 million or 57.8% of the 331.9 million in 2021.

Are these "exact" numbers? No, of course not, but they are very very close to being what the numbers actually are and I am just using this as an example. I am not saying America shouldn't care about minorities. I am not saying that Black Americans and people of LGBTQ+ are not part of our American-Societal-Culture. I am just saying based on the math both groups do not make up the majority of the 331.9 million but merely a small fraction on the pie-chart that is the demographics in this country. My issue has always been the WOKE mentality [insert my definition from above here]. 

We cannot act like minority is really majority and act like that is normal and a part of everyday life in the United States. That has always been my issue. Just like groups cannot change the definition of concepts because minorities may not fit into the concept. So to force them in, they change the definition. 

NOPE... That isn't gonna work and we are seeing this now.

Back to Internet Subcultures... The point of all that is to show that Internet Subcultures are just that; minorities of the Internet. There are just a bunch of them out there, but at the end of the day. They are small, micro, mini when compared to all the people that use social media, that use the Internet in general. Most people do not know what some of them even are, let alone most of them. 

Woke, Incels, Femcels, Kevin, Karen, Trolls, Tweakers (Twitter Users), Binary, Non-Binary, Gay, Straight, Trans, Hindi, Middle-Eastern, Twitch Gamers, Otakus, Anime Cosplayers, Otherkins, Antigun Groups, Neo Nazis, Environmental Activists, Scene Kids, Religion, Conspiracy Theorists, Flat Earthers, Hollow Earthers and Racists.

Each group acts entitled as if their group warrants equality and respect by default without the majority of us even knowing what they are about. Their expectations from the rest of the lot, "us," the rest of the 57.8% of 331.9 million are not just gonna shrug their shoulders and say; “ok” to all that. It's just not gonna happen. Look at what happened in the southern states when blacks in this country were fighting for equality back in the 50s and 60s. Eventually, most of it worked out. At first, it was not a great place to be, even if you were white. There were plenty of white folk that said, "its about goddamn time." With respect to giving blacks in America equality. Even in the 50s and 60s the media mainly displayed this news in the negative. Again, just using this specific example here. I am not linking race issues with Internet Subcultures, but you can throw a label on that if you so wish…

If less people were fighting for these rights would they have been granted? That's right... There were more people, both black and white that fought alongside one another to get these laws passed than the racist slang being thrown around in the public eye. However, the media portrayed this in another light. They didn't do it as much or at the level they do it now, but it was being done even then. People, in general, especially, Internet Subcultures has a terrible understanding of real, history. It seems to me, they only look at history when it suits their rants but with not much actual, real, understanding, conceptually. It is that foolishness, excuse me, their obvious, foolishness that makes them a target for memes, jokes, getting bullied and so forth. They are the butt of the joke most of the time, online, or in the real world, because they are blinded in triggering rage. One or many cannot think or articulate clearly when they are pissed off. Now give them a medium, like the INTERNET, where they can literally say whatever they want and have very minimal backlash for it in the real world. Granted if they are in an Internet Subculture and spout off with the keyboard warrior-type-rant, sure. That can harm their traffic. If they have followers, likes, hearts, comments, clickbait, ads. All that can be harmed if you are in an Internet Subculture and say the wrong stuff to where others in that Internet Subculture turn on you. The triggered keyboard-ranter. It happens all the time. People with mental health problems feel accepted by a group only to have that acceptance shattered and the people fall into a really bad depression and off themselves. It happens every goddamn day. Most people just do not see it but it happens daily.

This was meant to be short, but with me I cannot do that. If I were to shorten this up to just the key points without explaining the context then I am basically opening myself up to a clutter of Internet Subculturers trolling my shit and making large claims about my personality. All because they cannot articulate the concepts in which I explore and the way I attack them. The reasons my thoughts, opinions, writing style is so widely praised is also the same reasons the Internet Subcultures hate me and are triggered by what I say. Mainly the mentally ill, former or current Scene Kids on here that are either too dumb to understand or too young to process actual, real, logical concepts; because all their education on subjects like this come from Internet Subculture opinion’s and beliefs based on emotional outbursts, faith and belief.

What I continue to preach is knowledge, knowing, truth and facts do not come from faith and belief. Because faith and belief are not attributes of knowledge, knowing, truth and facts. They can be at times. However, ALL FACTS start with believing this [whatever thing] to be true but we have to test it first, many times over, to see what actually comes of it. This is just the scientific method. You have a theory. You test your theory many many times and if the answer comes back the same in the “majority, major, most” of the tests/time then you can say that is a ‘FACT.’ A ‘FACT’ is something that can be labeled as truth and cannot proven to be “un”true. Simply believing in something, because you want it to be real is fine, but that one thing does not make it true or real.

That is just it. You have to prove something to be wrong. You have to match that effort and most won’t. Especially those in Internet Subcultures. They say it’s a safe place, whatever that is supposed to be and mean? There are no safe places on the INTERNET. Some are beginning to just now learn this.

Incels is just a newer word to describe the MGTOW Internet Subculture (Men Going Their Own Way) from the mid 2000’s. I remember a guy friend of mine who tried to sell me on the concept way back in 2007. I guess MGTOW’s are called Incels now, lol. Femcels, again, just a new word to describe very angry feminists that are more interested in getting attention with the aesthetic of toxic sadness than the original meaning of involuntary chastity… Ok… Different word, different world, same thing…

As stated before, this was supposed to be semi-short, but ended up being an entire blog worth of material. This is both a reply to the original post and my own words on the subject. Context for me is so very important. We have nearly 2,000 words on the subject. If one is triggered by this, sorry not sorry. If you are that angry over my perspective anyone can leave at any time. Walking clears and centers the mind. It is also great for your circulation and one may even lose some weight. Shit… Just take some time and be one with nature. It helps me. It could, potentially, help others but it won’t if you do nothing.

Gamers, THIS is pod-racing.

The official chapters start off similarly to the one-shot but IN COLOR! We get explained about Volleyball (still not sure if that's an actual sport) again and we get the Shonen declaration about how they're rise to the top or something. Then...magic happens.

We start with Hinata seeing a short dude bitch out his opponents in a volleyball match on TV. He has been inspired and the WHOLE FUCKING WORLD IS GONNA FEEL IT! Flashback 3 years ago at town's gymnasium. Yukigaoka Junior High School's number one Volleyball Team Captain (!!!) Hinata is ready to fuck up Kitagawa Daiichi's high school team with his significantly less enthused teammates! But wait...in a major departure from the one-shot, none other than Super Chad Set Kageyama Tobio is on the rival Kitagawa Daiichi team. And, he already has his own epithet: King Of The Upper Court. Then, to make matters worse, his scary-ass teammates come to intimidate the Yukigaoka team with their...tallness! Hinata tries to keep his teammates' morale up with a short speech about breaking through them with his jumping power...

But he has to take a dump first.

Near the bathroom, Kitagawa Daiichi's team is shit-talking (heh) Yukigaoka's team because they're taller and more experienced and actually better than those twerps. Hinata actually stands and, because he has been in actual matches before, he gets to have a point. Unfortunately, everybody can see that he's about to shit himself so he just gets laughed at. Thankfully, Kageyama comes out to yell at them for slacking off then yells at them for looking down on opponents instead, you know, actually preparing for the damn match. However, before Hinata can solidify his new crush, Kageyama tells him that he should take responsibility for his health and manage his body before the game. "Bitch, did you come here to make memories or something?" He asks. Hinata said he came here to win (Boss. We know he's gonna lose but I respect resolve). Kageyama barks back "You're short, bitch. Don't forget that." Hinata actually successfully counters with "Yeah...but I Jump Good (into your mother's bed last night)". After some more shit-talking, they both go out onto the court. Notice how despite the clear skill and experience gap, their relationship is much more equal this time around? I like that. Perfect way to establish a rivalry.

Kageyama is immediately noted as being the only guy on the other team who actually takes the game seriously. People from Hinata's team doesn't even know what a setter is (Dumbasses. Like they didn't know about volleyball before they came here.). Anyway, it gives the narrative an excuse to describe just how Kageyama is. The answer? Insanely. Like their absolute dogshit of a coach has to try to rein him in to keep him from hurting their feelings. Oh, and meanwhile, the actual Karasuno high school team is watching the whole match, looking for potential recruits. Pretty sure that's gonna be important later...

Mild backstory on Hinata: ever since seeing the short guy on TV, he knew he was going to be a Volleyball player. Sadly, reality decided to lace up and wind its foot back before slamming its toes into his little balls with the fact that no one wants to play Volleyball in fucking Japan. Barely anyone wants to play it in the United States of America where it was fucking invented! But! Hinata is no mere Shonen protagonist. He is, and has always been, a fucking unit. Tossing away his honor, he practiced by playing on the girl's team (no one cares what women do in Japan: those all-female delinquent gangs in the 70s and 80s? Acquitted of all charges), playing with the women's neighborhood community team and playing in spots wide enough for him to serve! Bitch had a dream and he chased it like he just saw his wallet with it. Then one day, God smiled upon him and gifted his with own middle school volleyball team...

BACK TO THE PRESENT! Kageyama realized that he wasn't just talking shit when he said he could jump. However, this is Japanese volleyball, and Japanese volleyball isn't a fairy tale. Kitagawa is curbstomping Yukigaoka. The problem being Hinata is pretty much the only competent player on his team. However, he still supports each teammate so that put up a fight. Conversely, Kageyama is the most competent on a team of competents but he keeps playing like it's just him and The Others against an entire team and it shows in his demeanor (Douche) and how the others treat him (Douche Who Can Kill Them). Still, Real Recognizes Real and Kageyama is more than able to single Hinata out as the only real threat on the other team while his Douchebros have all but written off the entire match. When Hinata steals a point from them, Kageyama goes on the warpath and launches the ultimate assault for the last point. Hinata leaps out, spikes the shit out of that motherfucker...and lands the ball out of bounds (No luck even when you know how to spike, huh?). The whole match? Only 31 minutes. And apparently, that's supposed to be embarrassing rather a godsend for any parent who wanted to get home in time to catch Alias.

Outside, Hinata's team licks their wounds by whining about how the others were too good, too strong and they never had a chance but Hinata, Chad-In-Training that he is, correctly points out that whether the other team is strong or weak, all that matters is who wins in the end. Hinata sees Kageyama and cries out (literally, seeming somewhat passionate if losing Badass points) that he will take his title someday. Kageyama responds "Git Gud" and Hinata takes it to heart, training for the next three years and joining the Karasuno high school volleyball team! But...what's this? Kageyama's has already applied and is on the same team?! Wha---

Bio: Coming from an upper middle class family in the United Kingdom, as a child Lucy had many toys to play with, but not many could really captivate her as much as video games. The main console that she had was PlayStation, but later in her teenage years she started dabbling in PC games. Still though, while she enjoyed video games s good bit, she was mostly a casual gamer. She watched a few streamers here and there, occasionally got a more challenging game here and there, but for the most part, she never really considered gaming as something she would reasonably want to pursue. That all kinda changed when she started University. Lucy took some time off from her education after graduating from high school to get a few jobs here and there to help save a little extra money for uni, and then when she turned twenty, she was ready to go back to school to pursue a degree in literature. When she moved into her dorm, she checked the bulletin for anything interesting, and that’s when she saw a flyer for the university’s gaming club. She decided to give a shot, wholly unaware of what she was actually getting herself into. Her first club meeting began with the sounds of people arguing and flinging controllers at each other, which definitely gave her quite the shock. The club was mostly comprised of a rambunctious group of people, most of them having formed an eSports team called “Fairy Tail”. Lucy saw the whole thing as rather daunting, considering she was a casual gamer and whatnot, but she was quickly reassured that it was fine, and that there would a place for in the club and on the team. In due time, the team got Lucy into being their resident weekend streamer, usually streaming some of her favorite games, but she also streams herself learning the ropes of some of the more competitive games that the Fairy Tail team plays. Most of the donations that she gets on stream go to team funding. Lucy stands in as a reserve member just in case something happens and another member of the team can’t make a tournament, otherwise she can often be seen on the sidelines.

Additional Background/Personality: Lucy is a very shy and meek young woman, often being compared to a mouse by her fellow club member, Erza Samwise. She has shown tendencies towards getting both spooked and flustered easily, especially when the other members of the club begin hurling arguments and throwing their controllers at each other. During these tussles, Lucy pulls her hoody over her head and cowers in the corner, waiting for everyone to calm down. In spite of her shyness, Lucy is a very kind and gentle person, and can be pretty open once someone gets to know her. On stream, Lucy try’s to be a bit more charismatic, though sometimes she’ll stumble or sour a word and get embarrassed. She’s also not good at handling stress, and is something of a procrastinator, often forgetting to do assignments for her classes until the last minute.

Appearance: Lucy is a young woman of slightly below average height with a thick figure, sporting a large bust, soft stomach, and curvy hips and thighs. She has soft, cherubic facial features and brown eyes. Sometimes she does her makeup, but she’s not the best at it. Her hair is a bright blonde and kept medium length, and goes down to her shoulders, which she sometimes does up in pigtails, but not often. On most days of the week, she typically wears baggy hoodies and sweatpants, but she also has plenty of t-shirts, and if she’s going out with friends then she breaks one of a few pairs of jeans that she owns. Abilities: Lucy is a pretty casual gamer, meaning that she is not the best at games outside of her circle of interests. In some of the more competitive online games that the other members of the Fairy Tail team have tried to teach, she often has to get carried for the duration of matches due to her inexperience. Her favorite games are Minecraft, The Sims, Little Big Planet, and a few of the Sonic The Hedgehog games.
