My @na rules:
- no meat
- 7k steps are least (10k+ preferred)
- at least one workout per day
- no eating after 4pm
- no cheese, chocolate, full fat yoghurt or pasta
- no nuts, chips or anything greasy
- not below 400 cal (almost passed out a couple times)
- not above 1000
- 2L of water, no liquid calories
- no snacking!
- don’t take food from other people
- take time to eat
- take daily supplements
—> no binging!!
