It was an absolutely beautiful day in Pennsylvania today and I just could not spend it in the house. I got an amazing amount of things done outside l because I just didn't want to go back in so I kept looking for something else to do. I got my clothes out on the line early then mowed the yard. I have a big pile of wood chips and I've been using those to fill in holes that I find in the yard because it sucks to hit those with the riding mower. Those hydrangeas were looking mostly dead yesterday when I bought them on clearance, But they're beautiful now. I'm not sure where I'm going to put them yet but I did get my peonies planted. I'll probably plant the blackberries I got yesterday tomorrow when I focus on the garden. I also gathered up all of the grass clippings after they dried in the sun for a bit and I'm going to use those for bedding for the goats. Just because it's free doesn't mean it's not useful. I have no idea what I'm going to do with that big old wet spot maybe it'll become a pond. By the time I got done with everything I had to hurry up and shower and get ready for work, but it was a good day. I hope your day was as good as mine my friends. A morning well spent in the Biker brotherhood, while riding for the Cauvery Calling campaign, spearheaded by Sadhguru and Isha Foundation. An effort to revive the depleting Cauvery river by planting 242 crore trees along the basin. It is an economic plan with significant ecological impact. Shifting farmers in the basin from Crop based agriculture to Agro forestry also increasing the income of the farmer manifold. The ride ended at the Throttle Shrottle - the Biker Cafe where the Bikers from all around North India stop by. Those who ride on two wheels understand the significance environment plays in our lives more than anyone, this was displayed by the generous contributions everyone made to make it happen.
