This is a journey we get to take over and over again. My back incident, now over a year ago, revealed the deficienct characteristics in my 1st, 2nd and 3rd chakras since moving back to the states. International Yoga Day. So grateful for yoga and the community and family it’s given to me. The opportunity to always learn from it, through it and because of it.
