For the prompt submissions a vampire that feels guilty after feeding/attacking someone so they leave obscenely valuable ancient artifacts as payment/an apology?

With his face squashed down and hair in disarray, Lachlan looks even more pathetic, eyes red-rimmed with blood tears as he scrabbles to break free from the hold.
The rest of the vampire coven do not move. Eyes wide. Faces paled. Some look like they are about to be sick. Wildly, you wonder if Tabaeus is doing what Lachlan had done at the library. Have they frozen their audience in place? Stopped time? Your thoughts flick to the shrieks from earlier, wondering if the victims were unable to move due to whatever Tabaeus is doing.
Your mind swirls so fast with thoughts, you feel as if you’re going to get motion sick.
“You have kept my mind muddled with the memories, the thoughts, of this peanut gallery of vapid nightwalkers.” Tabaeus growls and draws your attention back to the two vampires. Their hand on the back of Lachlan’s head twists, grinding the other vampire’s face harder against the floor. “What do you have to say for your transgressions, Hardwin?”
“Tabaeus, you were created to be a repository for memories. That was your whole poin—“ Lachlan’s attempts to justify his actions come to a halt. He violently coughs as Tabaeus slams their free hand through his back. Bones crack before you hear – more than see – the sound of tissue and flesh tearing. Tabaeus’s hand jerks back, withdrawing a pulsing organ from Lachlan.
Standing, the beastly form shucks away from your vampire, leaving their nude human like form. With a kick, they force Lachlan onto his back and pin them down with a foot. The other vampire’s attention flickers to his own heart in the Memory Keeper’s hand. Lachlan’s chest heaves as his eyes dart from Tabaeus’s face to their hand, then wildly around to the other vampires present.
His eyes are begging for someone, anyone, to step in. No one moves an inch.

Summary: An awkward fresh-out-of-a-relationship woman and an orc that owns a sex store enter an adult theater together. She, intent on pushing her own boundaries. He, just looking to give her some sense of safety. Well, that and he wouldn’t complain about having a bit of fun himself.
After they inevitably get interrupted, Jek deals with the problem while Heidi flees. Resigned, he believes he’ll never see her again.
Thus begins Jek and Heidi’s sporadic interactions until, eventually, they find themselves fumbling around each other daily at the very place it started: Strictly Pleasure.

She kind of knew Jek, Heidi admitted to herself. He was kind enough to accompany her into the theater, even if he wanted the chance to get his dick wet. And on the few occasions she came with Travis, Jek seemed decent.
He refused to carry content that advertised itself as “barely legal” or school girl outfits, vocally against the idea of sexualizing younger people. All the content he carried was carefully vetted, the production companies and creators researched. She couldn’t recall how she learned those things. If it was Travis breaching topics with Jek or if it was an overheard conversation.
Strictly Pleasure wasn’t a high-end sex boutique, but Jek clearly knew there were problems in the sex industry - and societal ramifications - so he took pains to offer quality content.
Heidi found herself wedging her purse between herself and the arm of the chair before turning to Jek. In the light of the screen, she caught his inquisitive look. She tried to tell herself the burning blush at her cheeks would be hidden in the dark, but she knew about orc darkvision. The way the corners of his lips tilted with a faint smile and how he raised his eyebrows didn’t help.
Unable to keep meeting his gaze, her eyes fell downward and a question blurted from her lips, “How gross is the floor?”
“Excuse you, I clean this floor every day.” Jek puffed, words lightly miffed but still good-natured. It was a difficult tone to maintain as the promise of her words made him throb. After a quick adjustment of his feet, he noted how much the soles of his shoes stuck to the floor. Woefully, he was forced to admit, “And it is only slightly sticky.”
“Ah, slightly,” she parroted, tone amused. Before Heidi could decide whether to deal with the unpleasant sensation, Jek shrugged off his button-up. He leaned forward, intending to drop the fabric in front of him, but Heidi leaned forward, grabbing his arm. “It’s going to get dirty,”
His gaze followed the path of her hand on his arm up to her face. The way Heidi’s eyes rounded with worry and surprise, how her lower lip dipped as her teeth sunk into it. He could almost believe she genuinely cared. She was probably just worried how it would make herself look. So eager to suck a guy off that she dirtied his shirt.
Leaning his face toward Heidi, Jek let his whisper dip lower and winked. “I can spare this one. I got more in my office.”
“Such a gentleman,” she snorted, rolling her eyes as she imagined why he’d need more than one shirt at Strictly Pleasure. It wasn’t as if he’d been shy about admitting to the things he’d gotten up to. She slipped from the loveseat quickly as he sat upright, only so she wouldn’t risk Jek hearing how her heart stuttered.
Kneeling between his knees and on the shirt, Heidi stared quietly up at him. He hadn’t moved much and if she didn’t know better, she would have thought he was holding his breath. That thought tickled something inside her.
It was hard to forget where exactly she was, how many people were around them, but she forced herself to just focus on him. That made the situation easier, she found.
Likewise for Jek, all focus had funneled onto Heidi. He found himself mentally restraining himself, refraining from laying his hand on her head or saying something that would make her blush. If anything unexpected happened, he was willing to bet she’d run. He didn’t want that. Especially not now.
