So how;s adam and eve reunion gotta be ? it's must be full with drama
"So this is what youve been up to all these centuries?" Adam remarked, taking note of Eve's outfit.
Gone were the elegant blue, pink and white robes that denoted her as his Other. Now she wore overalls and a plain gray shirt. A leather ultility belt hung around her hips. Her hair, once a luscious river of brown, was cut shorter and braided.
"If youre here to take back there the answer is no," replied the brunette.
Hm. it seems looks werent the only thing that changed about Eve.
"I'm not here to take you back, Im just wanted to know how youve been," said Adam. Hs lips formed a sly grin.
"Though if you want to, I can convince Sera to-"
"You will convince nobody, Im through with that place." Eve's voice sharpened some more.
Adam was taken aback. The audacity of this woman he grumbled internally. He didnt know what to think! He was so used to her soft, demure mannerisms. She never raised her voice at anyine not when the kids were acting up, and definitely not at him.
What changed?
Adam glanced over at his sweet wittle Abel, who only stood awkwardly at the unexpected family reunion.
Of course, if he played his cards right then Eve would be back by his side by the night's end. She would do anything for their real kids!
But then he remembered Kané. He had told her to hide, that he would not reveal her until he could persuade Eve to hear him out.
Charlie felt it wasnt her place to interrupt. She didnt know what to say. But she did know Adam had a trick of his sleeve. So she sent him a warning glare, daring him to mess up.
"Ooh this is better than a soap opera," Angel Dust whispered excitedly as he cradeled Phat Nuggets. He was enjoying the mayhem unfolding.
"Normally I wouldnt care about Adam but I'm bored," Veggie replied with equal interest. Even back in her exterminator days it was no secret how Adam treated Eve. He never defended her when other angels scorned & looked down at her, so when news of her disappearance reached her ears, Veggie was not surprised.
Besides, he had this coming a LONG while. She was glad to have a front row seat at the day of reckoning.
Husk simply took out his flask. This was going to be a long night.
All the while Kané stood in her hiding spot behind the cacti. She could see the resemeblance between her mama and Eve, even with obvious differences there was no doubt the First Woman Ever was their grandmother. The way she presented herself caused a wave of comfort for the girl, as if she could trust her with her deepest, darkest secrets.
Adam was not moved. He didnt expect his wife, his soulmate to reject him like that.
"Now look after everything we've been through, you dont want to be in paradise? We worked hard for it, Evie! You deserve to stay here."
Eve crossed her arms. Adam began to sweat. He really wished he had his mask.
"I mean, not here in this shitstain or Earth, but up there", he pointed up at the ceiling. "Please Evie, come back to us. We miss you, the rest of the brood miss you."
That part was genuine. He really did miss her. He hated that the one chance at being together again was slipping through his fingers. Lilith was probably cheering somewhere at this update.
Eve shuddered at the pet name. She loathed him for pulling that out, and loathed herself for nearly buying that. Centuries apart and he still managed to makr her weak in the knees.
But she had to keep going! Evelyn Lambert worked too far and too hard to succumb back to that demure helpless trophy everyone expected her to be.
"No. You dont get to call me that! You knew how they treated me and did nothing to stop it! All they did was insult and belittle me, you were my husband and supposed to protect me!" She pointed an accusatory finger at him.
"Well what did you expect me to do punch every angel who ever looked at us funny? That's not exactly holy behavior," chided Adam.
"Oh you are a real piece of work my love," Eve snipped. "Like we're all supoosed to ignore that you went off on a mad crusade because you were too spineless to admit all of us are capable of sin? You didnt even think twice that doing so would cause a war!"
Adam winced. He hadn't thought of that. But no matter! There was no war and a mere instance of hell figthing back didn't erase countless years of victories his extermination squad achieved.
"Hey a war wouldn't be possible anyways because look at them! We are much more stronger, they just got lucky," boasted the First Man.
"And they cheated! That fucking thing stabbed me in the back!" He pointed at Nifty, who could only reply with a satisfied grin.
"An unnarmed man! And left his kids without both parents!" Adam continued, hoping his put-on was enough to soothe his beloved' heart.
Abel cupped his face and sighed. Even during a serious moment his fayher loved being a drama king. It was such a common put-on Abel could smell it a mile away.
Unknown to him, Kané shared the same sentiment. She pinched her nose, wasn't Adam's arrogance the reason why he was in hell in the first place? Why is he regressing all of a sudden? She held her tongue.
Eve gritted her teeth. God, she was so done with her ex's mind games!
As if somebody left the window opened a cold wind blasted through the room. Everyone tensed, Vaggie and Angel ready to move in case things got uglier.
"Talk about hell hath no fury," muttered Kané shrinking hwrself further away. Whisps of curls flew about Eve's face, her eyes glowing even more purple with a protective fury.
Charlie tugged her jacket tightly, her drealocks blowing around her face. She watched as Eve posed herself straighter. She swore she could see the faint outlines of butterfly wings on the woman.
Before Adam could say anything else (preferably HIDE), Abel finally stepped in and placed comforting hands on his mom's shoulders. He spoke to her in a language Kané couldnt ubdertand. It seemed to calm her down as the wind stopped blowing and the room temp returned to normal.
"Come on, Let's all sit down and discuss this like real adults." Abel directed that last part at his dad.
"I believe this matter also concerns you Your Highness," he addressed Charlie.
"Hopefully we can get all this sorted out peacefully," the hell princess spoke. She was ready to intervened one she felt that wind. She wouldnt let anyone get hurt, especially at Adam's hand.
Shrugging, Adam went over to the table, as Eve Abel and Charlie sat down. The older brunette took a place on the opposite end but still kept her violet eyes on Adam. She had a good mind to throw a wrench at his stupid smexy face.
Kané still watched as her family began to convers, interspersed with bits of Angel Dust's disappointment at the lackluster resolution.
For some reason she couldnt muster the courage to step out. Was it fear? Eve would probably hate her if she found out she was Cain's grandkid.
Suddenly she felt something tugging at the bottom of her jacket. She turned to see a little purple lamb nibbling at her.
"Hey hey hey shoo shoo!" She spoke as loudly as she could to not give away her position. The lamb was too entranced by the flavor of unwashed polyester. Kané tried to pushed it away but some how she tripped.
"Gah! Fuck!"
The poor girl fell forward, causing everyone to turn her away. The mischievous scampered off with its prize, a piece of green cloth.
The four royals got up to see the irritated girl laying on the floor. Eve and Abel could only gape as Charlie rushed over the help her.
Adam froze.
The jig was up.

tell me about your ocs
AAAAAAAAAAAAAA ok they're still new so I'm still developing them BUT
Adam is an eldritch horror type creature (they/it) who basically eats people for fun, their enjoy feeling the despair coming from someone before they make them a meal. They generally have no regard for human life and very loose to no morals I'm afraid. They are ancient, coming from a time so far past they can't even remember their origin very clearly but their form on earth appears to be in their early 30s. They meet Eve when she stumbles upon them in the middle of dinner and they're not entirely sure why they let her leave that alleyway alive either but they take it upon themselves to find out why she has this influence over them. They couldn't eat or kill her if they tried (which is sooo annoying can't you tell.)
They can change their "human" form pretty much at will provided they aren't starving or badly injured although big changes take significantly more energy. A common problem for them as that their skin always looks too tight, like it doesn't quite fit their frame and hugs their bones too tightly. Eve calls it a "cute quirk" of theirs but if people see it on the street they cross over. They can tell its not normal, a prey drive Adam calls it.
They don't have a name when they meet Eve, they don't particularly care about names. But upon her insistence that she can't just call them "that guy" all the time, they give her the privilege of naming them. She takes awhile to consider before settling on Adam and when asked why Adam she explains the creation myth to them. Adam simply snorts, calling the story ridiculous but they don the name with a feeling almost like pride, enjoying how it makes them feel connected to her.
Adam generally tries to keep their bloody business away from Eve but some things slip through the cracks (or they forget) so she's definately seen her fair share of blood or body parts at this point. It still freaks her out but a soft touch from Adam and she's basically forgotten it (though whether that's because of its influence or simply how smitten she is with them, who's to say.)
Eve is a 26 year old trans femme (she/her) secretary who enjoys dancing and embroidery, she considers herself to be quite plain and generally unappealing. She happens upon Adam while they're...eating...one night and for reasons she can't fathom, she leaves that alleyway alive (and slightly flustered). She lives alone and has one older sister but her parents have passed away. She has a cat she's named King George, a big fluffy orange creature she treats like actual royalty.
Despite her best efforts to keep her composure and distance from the creepy being she's started calling Adam, she can't help but continue to be drawn to them. From what they tell her their influence should be making her naturally fear them, like she's some prey animal. And yet she can't help herself. When they start following her around town she almost feels safer with them around and she actively searches out ways to make them talk to her again (it takes awhile, Adam is shy)

I created these characters for the purpose of exploring darker aspects off horror, romance, and kink so expect that at some point to be reflected in the art/writing about them. I will put warnings appropriately and probably won't post anything too graphic on Tumblr but I did make a Twitter for that if anyone's interested

Hello This is Eve!
She is mostly known as an herbalist and potion maker for the city of Coin. She got popular off of good deeds she had done in the city and quickly made a name for herself.
She lives alone in her shop spending most of her morning looking after her plants and during the night is an advisor for the king.
She's incredibly religious.
Enjoys reading and conversing with people.
Also enjoys messing around with potions and magic.

Oof even though I'm not the biggest fan of apocalypse/post apocalypse stories I'm having brain rot for this one idea I had....
Basically, in the 1930s, there was a massive break out of a filovirus disease. Because there was a very poor understanding of viruses and an even poorer, if not entirely non-existent, understanding of filoviruses, this virus rises to pandemic levels. It infects humans, but maybe it has the ability to jump to other mammals as well? Like, not over night, but maybe eventually there'd be a strain that infects cattle, or a strain that infects horses, or something. The virus also seems to linger, in the soil, in the water, again, in ways that the people of this time couldn't understand.
So a lot of people die. Infact, it would seem that most people died from this disease. Of course, there are several places where this disease didn't kill everyone.
Four generations after the initial outbreak of the disease, there are several small communities that eek out an existence for themselves. Because of the break down of any sort of mass or quick communication, these settlements genuinely believe that they are the last people left on earth.
First, there is a settlement deep in the mountains of Appalachia. They were remote when the pandemic began, and protected themselves by enforcing strict boundaries and physical borders. These people are deeply religious and superstitious. From this group comes "Johnny"
Another group lives in what was once coal mines, that they've converted the mines into a space somewhat habitable for humans. They've also expanded these mines. These people fled underground during the pandemic, and have kept themselves somewhat healthy by avoiding the aboveground. I think it would be neat to explore how they made food and resources, and what exactly their culture got up too. I think they'd be somewhat...impersonal? Like, purely utilitarian, to the point where they avoid close relationships, and only have intercourse to reproduce? Anyways, "Eve" is from this group.
Finally, there's a scattered group of people that lives in what remains of human buildings and homes. These people protect themselves by staying far apart from each other, only communicating through systems of messages that they invent. Children are raised by a single parent, a person who has proven themselves to be an efficient member of the community, until they are eventually left alone to care for themselves. From this group comes "Anne"
Anyways, for there own reasons, each of these people leave the group that they were raised in, and find each other. Something happens, like maybe they have to go and find a cure? Or uncover government plans for a vaccine? Or something idk. I'm just fond of these kiddos owo.

TELL ME ABOUT YOUR OCS PLEASE INFODUMP I LOVE HEARING ABOUT THEM how did Adam end up coming to earth? How did they find it when they first arrived? Did eve tell her friends about Adam and if so what did she say? Has eve's sister met Adam? Please tell me anything and everything your world building and these characters make my brain go brrrrr💜💜
This might be long so more under the cut and this is subject to change a bit depending on how I develop their story 😂 let's get into it!
Adam (and another of their kind whom I shall develop more later) were sucked in through a wormhole of some variety whilst they were floating around up wherever they come from. (In my universe at least) eldritch beings gain strength, power and influence by feeding off each other and absorbing the other's energy. That's what they had been ATTEMPTING to do before they'd gotten trapped in the gravitational pull and interrupted. Adam was actually about to lose that battle, the other creature managing to take a pretty gnarly bite out of it before they'd been dropped on earth like hot trash, the two of them landing in heaps on opposite ends of the planet and leaving chasms large enough to probably fit small countries in. They've both been weakened considerably from that but Adam has taken to eating humans as a means to regain its strength.
Adam was positively sickened when they first arrived! Having a physical form of any variety kinda sucks when you've spent millenia not really feeling the heat of the sun or the sharp slap of rain. Their first night was spent curled up in the crater they landed in just trying to deal with the sensory overload of earth. There are just so many different sounds. They can handle the far off noises of stars exploding or the passing of time and how it warps in certain areas of the cosmos, but all the PEOPLE and ANIMALS and the SOUNDS on earth absolutely overwhelm them even now sometimes, though they've gotten better at managing it. Their first night was spent just suffering through the agony of hearing. They have since come to almost enjoy earth though (it helps that Eve likes it so much, she wouldn't take them up on their offer to leave together). They've come to enjoy the gentle light of the sunrise and the soft feeling of rain hitting grass as they walk. They even began growing almost affectionate for humans but moreso the way a farmer comes to care for its animals before slaughter. They're fascinated by people, humanities flaws and strengths and how deeply they FEEL things, Adam loves seeing what makes them tick almost as much as they love indulging in their meals. They think it makes them taste all the sweeter.
Eve has mentioned Adam though her friends haven't met them yet. She's a bit nervous about introducing them since it's a bit...possessive and she knows they'll be frightened by them. Adam doesn't particularly care to meet them, it's happy to simply bask in her company and enjoy the happy feelings pouring out from her after a night on the town with her friends. That's all he really cares about them.
Eve's sister has met Adam though it was a bit of an accident 😂 Adam was hanging out at Eve's home one evening and her sister (Lynn) had stopped by without notice. Eve was definately wary about introducing the two since they can both be protective of her but she couldn't really pretend Adam wasn't there since Lynn has a habit of just walking in as soon as she unlocks the door. They both bristle at each other from opposite sides of Eve (like when you first introduce your cat to a strangers' cat) and dinner is tense (Lynn invites herself to stay, she doesn't trust Adam as far as she can throw them.) They eventually reach a mutual understanding that they both want Eve to be happy (and that Adam is forbidden from eating Lynn). After Lynn threatens to peel Adam's skin off if they hurt Eve, it almost finds itself growing almost fond of her. That sort of fierce protectiveness an older sister can provide makes Adam beam a bit, happy that Eve has someone else who'd literally kill for her (though they do laugh a bit at the threat). Lynn still isn't their favorite person, to be honest I think they can only TRULY care for Eve, but they get along well enough and can handle being in each other's company without biting the others head off.
