Now, I know everyone is very excited and eager to compete, but due the ongoing global strike for Palestine, I have made the decision to postpone the event until January 29. Some of the stuff I discovered while re-watching Sonic Prime.. what are those?
Keep in mind that these odd figures (statues?) only appeared in the Shatterspace of No Place, and only in episodes 7 and 8 of the first season. I don't think they'd make a major appearance, they just stood out to me in that area. Idk. 🤷🏻♀️
EDIT; one of the comments mentioned that these statues originated from Sonic Frontiers! They're a cameo from a puzzle in the game, and this is how they looked like there:

What would happen if Needlemouse/Maurice met Eggman/Robotnik? Just an idea.
I can honestly see Eggman confusing Maurice for Sonic and attacking him, but after Maurice figures out that Eggman not only hates Sonic but also Knucles, and Eggman finding out that Maurice also hates Sonic as well, they'd probably team up to cause more havoc against Sonic and all the others.
So yea, they'd definitely work together considering how they're both villains and share the same hatred for Sonic and his friends. And while they have the same goal, i guess you could say there would probably be some minor arguments here and there when it comes to planning attacks, but over all, this wouldn't stop them too much from working with each other anyway.

About Sakura: (by @estellardreams) Sakura is a hedgehog unicorn hybrid that was bio-engineered through a lab experiment into existence. She's bright, hyperactive, headstrong, and optimistic.
About Leo: (by @aexonn) He's 16 years old Created by accident by Tails because he tried to wake them up (related to my Au story so it's a bit long to explain sorry TwT) At 5 years old, G.U.N. found out about his existence and decided to kidnap him; and make Sonic, Shadow and Tails (which they are the only one to know her existence) forget about her. 3 years went by, he go trained and he was tested like a laboratory rat and he finally find a way to escape G.U.N. and runs at their house. Since then, he trains himself for martials arts. He developed some trauma bc of the experiment like : he's scared about loud sounds and sudden physical contact without preventing. He's a trans demi boy.

AU Sonic Smackdown - Round 2, Left Side

Cybernetic AU-
Sonic in this universe is like the original… But his trauma has been presented a lot more openly as a problem along with having physical repurcussions for them. He came from the exact same background as Canon Sonic, but with a few key differences… Mostly because Shadow’s entire character was completely overhauled, and some alternate canons did influence his story (Archie and X). His powers are practically the same.
As for who he is as a person and the world he’s coming out from, it’s post Forces and Metal Virus. Along with facing the injury of losing his leg, Sonic’s mental state keeps taking a toll on him. His friends continuously try to help, but get pushed away. And apparently what leads him to getting the help he needs is through yet another World Ending Event™.
The End had returned through a curse Eggman tried to use, attempting to force Sonic back into Cyberspace. This unfortunately backfires as the End slowly gains control over Sonic’s body before fully taking it over. Once his friends rescue him and the End is defeated once again, all is well.
Until it isn’t anymore. Because this never stops. Sonic always keeps going. He’s too persistent and self-sacrificial, and means no harm to his friends. He’s always doing the right thing and forced to keep up appearances since the entire WORLD looks up to him. It’s a vicious cycle he’s gotten trapped in. One he doubts he’d be able to escape from anytime soon.
Freaks AU-
It’s a supernatural AU in which Sonic gets bit by a werebeast, turning into one himself. He lives in an abandoned attic along with Silver, life long best friends, who is a recently turned vampire, and also Tails Doll, possessed by Tails’ soul.
Once he learns how to control his other half, Sonic has the ability to shift or partially shift at will, although it’s harder on New Moons, and easier on Full Moons. They also got Super Full Moons, in which they go completly feral and bloodthirsty, and Super New Moons, where a werebeast go into a hibernation state.
