For the average person, all problems date to World War II; for the more informed, to World War I; for the genuine historian, to the French Revolution.

Fifty-one percent of a nation can establish a totalitarian regime, suppress minorities, silence opposition, and still remain democratic.

"L'essor de l'Europe est fondé sur le christianisme et monarchie, son déclin causé par le républicanisme, le progressisme et l'impiété"

“Patriotism, not nationalism, should inspire the citizen. The ethnic nationalist who wants a linguistically and culturally uniform nation is akin to the racist who is intolerant toward those who look (and behave) differently. The patriot is a ‘diversitarian’; he is pleased, indeed proud of the variety within the borders of his country; he looks for loyalty from all citizens. And he looks up and down, not left and right.”
— Erik von Kuehnelt-Leddihn (1909-1999).

One of the most immediate and degrading consequences of general military service in time of war was the “indoctrination” of the draftees. They were in the vast majority innocent, and largely even unwilling, civilians whose enthusiasm for fighting and killing was limited. They were, therefore, taught to hate the enemy, degraded to the point of wickedness, and stripped of all virtue.

Podstawowe cele wyborów to zniszczenie dawnej lojalności, zlikwidowanie powiązań, przekonanie ludzi do swoich racji. Lojalność, czyli wierność, to niewątpliwie feudalna, nie demokratyczna cnota. Orgia wyborcza wyłania zwycięzców i zwyciężonych.

NÃO VEJO MAIS RAZÃO EM OLHAR PARA A FRENTE, PARA UM FUTURO DESCONHECIDO, AO INVÉS DE OLHAR PARA TRÁS NOSTALGICAMENTE PARA VALORES CONHECIDOS E COMPROVADOS.

"In this connection Canon Bernard Iddings Bell recorded a rather significant wartime experience: 'At a dinner in New York at that time, I sat next to a high-up officer of one of the great news-collecting agencies. 'I suppose,' I ventured, 'now that the Muscovites are on our side, the American people will have to be indoctrinated so as to stop thinking of them as devils and begin to regard them as noble fellows.' 'Of course,' he replied, 'we know what our job is in respect to that. We of the press will bring about a complete and most unanimous volte face in the belief of the Common Man about Russians. We shall do it in three weeks.''"

The true rightist is not a man who wants to go back to this or that institution for the sake of a return; he wants first to find out what is eternally true, eternally valid, and then either to restore or reinstall it, regardless of whether it seems obsolete, whether it is ancient, contemporary, or even without precedent, brand new, “ultramodern.” Old truths can be rediscovered, entirely new ones found. The Man of the Right does not have a time-bound, but a sovereign mind.
