Establishing a healthy routine is far easier than maintaining it for long. You set-up your mind for fitness focusing on your body, but eventually fail to maintain it whatever may be the reasons. What stops you from reaching your desired health goals? Let’s find out! First and foremost important thing is selection of the activity that you can genuinely enjoy that doesn’t feel like a burden. It should be a part of your day that you really look forward to, and not anything that you just “have to” do. There are variety of ways to keep your body fit so you always have the option to keep trying new things and explore your interests. Fun and enjoyment should always be the priority rather the intensity, duration, or type of workout; those things are also important but what the point if you will only end-up be getting bored and look for excuses to skip it, so better to combine fun with workout. Only then it can be maintained for lifelong. Choose running, lawn tennis, table tennis, swimming, badminton, or even dancing if you really like it. Nobody can suggest which sport is best for you except for yourself, and you should not look for someone else advice about which workout should you be doing. Just try to explore your interests, the things you liked in play in your younger days and revisit those playgrounds to find out which activity now suits you best and that you enjoy the most. When it comes to choosing the right time- whether you like it in the morning or evening- there in no better time than when you like it the most because many people don’t exercise because they think they have to wake-up early.
