🥯jungwon… he was working on some lyrics for a song that he wanted to write. he never really took part in something like this directly so it was new to him. and he was struggling.

“jay… i don’t know what to write, it’s a love song! i’m struggling.” he leaned his head on the desk and watched as jay messed with the different knobs on his guitar.

“ask y/n she’s like in love with you.” jay mumbled without thinking, he shot his head up and looked at jungwon who also shot up.

jungwon slowly turned to jay, “are you… being honest with me?”

his older brother sat awkwardly, “ummm if i said yes?”

almost immediately jungwon got up and called you asking your location, if he had to run to you he would. and he was going to.

🥨heeseung… he sat on his back in the practice room singing to himself. he took up extra practices for the next upcoming comeback and you had left a couple hours ago after dropping him off lunch. he was so thankful for you and it made him smile to himself. around 4am riki walked in and sat down next to heeseung.

“dude it smells like body odor and noodles in here what the fuck did you do?” riki asked between laughs

heeseung sat up and rolled his eyes, “it smells like noodles because y/n dropped me off food.”

riki scoffed, “when did she drop off the food? i didn’t see her.”

heeseung leaned back again, “couple hours ago, around 1am.”

“1AM???? damn she really is in love with you hah!” riki froze right after the words came out of his mouth. god he spoils everything.

“wh-what??” heeseung looked at him wide eyed, ears pink.

riki immediately got up and ran out, leaving heeseung to sit in the practice room alone blushing.

🥐jay… you had a rough couple weeks due to family stuff and jay felt bad. you were a really close friend of his and he hated seeing you so upset. to make you feel better jay started cooking you your favorite meal. he was in the kitchen cooking and planning out his day so he can drop it off to you while it’s still warm. he was mumbling to himself when jake walked in.

“is this dinner?” jake asked, sitting on the counter. jay looked at him.

“1 get your ass off the counter, and 2 no, it’s for y/n, it’s her favorite.”

jake looked at the food, “this is a lot to give her.”

jay nodded, “i’m hoping it’ll last her a few days, it’s been rough for her lately.”

“i’m sure her just seeing you will make her feel better, she talks about you all the time yaknow?” jake said mindlessly, ass still sat on the counter.

jay nodded and hummed without thinking. jake thought he was ignoring him so he wanted to test it, “she’s in love with you.”

jay’s eyes widened and he almost dropped the wooden spoon, he looked over at jake and smacked him with it, “that’s not funny and i told you get your ass off the counter!”

🧇jake… he was waiting for you to come over to the dorm. you needed help on an essay and jake had free time so he offered to help you. he also loved to keep his skills sharp so he lived vicariously through your university work. he was frantically cleaning his room when sunoo walked in.

“oh you’re finally cleaning your room?” sunoo spoke leaning on the doorframe, arms crossed.

jake looked up at him, “yeah y/n is coming over, it needs to be clean i don’t want her to be grossed out by me.”

sunoo scoffed, “she’s seen you laugh so hard snot comes out of your nose and she’s still in love with you.”

jake stopped mid throw, his paper ball not landing in the trash, “wait what?”

sunoo laughed, throwing his head back, “oh nothing!” before walking to his own room. jake was suddenly hyper aware of his messy room and the time. you were going to arrive any minute and he was sweating nervously.

🥞sunghoon… he was getting dressed up to meet you for coffee. you were actually in town for the week so he wanted to see you again. you had been busy with classes and work and just life in general. so sunghoon wanted to take you out for froyo, he was buttoning up his coverup and putting on cologne when heeseung entered the bathroom.

“do you have a date today or something?” heeseung looked at him, eyebrows rising.

sunghoon shook his head no, “just taking y/n out for ice cream.”

heeseung now looked at him funny, “are you sure it’s not a date? she likes you a lot yaknow, like love love.”

“what? what do you mean!?” sunghoon flipped around to look at him, “do i look okay? is it too much? should i change? wait she’s in love with me?!”

heeseung left the bathroom after tapping him on the shoulder and a small good luck.

🍞sunoo… you and sunoo were having your monthly movie nights. it used to be weekly but since he became an idol he gets busy a lot. but you were willing to wait the once a month for these movie nights and for him. you were knocked out on the couch in the dorm and sunoo walked to the hall closet to get you an extra blanket. jay walked past him but stopped, jay knew you were going to confess to sunoo today. he was the one who told you to

“did y/n talk to you yet?”

sunoo smiled to himself, “we always talk, why?”

“so are you guys together now or?”

sunoo looked at him a little confused. jay yawned and stretched a bit, he was half asleep as he started walking again, “she was supposed to confess how she’s been in love with you for years. guess she forgot to.”

sunoo walked back quickly to you practically shaking you awake after that. he loved you just as much as you loved him, and sleep was not going to get in the way of that.

🍰riki… you were in the shower in the dorm. on the way home from a cafe it started pouring which led to you getting soaked. riki knew you were bad with the cold so he immediately shoved you in the bathroom with a change of warm clothes. not wanting you to get sick, then he walked to his room to make sure it was tidy and had enough blankets for you both.

jake was already in his room though, “what’re you doing in here?”

jake looked up, “looking for the ipad, where is it?”

riki blinked, “i need it you can’t have it right now.” he started rearranging the blankets on his bed. jake looked at him, jaw agape.

“what the hell for what?! give it!”

riki looked back at him, “you’re acting like you’re the child.” jake started searching riki’s desk.

“hey! cut it out! me and y/n are watching a movie after she gets out of the shower!” riki said and smacked him with a pillow.

jake stopped and his grin widened, “ohhhhhhhhhhh okay then never mind, if you and your girlfriend wanna watch a movie then i’m good i’ll just use heeseung’s pc.”

riki’s ears turned pink, “she’s not my girlfriend…” never in his life was he going to tell you his feelings for you.

“what really? i heard her talking on the phone the other day about how much she was in love with you? huh… maybe i heard wrong.” at that jake got up and left and almost immediately you entered the room. you looked at riki who was pink all over.

“ummm are you okay? do you have a fever?”

a/n: this is a one shot from this ask :3 i was really excited to write it here you goooooo <3

warnings: angst to comfort! nothing too insane!! reader is stressed and snaps. jay is pretty much an angel

MASTERLIST

when you got home you saw that the dishes still weren’t done and the blankets on the sofa weren’t folded. you sighed and walked to the kitchen- head in hands. all you asked was for jay to clean up just a little bit.

you had classes plus extra tutoring this day and just wanted a nice clean house to go home to.

your boyfriend clearly did not do that.

you sighed and leaned against the counter looking at the dishes, “fuck…” mumbling you rolled your sleeves up and started cleaning. your hands hurt from writing notes and typing but what needs to be done- needs to be done.

“hey baby welcome home!” jay walked into the kitchen, new hair, he looked good, great even. but you were upset.

“hi.” you said quickly and continued to do the dishes. jay frowned and walked closer to you, “don’t.” you interrupted him.

“i’m upset with you right now.” you put the dish under the now steaming sink water.

jay’s brows furrowed, “why?”

“why? i asked you to do the dishes and they’re still not done? usually you’re not like this so i don’t understand why they aren’t done.” you snapped looking at him now. jay looked at you astonished.

“i texted you saying i had work today and my hair appointment.” jay said, “i literally texted you that when i got home i would do it.”

you put the damp towel on your shoulder, “okay then how come i come home and you’re not doing shit?!”

jay tried not to raise his voice or get mad. he understood that school was stressing you out. he would never blame you for that.

“i just changed into my indoor clothes. i was about to walk into the kitchen to start the chores.” he spoke calmly.

“fine then you fucking do it im going to take a shower.” you snapped again and walked to your guys’ room. you felt tears weld in your eyes, you didn’t mean to snap at him. you didn’t know why you were like this right now.

sighing again you went to the bathroom to shower and you started to full on cry. jay was always a good boyfriend. calm, puts up with you, never hurts you, cooks, cleans, everything. you at some point even thought about marrying him.

the thought made you cry harder, he would never want to marry you after this.

when you got out of the shower you got dressed and went to the hall closet to grab and extra blanket. you could just sleep on the throw pillows.

your shared bedroom door was cracked open and jay was already in bed.

you frowned and went to the couch, it was almost an unspoken thing to punish yourself.

when you got to the couch you bundled yourself up and faced the cushion. your back facing the open end of the couch and you started crying again.

you felt so bad snapping at him. it wasn’t his fault at all, it really was just a misunderstanding.

you sniffled a bit and tried to fall asleep.

you were startled when a soft comforting hand was rubbing your back, you shot up and looked at him.

“jay?”

jay looked at you, your hair sticking out everywhere, eyes puffy and red from crying. jay still thought you looked beautiful.

“baby what’re you doing sleeping out here?” he asked softly, “it’s too cold to sleep on the couch.”

you shook your head no and started crying again, jay caught your tears instantly.

“y/n… it’s okay… stop crying.” your boyfriend wiped your tears away, “i know it’s stressful right now…”

“i didn’t mean to snap at you i’m so sorry.” you blubbered out, “you’re never going to want to marry me after this…”

jay felt himself chuckle, “i still want to baby.”

you shook your head still crying, “i’m sorry.”

jay nodded, “i forgive you baby…” he sleepily smiled and kissed your forehead, “next time i’ll call you and we won’t have any misunderstandings okay?”

you hummed in agreement and looked at him, “your new hair is nice…” you mumbled, you were starting to calm down. your drowsiness staring to take over

jay chuckled and scooped you up, “you can compliment it more in our bed.”

you hugged him close to you as he carried you back to bed.

oh mr. park… given an allowance AND having idol income. at first it would all go to his savings, like if he wanted to take a class, or if the rockstar wanted to buy more things for his guitar. however….. when you came into the picture 1/3 of his savings just seemed to vanish. well, not vanish jay knew exactly where it was going. and soon it became 2/3rds of his savings.

jay loved to spoil you rotten, he loved seeing your eyes light up at the new bag he got you. the way you’d let your fingers glide against the material of the leather strap. how you’d talk excitedly about the history of the bag design. he loved it.

jay’s favorite part of spoiling you was how you’d geek out over whatever item he bought you. like the one time he bought you a piece of jewelry from a movie you liked. you started to go on and on about the movie and the details of said movie.

he loved every second of spoiling you because he got to hear you happily talk.

buying you things was great and all, but seeing you smile and give an excited giggle unwrapping what he got you was the best part. jay had never felt such adrenaline unless he was performing.

you always get so giddy when jay comes home from tour or whatever business trip he was on. for starters, because you get to see the love of your life again. and because you get to see the excited look on his face when he pulls a present out from behind his back.

you loved his reactions to giving you things just as much as the actual gift. you made sure to always show him how grateful you are of him. you may be spoiled rotten but you’d never in your life take advantage of his kindness.

jay would do anything for you, if you wanted a trip to the moon and back he’d plan it for years so you could have that trip.

and trust me, with as much as he buys you, he probably could take that total and fly you to the moon.

jay can’t help it, he loves you way too much for his bank account’s good. the bleeding of the numbers didn’t really matter anyways, your attention and your company, the fact you chose him over anyone else on earth is his idea of getting spoiled by you.

This was your first time going on a vacation with a group of friends, it was uncharted waters and it made you so excited to experience new things with your friends. You were so lucky to have such a nice group, it kept your spirits way up.

Even when your best friend sometimes got a little down spirited. Jay Park wasn’t always like that, he just sometimes had that look written on him that made some people who didn’t know him a little intimidated. You’ve watched him roll his eyes at people and huff out of annoyance; it didn’t stop you from bothering him sometimes though.

You couldn’t help it, you absolutely loved getting into his personal space and trying to make him smile by doing stupid things that sometimes landed in you getting hurt. Jay's immediate response was to always patch you up with a remark or two on how you need to be more careful. You would just smile and nod.

You didn’t know this, but Jay loved this about you. He loved how even if he was in a mood that didn’t stop you from bothering him. In fact, you never bothered him at all, it took him a long time to realize that. When he finally connected the pieces that you didn’t actually bother him, and he started to miss your little quirks- Jay knew he was in hot water. Part of him didn’t want to go on the trip knowing you were going to be there because he just knew he would fall more in love with you.

And here you two were, it was late, and the window was open in the kitchen. It lets the hot summer breeze warm you both up from the freezing cold air conditioning. It was comforting.

“Oh, come on why wont you listen to it with me?” You whined as he did the dishes that originally Sunoo was supposed to do. He ended up accidentally knocking out with Heeseung, though you think he did it on purpose.

“Because I am doing the work, so I choose the music.” Jay said stoically. He had his back faced towards you, you just kicked your feet at the dinner table and watched him.

“So then, I will do the dishes and I can pick the music!” You hopped up and he whipped around, towel now on his shoulder.

You looked up at him with curious eyes and he did everything in his power to not break his monotonous look, “whaaat?” You gave him a funny look.

“Last time I let you do the dishes you ended up getting water stains on all of them.”

You whined and grabbed onto his arms, “I looked up YouTube videos please!”

Jay looked down at you, “you looked up YouTube videos on how to do the dishes?”

“Um obviously, I wanted to get better at it for you!”

Jay felt his heart pang, he blinked a couple times before you softly flicked him in the forehead. You were giggling and he wanted to do something, ANYTHING, but he just kept his stoic look.

“Move over I wanna do it, and I want you to listen to the new album with me!” You shoved him lightly and he moved over. You went on your tip toes to grab the towel, then you faced the demons in the sink. He just watched you as you danced around, you were still doing it wrong. But Jay didn’t mind, he will clean them up after you go to bed or something. He just enjoyed watching you.

You were in your own little world listening to the singer belt their heart out, it was upbeat and fun. You always thought Jay should listen to more music like this, you think it would help his grumpy attitude. You “finished” the dishes and turned to him; he was smiling at you.

“Youre smiiiling!” You skipped over to him to tease him more.

“No, I’m not.” Jay said quickly and looked away; he covered his mouth with his hand.

“Yes, you are! You must like the album then!”

You really had no idea; he thought the album was OKAY at best. What he really liked was watching you dance around and be one of the brightest things he has ever seen. You were like a sun to him, and you really had no clue how much he loved to bathe in your sunlight.

“Oh, nooooo you caught me! I think the album is just so good.” He said sarcastically and looked at you. Your response was to laugh and put the towel back on his shoulder.

Jay watched as you walked to the other room, his smile coming back when you weren’t looking just like always.

a/n: i honestly just wrote this on a whim 🫠🫠

you don’t know when this started with jay…

you didn’t really want that question answered either, for a few months now he’d bump into you at work, compliment you, then just leave you hanging.

it was severely messing with you head, i mean… you knew you were just staff, you weren’t an idol, and you truly didn’t see yourself as anything special. it was practically torture that he was messing with you. it was unfair and it made your career harder.

but lord

when the park jongseong would compliment you and smile at you, it made you week in the knees. the way his hair would fall in front of his face as he would smirk down at you drove you mad.

or when he wore his glasses to work and you’d catch him looking at you.

or… when he’d kiss you and act like it was nothing.

in reality he wasn’t intentionally messing with you(you’d hope), you were just a hopeless romantic and any kind of attention from him made your heart spin.

what really messed with you, was when he’d get irritated when your coworkers would talk with you.

“hey, y/n!” you looked up and saw one of their managers walk up to you, you remember everyone calling him lee.

“hi what’s up?” you asked, organizing the now cleaned makeup brushes.

lee leaned against the wall near you, “do you think you can incorporate green into the next makeup looks?”

your brows furrowed, “green? we’ve never used green?”

lee sighed and chuckled lightly, “riki accidentally smacked his face on the floor this morning and the side of his face is-“

“red. color theory. got it.” you smiled at him, lee nodded before walking off. when you turned around you ran right into jay.

“was he hitting on you?”

once again confusion overtook your features, “what? no? he’s my coworker.”

jay’s brow rose, “okay and? i am too.” you pushed past him and went to the bag of makeup supplies

“he was telling me to incorporate green into the next makeup look because-“

“yeah- because color theory i heard you.” jay sat down on the counter next to the clean brushes.

you turned around from the bag of makeup and looked at him, “did you hit your face on the floor too? is that why you’re irritated?”

“no but maybe i should so you’d give me more attention.” jay leaned back. you rolled your eyes.

“last time i checked, we are not boyfriend and girlfriend.” you dug through the bag so you could find the green equalizer.

you heard jay scoff and it made your ears perk up, “does that matter y/n?”

“okay and now i can’t talk to my coworkers?” you grabbed the makeup and headed back to pick up your brushes. jay noticed this and knocked the brushes over on the floor.

“what the hell!? i’m going to have to clean those-“

your voice was cut off when he got off the counter and pulled you closer to him.

“m’sorry for starting an argument.”

your eyes narrowed at him, this was another thing jay would do. he’d start random arguments to get your attention and then whatever mess he made, he’d clean it up. you patted his chest and the grip he had on your waist tightened.

“i’ll clean them for you.” jay said before you could speak. you sighed and went to walk to your bag to get the backup set. before you could pull away he yanked you back into him.

“i haven’t complimented you yet today.” he frowned, you looked up at him. he wasn’t usually this touchy or clingy in this much of a public area. once again- messing with your head. you wanted to fawn over him but the setting was wrong. you were at work, your livelihood. you can fawn over him later.

“okay and? you’re not my boyfriend you don’t have to compliment me.”

“that doesn’t matter.” he played with the hem of your shirt, not looking at your eyes.

your jaw dropped slightly, “what is up with you today? you know you have a performance in like an hour, i have to do my job and get to riki. his face is all bruised…”

jay looked up at you, putting his hands up and backing away slowly, “fine. just stop fawning over lee.”

“what are you jealous?” you rolled your eyes and looked away, not expecting the answer you were about to get.

“yeah.”

this made you stop talking immediately, “why? again, you aren’t my boy-“

to shut you up he kissed you. this definitely was not like your kisses before, during a couple of the company dinners or after-parties he’d sneak you both away to ignore all outside responsibility.

you were taken aback and your hand fell on his collared shirt. he was driving you insane, especially since his cologne was the only thing you could smell.

when he pulled away from you, keeping his grip tight on your waist he finally spoke, “i don’t want anyone else to have you? got it?”

Jungwon-

it was a long day with absolutely nothing good coming out of it, for either of you. everything that could’ve went wrong- went wrong. so when jungwon practically begged you to come to the dorm, you did. you had no idea his day was just as bad as yours, but when he instantly hugged you as you opened the door, you knew. you guys ended up on his bunk watching random videos on youtube. eventually he fell asleep you smiled to yourself and allowed yourself to fall asleep not long after.

“you’re really pretty when you’re relaxed…”

Heeseung-

heeseung was screwing up left and right today. he didn’t know what was up with him and it was really messing with him. at certain points he let his brain wander with the thoughts of, “how’d i even become an idol?”

he got extremely down on himself, especially during a break where he was just sat leaning against a wall with his head down. heeseung had no clue that you were tasked with stopping by to drop off lunch. he was shocked when you shoved him lightly and gave him a small smile, heeseung instantly lit up. he hugged you tightly and thanked you. you had no clue what you did except bring lunch, but you weren’t complaining about seeing your boyfriend really happy to see you.

“thank you for lunch.”

“you’re welcome, it’s kinda my job to give you guys food though.”

“yeah but thank YOU!”

Jay-

his flight got delayed, he lost his favorite sunglasses, and to make matters WORSE the oven at home was acting up again. so even when jay got home with his members, he couldn’t even have a home cooked meal. he was extremely stressed and just angry with the past 24 hours. jay found himself dialing your number and starting to vent to you. as he talked about his day- which he didn’t do very often. he preferred hearing about your simple life more. you started to cook him and his brothers a home cooked meal. at the end of the phone call you invited them all over to your small but cozy abode. at the end of the night jay thanked you immensely and helped you with the dishes. he hugged you from behind and kept telling you how grateful he was for you.

“i don’t know what i’d do without you…”

“have shitty takeout?”

Jake-

it took a lot to get jake genuinely mad or upset. he’s very easy going so when you saw him at your door, distressed, disheveled, and exhausted- you let him in. jake trudged his way to your couch and flopped down face first. you followed him and sat down next to him, he immediately wrapped his arms around you and got situated. silently you put on one of those more calm commentary videos. you saw him slowly relax as he held onto you and watched the information that was being played on the tv. at some point jake started playing with your hands absentmindedly, you smiled to yourself.

“long day?”

“yeah….”

“wanna talk about it?”

“not right now… just wanna relax with you.”

Sunghoon-

sunghoon didn’t loathe solo projects. he didn’t like them per-say, but he’d still do them if asked. that’s how he found himself memorizing lines for some MC event. he already didn’t really want to do it, so memorizing a long script was practically torture to him. but a jobs a job. sunghoon had texted you saying he was going to be late on responses due to this script. you knew he was stressed by the way he was texting- so being the good partner you are you picked up some fun things from the store and headed over to the building. when you got to sunghoon he had his head down on the table. you smiled seeing him, your heart couldn’t help it. you placed the bag of goods down and he looked up at you.

and there was your now rejuvenated sunghoon.

“what’s all this? a wind up penguin?”

“i just picked up random stuff i thought you’d find funny.”

Sunoo-

how could SOMEONE in the dorm use all of his moisturizer?? who needed all that moisturizer. let alone the one HE paid for? sunoo was mad- livid- he wanted to crush the world with his bare hands. all he wanted to do when he got home after a stressful day was do skincare and go to bed. but he couldn’t apparently. sunoo immediately texted you right when it happened and the second you got the text you went to the nearest store to pick him up more moisturizer plus some other self care things. you showed up at his door with the gifts and did some skin care with eachother.

“can you BELIEVE IT THOUGH? THEY USED MY STUFF- ALL OF IT.”

“that is SO ridiculous we need to interrogate them.”

Riki-

riki had overworked himself again, but not in a “oh i’ll just rest and do it tomorrow.” way. when dancing he landed wrong. it wasn’t serious but he definitely pulled something in his leg and it was just an irritation to move. what made it worse, was jungwon found out and told him to take a day off. so now riki felt like he was slacking and he was alone at the dorms. he was embarrassed and didn’t want to talk to anyone.

and of course, jungwon told you. at first riki wouldn’t open the door when you showed up, until you yelled and he let you in. riki didn’t want to talk about what happened, he just wanted you around him. so that’s what you did, as he played games or watched something. you watched with him. you like being around him too so it was a win-win.

“isn’t this boring for you?”

“no, i like watching you play games. especially when you get all frustrated when you don’t win against the ai. it’s cute.”

“cute?! i’m playing on HARD MODE I SHOULD BE IMPRESSING YOU.”

you do the scenarios so well!! i love these sm, i hope it’s not a bother for you to reply to them haha 😭 anyways, i thought about this, hopefully it’s okay for you to still reply to these: who do you think (in enhypen) would kiss your pain/wounds? example you cut yourself with paper, and they kiss your wound and says "it's a magic kiss. It won’t hurt anymore…”

i actually read this out loud to a friend and immediately i thought of jay.

this is such a JAY thing to do. A MR. JAY PARK OF ENHYPEN THING TO DO!

i can imagine if you accidentally cut yourself on one of his sharp ass fancy person knives.

he’d immediately go to your aid and clean you up, probably apologizing too. he’d feel bad even if it wasn’t his fault at all. you probably aren’t even crying or hurt that badly, jay just cares about you SO MUCH.

so of course he probably brings out the theme bandaids and kisses it afterwards saying the dorky little “it’s a magic kiss!” just to make you laugh a little
