Ironically - with this case, it seems he remembered moral high grounds, because of this - he is murdered - by Dudley.

This drink is inspired by trips to the coastline of Rio de Janeiro. The towns of the area are truly stunning and 2 in particular are honoured by this drink - being Paraty and Armação dos Búzious respectively.

Paraty is so synonymous with the production of Cachaca that it is not uncommon for Brasileiros to ask for a ‘Parati’ when ordering Cachaca. It is here that I graduated from knowing of Cachaca to fully appreciating the qualities of it through countless tastings in boutiques dedicated to hand made artisinal Cachacas and Aguardientes.

6hrs east up the coast (past Rio itself…so give yourself a week to make the journey) is the town of Búzious. Home to some of the world’s greatest beaches. The cool, funky and chilled out resort town and surroundig areas is considered the Brazilian riviera.

Much of this owes to Bridgette Bardot and the time she spent there with her Brazilian boyfriend in 1964. Paperazzi followed the French filmstar as she attempted to escape public attention and the shots they sent back to European and American news outlets sold the beauty of this fishing village to the world. Through its instant and continued popularity, Búzious grew around Badot, or rather the statue of her in the centre that immortalises her short but memorable stay there.

My twist on the Greta Garbo therefore attemots to encapsulate Bardot'Brazilian adventure, through the use of a funky fresh Cachaca in place of the rum, Banane du Bresil to smooth these flavours and of course served in a martini glass in a nod to the wide neckline dresses that Bardot made famous. Beware: this elegant creature is incredibly feisty
