The Epic Imprint series St George (and all the other titles in the Shadowline Saga) was cancelled due to low sales with the last issue being 8 with a cover date of August, 1989. The story was completed with the miniseries Critical Mass. The issue did introduce Jeong Lee, created by Dwayne McDuffie and Jim Lee. ("Grace" St George 8#, Marvel/Epic Event)

!@#$ Lajos Egri again, being creepy. First it was Child marriage and then it's this.
Almost immediately goes into creepy...
TW: sexual assault made "romantic"
... So this part is filled with back story of "How innocent Barbara was" And how Victor was a creep for not reading, or whatever, and how Victor saw girls as a commodity to sleep with.
Yep. And then sexual assault.
And then she's like, you know what, you almost tried to r* me without checking in first, that's sooo romantic. I'll let you do me after that.
This, BTW, is the end of it. OMG, so romantic /sarcasm. Welp, this explains how he ended up with his child bride.
I'll edit this later, to do a deeper analysis, but I needed to shout this out in case people want to borrow this book from the library or worse, buy it. He's not alive, but do you really want to add this book to your collection?

A really good Goodreads review of THE ART OF DRAMATIC WRITING by Lajos Egri.
I passed a guy with this book on the street in the Haight of SF yesterday. I own the same version but haven’t read it. I think i got it around 8 years ago in Ventura at a thrift shop.
He called out to me and asked if I wanted to sit with him and have a beer.
“You buying?” I asked.
He said he didn’t have much money- a slight annoyance to me. But I commented on the book anyways.
He was writing a screenplay. I asked what it was about and he said it was a twisted romance. I told him my book was getting published. He asked what it was about. I said the same thing. We laughed.
I had to get back to hustling but he said he’d wait and then I came back and had to leave for an improv jam. He stood up to say good bye and he was tall which made up for the lack of money.
I hope he texts me. I’m also glad he hasn’t texted me right away. Maybe he knows something about women.

~Remarried empress x Rei todoroki reader~
Rei.reader has work for the Royal family since Navier and Sovieshu were children and she was arranged to marry enji todoroki who was a powerful mage but there marriage wasn't the best winch led to a horrible divorce and they have four kids .
Thanks to Navier who help rei.reader with the divorce and she helped her get the divorce and help her get away from her husband who try to lock her up and them finding out that enji has done some crimes .
Rei.Reader leaving with Navier and taking her kids with her and become a lady in waiting for Navier in the Navier new kingdom.
Sovieshu
Sovieshu saw reader as mother as she was working for his family since he was a child and he was at her wedding to her husband enji and was there when Navier bless reader kids .
Sovieshu wanted to make reader a lady in waiting for Rashta but she refused because she wanted to stay with Navier and Sovieshu told from Navier that she was suspicious how enji treated reader and he told her to look into it .
Sovieshu heard from his secretary that enji try to lock up reader in the house and he order some guards to help get her and the kids away from enji
Sovieshu was the one who had someone look into enji and found out about criminal activity and he had enji arrested and imprisoned .
Sovieshu was sad that reader decided to go with Navier when him and Navier divorce but he knew he couldn't change her mind .
Navier
Navier knew reader since she was a child and she made reader one of her lady in waiting after she became empress and she was there for reader wedding and she had blessed each of reader kids.
Navier notice something was wrong with reader and she noticed some bruises on reader and she asked her about it and reader didn't answer but Navier had talked to Sovieshu who allowed her to look into it.
Navier found out about the abused enji did and she had granted reader a divorce but sadly enji try lock up reader and the kids but luckily with the emperor helps guards were sent to get reader and the kids .
Navier knew that Sovieshu had someone to look into enji and she wasn't really surprised when they find evidence to some crimes .
Navier was happy that reader decided to come with her and she is happy reader brought her kids .
Rashta
Rashta met reader the same time she met Navier even though reader didn't say anything but try to calm down the other lady in waiting but the damage was already done and Laura was punished for what she said.
Rashta asked Sovieshu if reader could be her lady in waiting and Sovieshu asked the reader but reader refused and Rashta was a bit upset and Rashta worry that reader would take Sovieshu attention.
Rashta heard from the servants in the palace gossip and she asked Duke Egri about it and Duke Egri told her about what happened between reader and her husband and Rashta felt a bit bad.
Rashta was standing there when Sovieshu told a guard to arrest reader ex-husband and Rashta asked what happened and Sovieshu explained that reader ex-husband was found guilty of crimes
Rashta was happy that reader left as she didn't have to worry about she wouldn't have to worry about reader taken Sovieshu attention.
Heinrey
Heinry met reader at the new year ball and saw that she was close to Navier and he found out from McKenna that reader was Navier lady in waiting and he decided to become friends with reader.
Heinry was in bird form when he saw Navier question reader on her behavior and he saw that his queen was worried about her friend but he decided that he will look after Isabella .
Heinry found out from McKenna about how reader husband treated reader and that Navier granted reader a divorce and found out that reader husband tries to lock up reader and reader kids.
Heinry was back in his kingdom but he found out that reader husband was imprison for crimes and he was happy that his queen friend is safe .
Heinry did write to reader saying she was allowed to come to his kingdom if she wanted to come and he was happy when she accepted his offer for a job in his kingdom .
Kosair
Kosair saw reader as a sister and he knew her as she is one of Navier lady in waiting and he felt protective of her even though reader is older but reader and him got along well .
Kosair heard that Navier was investigating reader marriage and Kosair wanted to help but he knew he had to let Navier handle it and Kosair heard that enji was abusing towards reader and he was very upset .
Kosair heard that Navier had help reader get a divorce and he heard that enji try to lock up reader and the kids but lucky Sovieshu sent guards to get reader and kids and Kosair was glad even though he didn't like Sovieshu.
Kosair was already looking into enji and he found a lot but it seem so did Sovieshu and he was very happy that enji was imprisoned for his crimes .
Kosair was very happy to see reader when she finally arrived and he give reader and reader kids a big hugs and he was just so happy to see them .
Kaufman
Kaufman met reader at the ball and he knew that her husband was a powerful mage so reader was invited but kept to herself and when he took the love potion reader was the one he fell in love with her .
Kaufman noticed something off about reader and Kaufman noticed a few bruises and he was concerned but he didn't want to make reader uncomfortable so he didn't asked .
Kaufman heard about what happened between reader and her husband and he was worried about her and he heard that enji try to lock up reader and her kids but luckily the emperor guards help.
Kaufman heard about enji getting arrested for his crimes and he went to reader house and talk to and make she is okay along with the kids .
Kaufman was glad that reader decided to move and Kaufman write letter to reader making sure she and the kids are okay .
