Rebelcaptain headcanon: sometime after scarif, jyn notices that cassian sometimes humms little song, when he's reading a file or waiting in line at the cafeteria or just tying his shoes. She doesnt think much of it, but everyone else seems shocked by it, and THAT is weird to her because it's just music? But then one day melshi just shrugs and says "he didnt use to do that until he met you"

3. do they wear the other’s clothes? (sweatshirt, bandana, necklace, etc.)

they swap jewelry so much they wind up with a joint jewelry box; it’s pretty clear which pieces originally belonged to whom, but there’s no discrimination about who gets to wear what these days, and they always wear at least one piece of the other’s.

on an everyday basis, eddie has one of chrissy’s scrunchies on his wrist or in his hair, and she does the same with one of his bandanas. chrissy wears his shirts to bed and lounging around on lazy days, and one of his flannels when they’re out and she gets cold; and eddie does actually fit in a couple of her cheer camp sweatshirts, which he wears out and about without a second thought (the hellfire boys give him shit about it, robin and nancy think it’s kind of rad, and steve’s just begrudgingly impressed that eddie can pull off the bubblegum pink one).

28. what are there thoughts on pet names? do they have any?

so many (i mean, duh). it’s a sweet and decent-for-public-consumption way to express ownership, and they can both be just a little bit tad possessive (eddie because sometimes his jealousy gets to him, okay, and chrissy because she likes to make it Very Clear that eddie is more than good enough for her, because his reputation isn’t who he is).

eddie likes to use food-adjacent ones for chrissy (he likes food, he likes chrissy, it works) — sugar, peach, lollipop, tootsie roll, you get it — but baby is their most frequent go-to, and it makes eddie go all va-va-voom whenever chrissy uses it on him.

60. who pulls the other closer when they’re sleeping?

eddie is the cuddler. chrissy loves it, but she’s always been more hesitant to make the first move — she’s shy, low self-esteem, all that — so they’re working on it. and part of working on it is eddie showering her with physical affection, which is second nature to him, anyway, so much so that he does it when he’s dead asleep, too, and it always makes chrissy cuddle closer to him, too.

overall they are just, pretty much trying to climb inside of each other at all times.

5. Who/what inspires you? I don’t think there is just one person that inspires me anymore. Anyone and everyone who creates or encourages creativity in others… those people inspire me to be creative as well. The idea that I could be a person that encourages and inspires others also drives me.

12. Favorite thing to draw? Portraits, figures, couples… I express myself best through drawings of other people/characters so I do it a lot.

cassian, realizing they are exchanging embarassing stories about him: worried. i feel very worried now

cassian, when he realizes melshi and bix are now telling those same stories to jyn: now it's time for drastic measures

agdfhgdfh 100% accurate. but what Cassian doesn't realize is that even if they didn't like each other, they'd still be telling those stories to Jyn. now she knows they have stories, and she won't let it rest. he just can't win this one, I'm afraid!

Of course!

1. Who is the early bird/Who is the night owl?

Eddie is 100% the night owl. Given the nature of how long campaigns can be + doing shows in a bar, I feel like naturally he's more energetic when the moon is out lol.

As for Chrissy, I want to say it could go either way. Maybe an early bird at first due to having strict parents, but I wanna think that she'd be able to relax a bit after leaving home. Girl deserves a full ten hours and some brunch. 🥲

18. Who is a cat person/Who is a dog person?

I think Chrissy is definitely a cat person. She's very introverted and I think a big fluffy cat would be perfect to come home to for her.

I *fully* believe Eddie loves dogs. In my mind he also feeds the same one that Max fed in Forest Hills. He liiiives off the unconditional love that comes with a dog, and I think he'd be the one bringing home strays. 💗
