Ok, we got the designs for Clara and Odette now.

Clara has more of a circular design, while Odette takes after her mama in more pointy one. They both got dark bellies and the fluff on their tail and wings is actually baby feathers. When they were born, they only got the fluff, but now it's slowly turning to real feathers. It comes in waves, when they lose one row of fluff, they get a row of full feathers. Clara is a bit ahead in that department. I made Clara kind of a silly dragon, and Odette a more curious, but cautious one.

Someone mentioned Vaggie getting adopted when abondened by dragon hunters.... So we got a kid Vaggie as well on the sleeep pile. Don't know if I will officially put her in my au yet. But I will see.

Yes. Carmilla is larger. Zestial is longer. She is the boss.

Dragon au cause autism will autism.

There are 5 types of dragons, imperial dragons, sky dragons, armored dragons, moon dragons, and sea dragons.

Imperial dragons are nearly instinct. The only notable one in a while is whitebeard. They're large white dragons with gold eyes and horns and the hottest fire.

Sky dragons are the most common, large wings, can either be red green or yellow, and pretty much look like wings of fire sky wings.

Amour dragons, unlike how people think imperial dragons, they are actually really dangerous. No real fire power, but fire, and most things, don't do much do them. Strongest physically.

Sea dragons might as well be strong seakings with human forms.

Whitebeard, Crocodile, Luffy, and oddly Coby are imperial dragons.

Zoro, Ace, Roger, Rouge, Dragon, and Garp and amour.

Nami, Sanji, Robin, Sabo, and anyone else you can think of who is a dragon is probably a sky dragon.

Fishman and merpeople are Sea Dragons.

Lunariens are moon dragons.

Coby and Luffy meet, and Luffy teachs Coby how to shift between human and dragon forms because Cody's parents died before they could.

The world government wants to kill all moon and imperial dragons, so Coby doesn't join them. Also, in case I wasn't clear. Whitebeard fathered Crocodile, Crocodile fathered Luffy.

Not everyone is a dragon. About 15% of people are, and most are either marines or pirates.

Ed Edd n Eddy characters as Dragons

Basically these first two drawings are what the Peach Creek kids would look like as dragons. Including Eddy's Bro.

This third one shows the magical abilities of Ed and Sarah cause yeah everyone kinda got magic. These two specifically have the plant ability. I think I called them earth dragons? I don't really remember it's been a while.

This fourth one shows Double D's powers or at least a part of it. I think he has the ability to summon things whenever he thinks it but again I don't really remember.

I was gonna draw more but then I lost motivation on account of losing interest in the show soemwhat. I kinda got back into it more now tho. Specific magic for each type of dragon btw.

Idk I was just kind of in the mood to draw these guys in any what that I could. I thought dragons would be fun to draw especially these guys.

DnD idea, when a metallic dragon alignment is evil they they become oxidized. Like a silver dragon would be a tarnished silver dragon, and a copper dragon would be a oxidized copper dragon. They would also get the traits of that type of metal when it's oxidized. The inverse can happen to chromatic dragons (their alignment is good) except they become more gem like. Red dragons could become a Ruby red dragon, blue dragons could be sapphire blue dragons, and so on so forth.

Between A Rock & A Dragon's Egg teaser

A wee teaser for my new fic. I'll be posting chapter 1 next week. Are you ready for some high fantasy, dragons, arranged marriage and misunderstandings?

“It is no surprise,” Sir Valerie Gray replied easily when Tim begged forgiveness for domineering her time yet again. “It is not an overly large estate. I would find it odd if we did not see each other often.”

Which made Tim pause. Phantom was avoiding him. Afterall, he seemed to only speak with the High Chief at shared meals, scantily seeing signs of him while Tim wandered the halls. The realization sent a spike of fear through his limbs.

Why would Phantom be avoiding him?

Did he displease the High Chief? He knew he was woefully ignorant to the ways of the Infinite Lands in the ways all outsiders were. The people and the culture of the Infinite Lands were mysteries to all outsiders. Even before the war, relations and trade with the Infinite Lands had deteriorated long before any of their lifetimes.

What did this mean for the treaty? If he failed in his betrothal duties, what retaliations would Phantom enact?

Valerie accepted his silent musings. She never pushed Tim to speak, demanding conversation or response. She held open the heavy wooden door leading to the upper gallery of the courtyard. They walked sedately, Tim trailing his fingers over the sturdy railing. Movement below caught his attention.

Phantom stalked across the courtyard, Fright at his elbow. Though Fright remained largely unresponsive, it was obvious their conversation was contentious from Phantom’s expression and posture.

“Wait,” Valerie murmured, gesturing for Tim to slow. “Watch.” She pointed to the lower level of the gallery, shadowed by the late day sun.

A flash of white, barely noticeable through the shadow. Danijel stole behind a column, only visible to them from their angle. Tim glanced at Valerie, surprised by her lopsided smirk. She caught him looking, and nodded back to the courtyard. “We are in for a treat.”

Phantom and Fright passed the column. Expertly, Danijel slid to keep out of their sight. His gaze flicked up, stilling as he noticed Tim and Valerie. He made a gesture, Valerie held her hand up, palm out. Their gestures and field signals were still entirely foreign to Tim, but it resembled the same wait sign Bruce used.

Slowly, Valerie counted down on her fingers. Shadow’s focus was hawkish on her hand. The moment her index finger began to curl downward, he peeled himself from the column. Fleet footed and silent, he rushed at Phantom and Fright on the edge of the sunken courtyard.

Fright, half turned toward Phantom, reacted first with his head jerking. Phantom, catching Fright’s shift in focus, was already moving when Danijel, now within arm’s reach, made to grab him.

Phantom slipped under his brother’s arm. Undeterred, Danijel rushed forward again. It was amusing, in a silly sort of way as Phantom continued to dance away from Danijel, walking him halfway across the courtyard.

Dragons: Nine Realms AU: The ACTUAL Nine Realms

I’m working on something here, starting with the Thunder redesign and continuing with a synopsis to go with the title of the show.

Here is MY version of the Nine Realms.

1. Midgard/The Realm of the Guardians - This realm is the only realm known to contain human life, namely what remains of the Defenders of the Wing and the Wingmaidens. The names of the realm is self-explanatory as Midgard is historically known as the “World of Humanity”.

Due to their culture heavily being influenced by dragons (the Defenders with the Eruptodons and the Wingmaidens symbiotic relationship with the Razorwhips), there’s just a lot of complications here (namely that the Razorwhips would have gone extinct without the Wingmaidens intervention and that the Defenders of the Wing’s lives would be irreversibly uprooted with the disappearance of dragons) so in my head-canon, Hiccup, Mala and the Atali decided that the Defenders and the Wingmaidens would have to co-exist with the dragons, not just to save their civilisations, but also to act as a fail-safe encase greedy humans ever found the Hidden World. With the add protection of the Eruptodon and the Razorwhips, the Defenders and Wingmaidens would be protected by the more hostile dragons and slowly become integrated to their new home. Not to mention it would explain why the Dragons in the Nine Realms are so docile compared to the dragons of the Hidden World in HTTYD 3.

I also head-canon that in most of the realms, certain dragon classes settle there more often. For Midgard, it would be mostly Sharp Class dragons. This realm acts both as a first line of defence and as a nursery for the younger dragons due to the Wingmaidens history of caring for the young. This realm is the only realm where humans are welcomed openly so this would be the most frequent realm the Dragon Club will visit. Not to mention that, with the Guardians, they could learn more about their dragons, actually get saddles within logical reason and the eventual armour, and so on.

2. Alfheim/The Realm of Peace - This realm is mostly vast oceans with only a few islands, but as the name implies, it is a generally peaceful realm where mostly Tidal Class dragons roam and many more come here for rest, relaxation and nourishment. While historically Alfheim is known as “The Homeland of Elves” the elves themselves are described as being luminous and beautiful so it is theorised that their home is just as beautiful. There’s fields of Dragon Nip grass, groves of sage fruit trees and the ocean is absolutely brimming with fish. This is one of the few realms that the Dragon Club are allowed to explore with the Guardians’ permission. There’s a sort of universal truce in place that no violence be committed.

3. Niflheim/The Realm of Fog - This realm is defiantly one of the most dicey, covered in a thick fog with a labyrinth of caves and tunnels. Historically, this realm actually is known as “the Realm of Fog”, a land of primordial darkness, cold, mist and ice. This realm is made home by Mystery Class dragons. It is also where young dragons learn to fly because of it’s difficult terrain and as such, is ample training for the Dragon Club to manoeuvre around. But like with most realms, they are not allowed to enter Niflheim without supervision from the Guardians. This realm is almost like Breakneck Bog.

4. Muspelheim/The Realm of Fire - This realm is obviously home mostly Stoker Class dragons. In Norse Mythos, it is the home of the Fire Giants, most notably Surt, a sword-wielding Giant sworn to slay the brother of Freya, Freyr and be slain in turn come Ragnarok. It is where the toughest and scrappiest dragons to just duke it out, be it for sport, power or just fun. Again, this realm is only allowed entry by the Guardians’ supervision, but it is where they learn how to fight, as well as teach the Dragon Club about their dragons abilities and how to utilise them in combat.

5. Vanaheim/The Realm of Nature - Not to be confused with RTTE! Vanaheim Island, this realm has acres of forests, with plenty of game as well as edible fruit and vegetables suitable for dragon kin, as well as plenty of healthy lakes filled with many kinds of fish. In Norse Mythology, Vanaheim is home of the Vanir Gods, who tend to associate with fertility and nature. It is home to mostly Tracker Class dragons and is where many dragons come to hone their survival and hunting skills. Here, the Guardians teach the Dragon Club to depend on their own skills and merits rather then their dragons.

6. Jotunheim/The Realm of Storms - A phenomenon among the realms, it is the only realm that regularly has electrical storms despite being underground. No-one quite knows why. Jotunheim is historically home to all giants, and was deemed a anarchic and wild species with an equally wild realm. Dragons of the Strike Class call this chaotic realm their home and is where heroes are born. While it is not forbidden to enter, it is strongly advised that this realm be avoided due to the realm’s volatile nature, bizarre weather and the viciousness of most of the dragons. Like that’s gonna stop the Dragon Club though.

7. Helheim/The Realm of the Dead - Protected by the Eruptodons and his legion of Sentinel Dragons, this realm is basically Dark Deep, Vanaheim and Glacier Island rolled into one. Named after the Norse Underworld, ruled by the goddess of the same name, Hel, where many of the dead dwell endlessly. A series of dragon graveyards, frozen wastelands and magma volcanoes scattered all over the realm, a realm where Boulder class dragons call home and where dragons go to rest in peace. It is sacred ground and it is strictly forbidden for humans to enter, even for the Guardians.

8. Svartalfheim/The Realm of Fear - The realm where only the truly despicable dragons can thrive, a realm where it is everyone for themselves. While the actual Svartalfheim is not necessarily described as a hostile land with hostile inhabitants, it is historically known as “Dark Fields” and “Homeland of the Dark Elves”, a race of elves that “dwell in caves and are thought to be as different from Light Elves in behaviour” They were essentially Norse demons, blamed for almost every misfortune. Home to many disharmonious dragons such as Deathgrippers and Grim Gnashers. Those who value their lives should never set foot into this realm, least they long for death. The dragons here are either banished or lost causes.

9. Asgard/The Realm of Dragons - The centrepiece of the Hidden World and the Dragon Kingdom. As Asgard is widely known as realm of the Aesir Gods, it makes sense for the heart of the Hidden World to be named after a royal realm. It is where all dragons live in safety and harmony, peacefully following the command of the Great Alpha Dragons, the Furies. Not even the Guardians are allowed this far into the realms without expressed permission and even then, such an honour is highly unlikely.

I personally like this idea a bit better. While adding in the Guardians may get backlash with all the contradictions, I would argue that this would prove beneficial. Hiccup said that until the world is ready for dragons, then they must stay in the Hidden World and remain safe. Not to mention the Razorwhips avoid self-imposed extinction this way.

Another HTTYD AU:

Carmilla is distracting a much bigger dragon and leading them away from her nest as Zestial charges up his energy blast. He has to make sure it's strong enough to one shot the dragon but not enough to destroy the surrounding area (or hurt Carmilla).

That would deffo happen. Though they do prefer to fight on their own as they used to be very independent dragons, they do what is necessary for situation.

AU where peak lords have spiritually bound dragons instead of swords. After all the torture from Luo Binghe and the killing of Xiu Ya, Shen Jiu is pulled into another dimension with Shen Yuan. But his Xiu Ya feels some kind of connection with the stranger, and this brings even more suffering to Shen Jiu.

It looks a little dirty because the story has gone from the picture. In general, there was another idea, but for now I will leave it as it is.

I actually love Shen Jiu, my favorite shyp is Liushen, maybe I'll post something more on that later
