I’ve got a theory formulating…..

I’ve been bothered by the fact we never got a music video for 1989 TV.

The 11th 🎃 message is the one that mentions the Suburban Street. I’ve always felt like that one would be a great music video and when Suburban Legends came out I thought for sure that’s what would happen. But it didn’t.

Rereading that message today, I pictured it in my mind so clearly….Taylor looking tattered and exhausted, in shreds of clothing from her public image self, walking down that street, coming to the house, little faces in the window watching for her. The door opens and it’s Karlie in the house.

Can you imagine if that was how she did it!? If the last moments of the Suburban Legends music video is Taylor just arriving home to her love. A way for her to put it so directly in everyone’s face that finally FINALLY there would be no way for the world to deny it.

But maybe she can’t or won’t do that until the 11th part of the story is told. Maybe it needs to be told first, for whatever reason. Because she’s a mastermind and she’s planned it out for years and she needs to see it through.

Then, there’s so many theories about a double album drop. I had the thought, what if the double album drop will be Rep TV. We get one album that is a copy of the original Rep album but then we get a second album that fixes any red herrings, any pronouns, etc.

I don’t know….I’m just sort of spewing random thoughts at this point. But I guess that’s what we do lol
