Lucifer is out looking for the king of the Ghost Zone, which is actually just limbo, and he finds out the king is on earth. He makes the quick trip and ends up outside of some high school nowhere near LA

School goes out and kids move past him, barely looking at him. He's looking at each one until some scrawny kid walks out of the doors. He's slightly too thin and has bags under his eyes; worse for wear and Lucifer can see some sort of scarring on his arm. Lucifer's stomach drops as the kid suddenly goes rigid and looks up; making eye contact with Lucifer

That is the king of the Ghost Zone. The ghost that claimed the small bit of royalty that Lucifer had given away so he wouldn't have to worry anymore about the realm between hell and earth. The role that a child shouldn't have

I literally can't believe netlix lucifer ending and I just finished all seasons and as someone who enjoyed it until wtf was that last episode I have to vent so sorry spoilers ahead - so Amenediel can still visit his family because he's a God but Lucifer who's Devil therapist now can't even take one freaking break with soul therapy-ing and like visit his daughter and Chloe??? Not even on Christmas or like birthdays for like idk one hour or sth??? I know it was all so that Rory can be angry and time travel but like all and if he showed up they would fuck up time Ig and that either way when Chloe dies she can go to Luci and work with him for all eternity (and now Rory can visit??) but like this all feels like such a cheap end for Morningstar family cos literally all side characters got (at least to me) perfect conclusions but they got this where only after x years they can finally be family - kind of Rory still lives on Earth IG and they didn't include her reunion with Luci in future. Also justice for Trixie how is she doing Ik shes prob doing well but there was no time to show how shes faring even after all this time she had least development out of everyone (and mainly just played important role for Dan at the end)

I feel like, in the DC universe, Angels are far more terrifying than Demons.

We all know Hell and The Silver City (Heaven) exists in DC. And when we observe the residents of these places, we can see similarities between them.

For example; Demons are drawn as looking ugly and disgusting. They are cynical and enjoy torture.

For Angels; They are mostly drawn as looking beautiful. Michael, Remiel and Gabriel are examples of that.

But to me there is also a tiny difference.

Demons leave distate and disturbence inside you.

Angels leave pure horror.

No one knows why. Maybe it's because of their unnervingly beautiful face. Almost like uncanny valley. They look human, yet they're... not.

Or maybe it's because of their aura. You can't see it, but feel it thrumming and beating all around you.

Maybe it's their eyes. Unblinking and pale. Almost like staring at a corpse.

Maybe it's their smiles. A bit too wide. A bit too cold.

Angels aren't like Demons. Demons are blunt and try to crack jokes. They tell you their intentions. They're cruel, but that's just about it. No manipulating. They're straightforward.

Maybe that's why Lucifer is so terrifying.

Just reading the Sandman comics and stumble on Dream going to hell to right his wrong against Nada and Lucifer basically saying "fuck it, I'm leaving" and leaving hell's key and "psychic real estate" to dream. BUT. Lucifer's monologue before that?

As a pretty big fan of Netflix's Lucifer before watching to show, the Fangirl in me was positively squealing in delight from the incidental crossover I had come across. Like, it's almost word for fucking word man. I loved it.

And I'm trying to figure out how the differences between this and the show could fit together and work, haha.

I genuinely love the concept of Danny Fenton and Lucifer Morningstar (from the show Lucifer, NOT Hazbin) meeting and Lucifer taking in Danny and being a cool uncle pretty much. Like... You're telling me he wouldn't go to the ends of the world to help Danny?

That guy hates kids but has a soft spot and he feels immense guilt over certain things. He'd probably pseudo adopt Danny and take him in but in the same vein that he married Candy and took care of her. That's his kid now like she's his wife y'know?
