I was going to say pie because of the existence of meat pies, buuut I don’t think that counts. Cake, then. Red velvet cake especially.

If we’re talking in perfume terms, my immediate thought was a kind of smoky or warm floral - something with that kind of warmth to it. I know the obvious association would be a metallic blood smell, but let a girl dream.

Heather was quite softly spoken with others when I first met her. I think it was just her private nature around new people... But as she started to come out of her shell, her voice became brighter as well. Listening to her infodump is such a pleasure; it’s almost like singing!

Heather's always willing to lend a hand to someone who needs it. Looking back, that was the first thing I noticed about her. I admired how dedicated she was to helping people, and how much she enjoyed it, too. She inspires me even now to reach out to others in turn!

in my case, i say “i love you” fairly frequently (whenever my heart is full, and always before going to bed or parting ways, however temporarily), and i mean it every time. Mits, tho, is a little more reserved with the phrase and tends to wait for intimate moments, but he always responds when i’m the one who says it.

casual, please, despite our friends’ insistence. neither of us are into formal OR fancy and would definitely prefer a quiet, personal affair with just close friends (and Mitsukake’s cat, Tama, in an integral role).

Amanda likes to tease me, and trust me, I tease her right back! One quick hair ruffle and she’s blushing like crazy! Besides that, we tend to talk about how the day went, making sure the other is doing okay, the usual. Sometimes I’ll just let her talk and I’ll listen since I like the sound of her voice. Amanda’s also the type to communicate through small touches, like a hand on the shoulder or arm. I think she told me it’s her way of letting people know she’s there. Oh, and let me tell you, Amanda is a riot when she’s half asleep and you’re talking to her. I could ask her something and she’ll reply with something vaguely on-topic before going on to yawn and mumble the most incoherent things. It’s really cute, I won’t lie! Sometimes I’ll stay awake just to talk to her and have some interesting conversations about “why rhinos shouldn’t live so high up in trees”. Wh-- HEY! I told you that I didn’t remember that! Oh, trust me, you went on a whole five-minute rant about it, it happened.

22. Have you developed any new hobbies thanks to your s/o’s influence? If so, what were they? What about the other way around?

I’ve started drawing more because of Amanda, actually! I was pretty okay at just sketching beforehand, but I’ve started cleaning my sketches up more thanks to her. Now my journal is full of them along with other things.

oak - who’s the more emotional one? how do you balance each other out in this aspect?

- I’m more emotional one of the relationship. Hawks ask me what’s wrong and I’ll tell him. After I tell him, he’ll give me extra cuddles and lots of kisses. I love his cuddles and kisses. He’ll also say what he loves about me and says something sweet to me. 

For Hawks, I remind him that he’s very dear to me and I’ll always love him no matter what. I give him extra cuddles and kisses as well. He deserves to be loved, just like me. I even tell Hawks sometimes that I worry about him while he’s on a mission or patrol. 

stars - what kind of a date would your f/o take you on?

- Hawks would take me to either a sunset stroll, take a photo walk or stargazing

peaches - how did you and your f/o meet?

- Hawks and I met at a cafe. I was sitting alone, drinking my green tea until Hawks walks in and people saw him “It’s Hawks, the Number 2 Pro Hero!” I turned around and he was at the counter, ordering his coffee. I turned back around and my face was red, ‘cause I can’t believe I saw the Number 2 Pro Hero in person. After Hawks got his coffee, he sat a bit farther away from me. I kept on looking at his direction and my heart was racing a little. Hawks was drinking his coffee until he looked at my direction. When he did that, I quickly faced back at my table. I looked at his direction again and he’s getting up, grabbing his coffee and walking towards my direction. I looked up and he’s at my table, across from me. My face was so red. He asked me “May I sit here, miss?” I nodded. He and I sat across from each other. He asked me what I was drinking, I said to him “green tea.” Hawks and I started talking, just to introduce to ourselves. I was very flustered, like I can’t believe I’m talking to the No. 2 Pro Hero. Hawks and I talked about over an hour. He said to me that I’m very sweet. I said to him that’s what a lot of people say about me. I told Hawks that I have to go home. Before I left the cafe, Hawks asked me for my number. My eyes widened and my face was so red. I was nervously gave him my number and he gave me his number. My hands were a little shaky. Then he said to me it was nice to meet me. I nodded and starts walking. He watched me walked towards the door, I looked back at him. He winked at me. I quickly left the cafe with red on my face after he winked at me.

YES. All the time. The only time Lucci get’s any pang of jealousy is when I’m pouring myself into my work. If I’ve been neglecting him for too long he will absolutely start to try and recapture my attention. Turn-about is fair play, and I’ve picked up his habit when he brings too much work home.

Probably the fact that we suit each others’ needs? I give Binah the tenderness she craves, and she’d do anything to protect that. I feel like there’s a strong tenderness aspect to it, and it’s one of my favorite things about the ship.

Honestly, she probably wants to see more things outside. Have some dates. Maybe go to a cafe and have some tea together.

So Bing has this way of phrasing things where like, he he’ll ask a rhetorical numerical question and then answer it with “MANY!”  Like the first time he said it, he said “Don’t they know how many monkeys I had to tape together to make that monster? MANY!”

He does it p often but he doesn’t realize he does it.  It’s gotten to the point where Dan does it too.  Like at one point Larry said something slightly negative about his choice in ties and Dan just hit him with "Do you know how many ties I had to try on to find one I liked?  MANY!"

💘 - PDA, yes or no? How much and how "severe"(for lack of a better word)?

They’re both rather affectionate, but when in public, Bing closes up a bit.  He doesn’t mind holding Dan’s hand, but that’s it.

💚 - most emotional moment together?

Not sure if it’s the most emotional moment, but it’s def up there

Bing doesn’t drink much, he tries not to bc he’s an emotional drunk.  But one night, he just hits it hard while Dan’s still on the clock, so instead of doing his work, Dan just sits and listens to him for a while.

Bing knows he has no friends, Larry only stays with him because he pays him and such, and he thinks it might be the same for Dan.  But it’s not.  Dan sits with him and hugs him, holding on tight as he’s just crying it out and getting it out of his system.  Dan pats his back and when he’s done crying, he reassures Bing that he does have friends.  Larry does like him, the lads aren’t mad about the whole clone business, etc.  And at the end of the day, Dan reassures him that he’ll always be there for him.

They hug it out and later after Dan leaves to go home, Bing’s all curled up in his bed and actually gets some good sleep after having that good cry

A: Dhar and I are thinking of going on a peacetime tour of the places we’ve traveled to on our journey. We just think it would be nice to see them from a new perspective. Perhaps we’ll catch up with some old friends, too!

A: From my understanding of how weddings go, it's usually the father of the bride who gives the first speech. Yeah... Not ideal. So with that option gone, Dhar gives his speech first, (he has a script prepared), then I give mine. (I don't... Oops?) After that, it's the turn of the maid of honour, Thorani! For all of her mum friend traits, she's not afraid of a good roast every now and then! She'll set a good example for best man Zebei, at any rate... I hope their speeches all go okay.

First that comes to mind is the ocarina, as it’s an instrument that she can play. It’s just her instrument, you know? A sound that she hates... Anything that’s even remotely similar to nails on a chalkboard. Excessively high pitched, grating, and almost textured. It’s the kind of sound that just goes from her ears right to her teeth and irritates her to no end and she just wants to bite something.

Childhood was following Zoro around and admiring his tenacity, picking fights with rude brats when they made her cry, spending mornings practicing katas with her ma and afternoons in the garden with poppop, running with the rowdiest gang of kids in town and getting a knife from her first crush, dreaming of the horizon and everything it had to offer...
