A radio crackles with static, and is set to a frequency that seems to broadcast nothing but silence. It’s currently being tinkered with by a masked figure, who is messing with the dial on it.
“C’mon, cmon, work.” As he hits the side of it with his palm, it crackles with static. “…alright, that’s static. That means this is an open frequency. This shouldn’t be too hard to hack.”
After a few moments of further tinkering, he seems to have gotten it down.
“Testing, testing-“ There’s a bit of feedback, but it subsides. “Ow - at least it works.”
He clears his throat.
“I don’t know if anyone will get this, maybe it’s better if this reaches nobody, it means they can’t find it — never mind - is anyone out there?”
