hello my loves 🥰 i am super excited to share this new custom content set with you! as you might have heard by now, the lovely MissSimReno and i developed a concept together for a coastal / traditional style family room! we were very inspired by the theme of brindleton bay, the world that came with the cats&dogs expansion pack, but also by our real life experiences as we both live near the sea, even though april she lives in the usa and i live in germany, we still had the same vision in mind. we had so much fun developing this set and i am very happy with the outcome! this pack comes with 23 new items: - armchair - loveseat - couch (3-seater) - 5 different book stacks/rows - console table - wood flooring - lighthouse clutter item - 4 hanging picture frames - standing pictureframe - 2 pillows - sidetable - 3 wallpapers with panelling everything is basegame compatible! Happy Stairways set

This new set is all about the space under the staircase ! With this new pack, you'll get two new staircases (one with pattern, and one without but with multiple painted colors or natural wood swatches), assorted railing and fences, and a modular shelving system that will go under. You can use both sides as standalone or against the wall, it will work however you place them. Along with it, multiple clutter to fill the shelves or the walls, among with new wallpaper and painted color walls. Everything to make a bright and cheerful staircase area !

Description

This set includes 24 new items, maxismatch, lowpoly & basegame compatible.

Build: Two stairs (one with natural woods and sisal carpeted pattern and one with natural sial but 26 color swatches), a railing and an assorted fence.

Wall: Seamless wallpaper with assorted painted wall.

Furnitures: 5 modular shelves, stackable to build the perfect understair.

Lighting: Ceramic wall light

Decor: Muddy adult and kid boots, umbrellas in wicker basket, sisal baskets, books (left & right), assorted sisal pattern rug, wall frames, potteries decoration

Plants: A hanging plant, a small fern and a flower vase bouquet.

❗Note: due to the shaders being different, the shelves and the stairs/railing will not be the EXACT same color depending on the swatch/hour of the day. I tried my best to fit them the closest I could... 😌

PATTERN POP BEDDING

oi oi look who it is again...alas, nobody exciting, only me, BUT i come baring more garish furniture to make up for it! I loved the patterns for the bedding in the new Pastel Pop Kit, but, true to form, I want VIBRANCE. i want colours so saturated they'll burn your retinas if you look at them for too long. so, naturally, i remade the 80s-esque pattern with the original swatches and a BUNCH of super colourful variations, too - 32 in total. I'm sharing the patterns, too, for anyone to use however they want!

I've recoloured three bits of separated bedding (double, single, and toddler mattresses) by the forever incredible @myshunosun, and the meshes are included thanks to their exceptionally generous terms of use!

The Sims 4 Rodents CC Pack

Add four new decorative small pets to your game with 5+ hand-painted fur variations each and 4 new respective pet enclosures, along with other rodent themed items for your pet-loving Sims to decorate with.

- Base Game Compatible

- Custom tuned enclosures allow for naming your pet.

- 6+ enclosure swatches give plenty of customization for your Sims to choose from when placing enclosures in their spaces.

- 5+ hand-painted fur variations per animal allow plenty of choice when deciding to “adopt” a pet from the buy catalog.

- Pets are placed into enclosures via slots, except for the Guinea Pig Enclosure, which is placed with bb.moveobjects on.

Recommended Enclosure Use:

Play with these items as you wish, but my intention was to provide as accurate of a CC Pack as I can for realism and storytelling purposes.

Hamster Cage – Perfect for 1 hamster with deep substrate to encourage natural burrowing behavior for optimal enrichment. Place on HMSTR table for optimal fit and swatch combinations.

Large Rodent Cage – Provides space for 2 ferrets or 4 rats. Place on a Cage Stand or on a stable table surface. Ferrets are largely free roam animals but should have an enclosure for when they are unsupervised or sleeping.

Small Rodent Cage – Suitable for 2 rats.

Guinea Pig Enclosure – Place any pet objects you would like within your guinea pig’s enclosure with bb.moveobjects on, such as a litter box, food bowl, or Rodent Play Tube. Place the Guinea Pig Enclosure Upper Tier in the provided slot to give your little friends more room to play.
