Club Tropics [ Nightclub + Restaurant] ♥ The Sims 4: Speed Build // CC

Welcome to Club Tropics, a place to let loose and dance the night away under tropical neon lights! Club Tropics is an exclusive nightclub known for its DJs and tropical-inspired food and drinks. The main nightclub is located on the ground floor, which has multiple bars and seating and, of course, a dance floor. On the second floor, there is a restaurant that overlooks the nightclub.

This is another multifunctional lot that can be set as a nightclub or as a restaurant. Once again, I suggest downloading LittleMsSam's Lock Door mod in order to lock doors in commercial lots and if you wanna lock one or the other OR just leave it as it is.

sims 4 crystal legacy challenge

hello! here is a legacy challenge i created while playing the Garden Legacy challenge. i didn’t want to finish on my tenth gen and decided to create my own challenge, based on crystals. this challenge can be continued from a previous save or started in a new one! i also tried to implement base game options for those who don’t own all the packs! some gens do need packs but if you don’t have them, they may be skipped.

general rules ❥ you do not have to live on the same lot for all 10 generations if you wish. ❥ mods and cc are allowed! ❥ no money cheats ! ❥ i’ve assigned a colour to each gen so you may play with berry sims if you wish! ❥ i’ve decided that in each generation you may roll for offspring (rolling a dice or using a random number generator to decide how many children) unless stated otherwise in the rules.

growing up, all you ever wanted was a family. leaving home young to start your life, you work on your career while trying to find the one, dedicated to cultivating the perfect life. you work hard to support your family and love your children so much, opening your heart and home to those in need of families as well. you cherish your partner and frequently find yourself going on date nights.

pierisim - also extremely consistent, really well thought out sets that are essential to me.

the clutter cat - super cute items that will make your build complete. continuously improving in quality.

Big family beach house

Hi, my fellow simmers! ♡

Today I’m sharing with you a big family's beach house in The Sims 4 inspired by Kenyan architecture but the interior has a lot of different influences. I tried to achieve a minimal design to show the beauty of the simplistic Kenyan house design. For the interior, I was inspired by Kenyan built-in furniture but I mixed it up with some Meditteranean styles like Moroccan.

This Sims 4 family house is built for a family of 6. The parents and the 4 kids.

I put the main focus on outdoor living as a plus of living in the Sulani.

I need to be negative for a second-

Sometimes I feel so frustrated/helpless in trying to get my CC like, OUT there. People rarely reblog shit anymore compared to even a few years ago and frankly, I feel like I -- and other people-- shouldn’t have to ~market~ ourselves with bougie beige isometric renders to be seen.

I wish there was a main hub for CC that wasn’t controlled by EA and wasn’t dominated by people like Hateful h*rrie and the passive aggressive bitch queen of Recycled Meshes, f*lix.

I do love the work that other popular creators are doing--pierisim, sixam, etc, that’s good shit. I also just, want some wider variety that isn’t “vaguely Scandinavian(??) minimalist midcentury.” Can we get a wider range of CC that isn’t midcentury but still quality? This is why f*lix did so damn well with his historical sets--shit like that was unprecedented at the time, but now it’s all “SHOP THE LOOK!!!111 PRETEND YOU’RE BUYING FURNITURE YOU COULD NEVER AFFORD IRL (BUT I CAN BECAUSE YOU PAY ME $100K A YEAR LOL).” That’s depressing as hell. The only look I’m shopping is me side-eying your lack of taste and obsession over beige and desaturated content.

Also, I want to gently smack anyone upside the head who says there isn’t enough TS4 CC. Are you shitting me???? I’d have killed for this amount/variety of CC in Sims 3. Y’all are NUTS.

I'm happy to share my latest CC pack with you, the magical realms of "The Princess and the Vampire Kids Bedroom". This CC pack is a celebration of childhood fantasies, with two distinct themes: the grace of a princess and the mystique of a vampire.

Imagine a bedroom that captures the whimsy of a fairy tale princess or the playful spookiness of a vampire's lair. It's not just furniture; it's an adventure waiting to unfold!

In the Princess Bedroom, elegant fantasy takes center stage. A canopy with drapes and an elegant puffy bed that are fit for royalty. In addition to other items such as a brand new activity table, a rug with cute designs, a little cloud wall lamp to enhance the room, and some other elements perfect for your little prince or princess. This bedroom is out of a fairy tale.

Windenburg Train Station [Restaurant + Cafe ] ♥ The Sims 4: Speed Build // CC

♥ Hi guys, Today I present to you The Windenburg Train Station located in Windslar. This train station is known for it's Classical Architecture and beautiful historic interiors that has been conserved for decades. While the interior was updated with modern furniture's, the overall structure and essence of the building remains the same.

Located inside is a 5 star restaurant, "Florentine," and a café, "Stella's Cafe," where sims can dine and lounge while waiting.

The Windenburg Train Station is a multifunctional lot athat can be set as a restaurant or a Cafe. Some Spaces were left empty as I did not want to overly clutter the space with too many custom content. Feel free to decorate it!

Considering that this is a multifunctional lot, I recommend downloading LittleMsSam's Lock Door mod to lock doors in community lots. This will give you more control of the space. If you want your sims to specifically be seated inside the restaurant, I suggest locking the doors to the cafe and other parts of the building.
