I just had a mental breakdown bc of classes yesterday (its a bit harder than I expected to say the least 😅) and to see you power through such a tough day... Idk I think that's amazing! Your kind message at the end really touched me. I can get through my classes too I know it 🙏🏻 I'm just going to have a minimalistic life until they're done 😅

My graduation went well btw! It was nice to see my mom. She liked the origami hehe I expected her to like the elephant I made the best bc her dad's favorite animal was an elephant and Idk she seemed really happy to get them so it made all the effort worth it 🥰

I know there is never a rush to write back, but I feel bad I haven't written in so long 😭 I've just been going through it recently with school and then chiwoo leaving kingdom on top of that. I'm doing better now (it's been a week since the news dropped) but it took out like a whole working day for me bc I was so upset 😭 I never would've expected something like that to happen so It was really shocking. Idk if any of your ult groups have ever lost a member before but for your sake I hope they never do 💙 But I'm staying positive and my roommate is helping me stay distracted by introducing me to drippin hehe do you know them?

it’s a tie between it feels so scary, getting old and the vine hanging over the door (both of them with titles taken by a lorde song💀) because i feel like i was so at peace with myself when i wrote them, and when i’m at peace with myself i just write like fjakdjasjsjsjsisnsk that bc i can’t stop and pure gold comes out <3 it’s a mix of nostalgia and pride of what i created. also they both have very specific aesthetics and Existential Themes that scream mari bc ofc they r my babies xxx

through the ruse i just feel like it’s a bit of a mess and i didn’t plan it properly nor did i make it interesting enough for me to keep going🤨 i really like the concept, though esp since during that time i kind of really wanted a bridgerton au. but like, i honestly don’t think i’m NOT proud of anything i’ve written (idk maybe) but that doesn’t mean i won’t cringe once in a while when i reread something i wrote lmaooo

tho i feel like anything from magnificently cursed bc i say so: But it was more than just the horror that connected them. In the vibrancy of Olympus, it felt like they were creating the beautiful moments, too. They’d become a luster that outshined the rust in their thread of life.

12. how did you grow as a writer this year:

dude i’ve improved so much it’s crazy. in 2020 when quarantine started and i also started writing fic it was like. my first time in a looong time of writing something in english and i had to search up so many words and shit but now…..it all comes like the tears of jesus istg lmaooo. i also feel like this year i really honed in my writing style, because in 2020 it was all over the place i’m sure, and now i can truly say that i have a specific way of writing (correct me if i’m wrong bc maybe it’s just me since m i’m a clown)

13. how do you hope to grow next year:

i’m copying annie bc i need to finish all my wips so i never write fic again i am BEGGING

14. who was your greatest positive influence this year as a writer (could be another writer or beta or cheerleader or muse etc etc):

clown car (my frens) bc coincidentally they are all amazing writers and i love them very much. syd @annabethsinvibilitycap tho u make me especially evil and give me the silly little motivation to go unhinged in my writing 😛 as for other motivations, i think reading other works, fanfic or books and hmmm when folklore and evermore came out it was over for me so 💃🏽 also when i started listening to mitski

15. anything from your real life show up in your writing this year:

when sally kinda contemplates life as she watches the trash fly around during august (the vine hanging over the door.) yeah that was hashtag me too😔✌️ but yeah if u mean existential dread and all that good stuff it’s taken from my real life <3 and mostly the beginning of purple pink skies was 100% taken from my life haha….

16. any new wisdom you can share with other writers:

read lots of books lol i swear every time i do writing is so much easier bc im reminded of how words are supposed to um. work. and never write something you find slightly boring. just create the weirdest plot line or whatever, as long as it’s interesting to YOU and it’s fun to write for YOU and no one else.

17. any projects you’re looking forward to starting (or finishing) this year:

finishing any of my (existent) chapter fics bc i need them to stop haunting me in my sleep😭

🤖 - What got you into TF?

It’s actually quite a long story for which I don’t remember the beginning tbh...but I can say that it’s basically been a part of me for as long as I could remember into my childhood until now. G1 was definitely the first cartoon I ever watched though it was just bits and pieces in my memory. I don’t remember where but I just remember seeing giant robots and thinking it was something similar to Power Rangers and watching it while waiting for my dad to do something. That kinda stuck with me especially after my brother got into it as well and had several toys that we both shared. My dad also had the whole Bayverse series so that also helped solidify the series in my life. EVEN THO THE BAYVERSE MOVIES SUCK AND ARE INCOMPREHENSIBLE BEYOND BELIEF. like seriously it’s easier watching mirrors reflecting sun than it would be to tell what’s going at any time in any of the movies.

Anyway, my mom had TFA on dvd (and she still does even though they’re scratched up) and that only deepened my love for this franchise. A lot of nostalgia essentially. Then I stopped bc it was a “boys thing” then I said fuck it and here I am in robot hell and forever simping :)))))

🎶 - Best Theme song?

G1, SEASON 2. EASILY. I LOVE THAT OPENING AND IT’S SO NOSTALGIC FOR ME. That opening is the earliest memory I can think of when I started watching it. And that intro was such a bop it stuck with me for so long but I never knew where it was from. I just remembered it. The tune anyway. I would always hum it but I could never remember the lyrics. UNTIL. I rewatched G1 cause I wanted to undo the years I went not letting myself indulge in one of the thing I loved the most and see if I could reconnect any lost memories. As soon as I heard the season 2 intro I literally started crying bc I literally have never felt that much nostalgic joy in my life and god it just hits different. It’s such a bop. Absolutely recommend. Also Tracks is in the intro so I mean shakakakakakalka WHAT CAN I REALLY SAY? The TFA intro is a close second place tho. I know the TFP intro is a pretty cool theme as well but I personally like fun and upbeat intros the best :))).

🍳 - Character that you would go to brunch with

Fort Max or Rung bc I love them :))))). Not the answer you were really expecting huh? They're just really chill and I feel like we could have a good time just sipping tea or coffee or having some tequila shots depending on the mood ofc. I would love to talk about life with them and what's been going on. Tracks would be fun too tho don't get me wrong! I would love to be a gossiping bitch and sipping champagne while listening to all the rumors going around, and I feel he would give some great life advice if we were ever best friends (which please I'm begging) and I'm in desperate need of it. (And he would slap me every time I felt like texting my ex and he would literally slap me into reality) But I also just want a calm chat in the morning sometimes ya know? Does that make sense? Idk, but also if I go to brunch with Rung then free therapy and I get to meet Jesus so really I meannnn budisabudbsad

this song feels like acceptance to me, and i think it’s important to put on this list because imagine you’re born and you know there’s something different about you, and then when you’re like 8 years old someone’s like oh by the way. you’re the human representation of the country we’re currently living in, or smth like that. i would cry. i think it’d take a while to accept, and that a lot of them don’t really like themselves, but this just feels hopeful and ok and i think its very good.

Into the West- Annie Lennox

my lotr brainrot is showing again lmao. this is half bc of elves also being semi immortal beings who live for thousands of years in tolkein’s work, and also because the nature of the song is that we’re saying goodbye to all these characters and especially goodbye to frodo and bilbo. i think that goodbyes are something that’s sort of central to life as an immortal, at least in a place where immortals are rare.

Vienna- Billy Joel

it’s always been my interpretation of this song that vienna was supposed to represent heaven and a peaceful death. a piece of nation lore that i like is that they can be killed, but they’ll come back as long as there’s a nation still existing, and that a lot of them might want to die but they can’t, and are therefore dreaming of a ‘vienna’ of their own.

Lost- Amanda Palmer

this song fits into the theme of death again, cause the message is that you never really lose anyone as long as they’re still with you emotionally. i like that vibe and i think it fits again with being an immortal in a world of humans.

this feels very much young and free, which is how i think the nations must look from the outside.

once again it’s all about that ostracisation! wanting to know what it’s like to be a person, when you’re representing people, and it’s just..yea

this is sense8 propaganda. i really like the way this song is used to emphasize the way the sensates are both lonely but also that literally always they have each other, and i think the bonds between nations are sort of similar.

this is mostly bc of the title tbh. i like the vibe of them being abominations too though, like

this song is super inspirational to me, and i think it’s because of this bit:

i think the idea of life being a marathon is especially aplicable to the nations, bc they have no idea when their marathon is going to end. at least you and i know we’re going to die someday, and some of the probable causes. the being glad to run at is also a bit strengthening to me because yeah life is such a wonderful thing, even if you’re cursed with so much of it. finally, the line about love giving you meaning, rather than a trophy, is something that’s just so. good line. but it also has another layer of meaning where the nations are concerned, because love for the nation literally gives them existence (imo) so. yeah. and then trying to enjoy it, because that’s all you really can do. idk its powerful to me

Ya know, I never really thought rhythm games would be a thing I’d add to my list of “things that have made me cry”, but in my defense, project sekai has the unfair advantage of songs that unlock my angsty teen memories so...

4. Yobanashi Deceive - I have big kagepro feelings and undying love for IA 🥺

“writing letters/addressed to the fire” - literally just picked up on this lyric and has kinda a dual meaning for me. 1 -feeling shit about things you create, putting in effort, just to throw it away. 2 - tactic for tackling anxiety, just getting rid of thoughts and releasing them from my brain

a sanders sides analysis of “far“

far, if you’re not aware (which honestly you probably werent) is an album by regina spektor (the same one as ‘one more time with feeling’ from logan’s playlist) and regina spektor has songs that work weirdly well with sanders sides so i’m going to give each song on the album a side. i might do this again with ‘what we saw from the cheap seats’ but its not as weirdly perfect as far.

this ended up being really long, so it’s under the cut.

the calculation: logan, no question. it’s basically about trying to 'calculate’ love from what they saw around them, mostly in media, because don’t understand it. they’re desperate to make it work, so they try again and again “beating their hearts against each other” and eventually, it sparks. intrulogical if you’d like someone to pair it with, since roman has all the romance with thomas.

eet: this one was more difficult, but i think its a lot of patton. after all, the summary on genius literally says “’Eet’ is a wistful, introspective song brimming with nostalgia. The overarching themes seem to be about a person’s development of morality through their experience in their childhood.” it connects a lot to ‘moving on’ in that respect, where thomas wishes he could go back to the times he remembered in patton’s room. if you don’t already know, eet is the backspace key on a typewriter, but since it actually prints letters, you can’t really go back. i also think the line “using your headphones to drown out your mind” is perfect for virgil. i think in “someone’s deciding whether or not to steal/he opens a window just to feel the chill/he hears that outside a small boy just started to cry/’cause it’s his turn, but his brother won’t let him try” janus could be the thief, trying to decide what thomas should take for himself, and obviously remus would be the brother that’s crying because he doesn’t get his turn to be listened to.

blue lips: janus or logan. part of it is kind of like an analysis of society, but it’s mostly about death and aging, which i think both of them will have thought about. the line “the pictures in his mind awoke/and began to breed” definitely reminds me of remus, intrusive thoughts and stuff. its preceded in one verse by “and no one saw and no one heard/they just followed lead” which i think could be about how thomas won’t let himself talk about remus’s thoughts, or janus’s lies, or even logan being tired of how thomas just tries to do everything everyone else does.

folding chair: roman, i think. part of it, patton, maybe. it’s hard to articulate exactly what i mean, but i think a lot of it has to do with being tired and lonely. i think maybe what i’m thinking with roman is that he’s been living so long one kind of way, but it’s not a happy kind of way. like he wants to do something (maybe flashbacks to ‘broadway here i come’ mayybe) or become a dark side, but he’s scared. “now i’ve been sitting on this abandoned beach for years/waiting for the salty water to cover up my ears/but every time the tide comes in to take me home/i get scared, and i’m sitting here alone.” i’m still not completely sure why this came off as roman to me, but maybe someone else would see it better. i don’t think it fits nearly as well as the other songs, but hey, i said i’d do all of them.

machine: janus or logan. kind of surprised it’s not a definite ‘logan,’ with its name, but it’s a lot about society and there’s a transition from “pre-war apartment” to “post-war apartment” which doesn’t fit logan very well at all. and rather than being ‘i am a machine,’ it’s “i’m hooked into machine.” i think that implies that the machine is society (forgive me if that doesn’t make much sense, genius doesn’t have much on this one) because we’re so intertwined, so connected to each other and functioning as a society, possibly how the government wants us to. some of the lyrics make me think it’s about some alternate universe, like “I collect my moments/into a correspondence/with a mightier power/who just lacks my perspective/and who lacks my organics/and who covets my defects,” which is the only reason i didn’t take logan out of the characters completely.

laughing with: janus, if he’s singing it sarcastically. i think he would be making fun of the people who ‘laugh at god.’ also the line “no one laughs at god on the day they realize/that the last sight they'll ever see is a pair of hateful eyes” which i think would’ve resonated very well with janus before svsr. not gonna say much else bc i can barely listen to the song as it is, much less analyze it.

human of the year: maybe also janus, but then again maybe moreso roman or patton. i say janus mostly because it has a very creepy vibe to go with the fictional award of “human of the year.” but roman or patton fits more with the receiver of the award. at least roman would probably give up anything to be deemed that great person, that hero.

two birds: anxceit babyyy. or roceit. it’s really weird because i can’t really tell whether virgil is leaving the wire or janus. the obvious option would be virgil, leaving for the light sides, but the subtler option is the callback. then again, i’m not sure if the one on the wire would change to roman or the general light sides if it was the callback. i also don’t think that virgil wanted janus to come with him, which doesn’t make sense for how the one bird would ask and the other would lie (hehe deceit) and say he was going to come. then again, that could just be a different interpretation of how virgil left the dark sides. in my opinion, though, roceit is much more fun. “i’ll believe it all:” roman. “i won’t let go of your hand:” janus. roman is lying to janus, he’s saying he wants to go to the wedding. janus is trying to just get him to go to the callback. roman’s tempted by it, tempted by how janus is treating him. the line “one more or one less, nobody’s worried” could maybe be janus trying to convince them that it doesn’t matter if they go to the wedding, that lee and mary lee won’t really care. anxceit’s also fun, though.

dance anthem of the 80′s: doesn’t really have a side that it fits in canon, but i think it’d be interesting to put it with patton in an AU. the character is peppy and innocent at first, but it descends into a more depressing tone. i also think the heteronormativity does it a favor in its context. again, it has nothing to do with canon, just thought it’d be cool in an AU.

genius next door: logan, or remus. this song hurts me every time i hear it, since i’ve started associating it with logan. it’s pretty much about this kid, the genius, who’s presumably depressed and goes into the lake each night, holding his breath until he comes back up. this ends up being a bad idea, because at one point he holds his breath too long, and dies in the lake. mostly as i’ve thought about it, i’ve considered logan, but honestly it kind of fits remus better, like how he “didn't care as long as he was able/to strip his clothes off by the dumpsters/at night while everyone was sleeping/and wade midway into that porridge/just him and his secret he was keeping” (the porridge is the lake.) in addition to that, they describe his death as “and the genius next door was sleeping/dreaming that the antidote was orgasm.” sorry for y’all having to catch me referencing other songs, but in the mountain goat’s “amy aka spent gladiator 1″ he says “do every stupid thing that makes you feel alive/do every stupid thing to try to drive the dark away” (which i think is also a very remus song) so he’s describing how it feels good to risk your life. the adrenaline will make you “feel alive,” which is probably why the kid in the song did it (which i saw in the comments someone compared to being the ‘orgasm.’) and while this is not a good idea, considering what happened to the genius next door, i do think it’s a very remus thing to do if he was depressed.

wallet: patton. it’s a very cute song, and it’s pretty much just about how the singer found a wallet, looked at it a little, then returned it to the owner. the singer says “i have no wallet/i keep my cards together with a blue rubber band” and i think that would be something patton does. “you'll never know me/i'll never know you/but you'll be so happy/when they call you up” is probably how patton would feel returning it. finally, something not depressing.

one more time with feeling: i don’t need to choose a side for this one, it’s already logan. i do want to share my thoughts on it, though, ‘cause it seems i disagree with a couple people (plus i didn’t analyze his playlist so i haven’t said anything about it before.) “everyone takes turns/now it's yours to play the part.” he’s supposed to help thomas, as he did in dwit and tried to in svsr. “and the misery inside their eyes is synchronized and reflecting it to yours.” they didn’t listen, though, in svsr and it took half an hour in dwit. for the chorus, “hold on/one more time with feeling/try it again, breathing's just a rhythm/say it in your mind until you know that the words are right/this is why we fight,” i think maybe he’s trying to be interesting to them. to just get through it, and practice and practice until he has the words that they’ll like. that’s just my little hc, though. “you thought by now you'd be/so much better than you are/you thought by now they'd see/that you had come so far.” these lines hit the hardest for me. remember how logan was in the beginning? especially in moving on, he seemed to have no compassion for thomas’s feelings. but hasn’t he gotten better? i think he’s trying to be better to them, to be kinder about emotional problems. and he has come far, but not as far as he would’ve liked, especially considering that he hasn’t seen them appreciate it. he was hoping that they’d notice, that they’d be glad he was doing better. that they’d be proud of him. but they aren’t. they just disregard him even more, unable to forget about who he was, unable to consider how far he’d come (maybe projecting a little.) i also think that the “this is why we fight” could be him talking about how because they don’t listen, he’s exhausted from getting angry at them each episode, and they get annoyed but their ignorance is why they fight.

as a whole, i think he’s just trying again, and again, and again, and i thought, maybe he’s trying with feeling. like, he’s trying to feel for them, trying to care. maybe it has to do with what he did in svsr, where he hinted at his feelings, how he felt like they didn’t care. and they didn’t say a thing. they only could’ve reinforced the idea that even though they’ve tried to tell him that he feels, they don’t care. i went on a whole rant about patton, roman, and thomas in svsr and i could again, but that’s not related to the song.

man of a thousand faces: roman, loosely. at first i was like “man of a thousand faces?!?! janus?!?” but it actually barely fits him at all. it might actually be about drugs, but we’ll ignore that. “his words are quiet like stains are/on a tablecloth washed in a river/stains that are trying to cover for each other/or at least blend in with the pattern” could represent his mistakes, his ideas, maybe stuff that didn’t turn out. and maybe the better ideas will cover up his mistakes. “good is better than perfect.” it could be that his perfectionism is driving him insane, and he needs to start reminding himself that it’s better if he starts reaching for at least just good. “and i’m crying for things that/i tell others to do without crying” is such a roman line i...

anyway that’s the album. if you read through this i’m... impressed.

I don’t think any music has ever spoken to me then this album. i’ve never been in a relationship but the lyrics are beautiful and it’s just makes me speechless.

First of all the line “He likes my American smile, like a child when our eyes meet” 🥺💞 This is beautiful and I love it because i’m a first generation American in my family bc the rest of my fam is from Pakistan and idk but it gives me hope and happiness i guess. Because i’m always told how American I am by my family and how I need to start speaking urdu and how i seem snobby and all thsi stuff that makes me kind of insecure about my American style and I guess i’m making this line deeper than it is but Taylor you have no idea how much it means to me.

Also okay the lyric “you are what you love” is amazing. idk if i was just being over dramatic but it was definitely true 🤧 when i started almost (actually) crying if happiness becaus ur hate being told the things i’m not and the things i don’t like bc i don’t wanna be defined that way 😞 I just want to be defined by the things I love liek YOU and reading and coffe and pink and so much more ❤️

Okay and then Paper Rings is just so beautiful and fun and i love it. it’s got a theme song vibe and i love thattttt 😻👏 I love all of that song it’s just amazing 🤪👍👏

And then “step into the daylight and let it go” is just a perfect ‘no bad vibes allowed” kinda vibe 😂 it’s just this relaxing that makes me feel happy and calm bc we all gotta just calm down 😌 I hate taking stress and it feels nice to just walk out into the daylight and let it go 😍

In Cruel Summer I love “Devils are the dice and angels role their eyes” also the “looks up grinning like a devil” IS THE ABSOLYTW BEST! and just so much of that song is like this pastel, rainbow darkness 😂 It reminds me of “darling Ima nightmare dressed like a daydream” It’s a beautiful song 💞

The Man is just 👍👍🤠 LIKE YESSSSS WOMEN! Taylor is THE WOMAN! she’s a queeeen 👑👑👑 WAIT SHES THE CAT! @taylorswift let’s quit being man or woman and let’s just all be CATS 🐱

And it feels like death by a thousand cuts bc i don’t know when i’ll see them cuz my fam lives around the world. basically i just don’t like goodbyes 😭

Miss Americana and the Heartbreak Prince is like this high school story and it’s reallllly amazing i loveee it zjjzjssj! I love the cheering and also how you say “It’s you and me, that’s my whole world” and i love that because i hate it when people change their ways because of someone else whispering. for me it’s just me and the people i love, that’s my whole world 🌎.

Cornelia Street I LOVE! i think bc of my tripp ti nyc this summer, i’ve been loveing ny so much. Thanks to WTNY i fell in love with the place. And the lyrics are so beautiful and relaxing. It’s like listening to starry and i love itttt! I love how it’s a song about nostalgia about a place bc i miss nyc. i was there for 2 days but i cried when i had to leave. it’s amazing and wonderful and magical.

[the collaboration/cyzj spoilers below–WARNING LONGER POST EVEN THAN THE LAST ONE]

i should probs start calling these cyzj reactions or something but anyways i cant talk to anyone about this show as it airs bc my chinese level is only high enough for me to understand about 50% of the ep but my impatient ass watches it anyway

so im using tumblr to comment on it instead! sorry followers!!!!

my thoughts on this ep:

1) i am so embarrassed that i can’t read chinese so i have no clue what the names of any of the beautiful ladies that they casted are except tia because she’s got an english name lmao. i’ll just be labeling them based on who they ended up performing with rip

2) the cyzj cast in general Sucks™ at interacting with women and it’s beautiful. the mvp of this is jun and his endearing fanboying over tia, literally running from erics partner and flinging himself against the wall, and protecting himself from samuel and zhennan’s partner with his chair

3) jiacheng and minghao, in a surprising change of events, have completely lost their respective boyfriends to said boyfriends. #junanforever. real talk tho junan are so good to each other and the genuine happiness that floods both of their faces when they’re in the same room brings such joy to my aching unicarat heart

4) i was a bit skeptical about the choices that all of the teams made in terms of female partners. if it had been up to me, i dont think there was a single team that i would have paired in the same way....but in the end i really couldnt see it going better than it did. tia was THE BEST partner jun and yanan could have possibly had--i could feel the way that she truly cared for both of them, especially jun, and took them under her wing and guided them through a stellar and exciting performance. seeing yanan smiling and bright eyed made me almost cry considering the recent news about his health

5) i was genuinely shocked that minghao and victor picked the girl they did, and then even more shocked when their performance FLOORED ME. part of it could have been nostalgia because the song they chose was one from my childhood, but i was mostly amazed at the deftness with which they put everything together. their partner’s vocals were gorgeous, the setting of the stage was stunning, hao’s contemporary dance was stellar, and victors low rap provided a great contrast for everything. definitely my favorite stage performance wise

6) i wasn’t shocked that jiacheng and eric chose the girl they ended up with, because they weren’t left with much of a choice, but i was a little concerned that it might not work out. sidenote--this girl’s music is GORGEOUS and i am literally so excited for someone to sub the episode so i can figure out her name and listen to her stuff because it’s right up my alley. not as much up erics, though, and especially not up jiachengs. i was concerned, but their song ended up being my favorite of the night! perfect combination of ethereal vocals, ballad singing, piano, and chemistry through the roof

7) another sidenote: jiacheng and erics partner literally had the best personality ever! she was like a little female jiacheng with an eye smile to die for and laughter every 2 seconds. she was a riot and i love her!! whats her name!!!! dammit!!!

8) zhennan and samuel’s partner was really cute and had DOPE music but she seemed to be the least experienced out of the ladies and couldn’t really give the boys much direction, which frustrated zhennan and turned me off of her a little. nevertheless, i thought the stage was well delivered and interesting. my personal thought was that it felt a little haphazard at times, especially in comparison to minghao’s team, but i still enjoyed it despite the fact that i don’t usually love that genre of music. kanye :/

9) this is about the time when i realized that there are eliminations coming and I LIKE EVERY TEAM AND DONT WANT TO LOSE ANY OF THEM OR SEE ANY OF THEM CRY (AGAIN). SCREAM

10) my order of preference SOLELY based on the stages would be HAO & VICTOR > JIACHENG & ERIC > YANAN & JUN > SAMUEL & ZHENNAN, but the order never follows what i think it should be (and also i would never want to see samuel and zhennan leave literally shoot me in the face bullet bullet bullet day6 style). if i were to guess, i think it’ll be the same order as they were when the came into this ep, with junan possibly in third depending on how people felt about erics stage, but IDK THIS SHOW HURTS ME

11) yanan and jun towering over tia was THE CUTEST!!

12) zhennan getting samuel instant hotpot and regretting it while samuel went out and got him a collectible toy just reminded me how young they are and made me uwu through the damn roof. we love best friends!!!!

13) the casts joint effort to get jun to shut up in order to save his voice was blessed but also real sad. also the fact that the poor boy endured six shots down his throat!!! the day before his performance!!!! with cameras there to shoot his misery!! sad and uncomfy and 10/10 would not watch again

14) the phone with tia’s video chat being carried around everywhere and/or scaring the contestants!! iconic!! jun carrying “her” in the elevator!!! zhennan and samuel chasing the phone as the staff took it away i was wheezing
