is anyone still crying from the 2.1 hsr main story quest or is it just me.

im already working on converting his hat to make it compatible with this hair!!! i just had some unexpected issues with the hat i havent even began to untangle yet, so i decided to make these two separate releases instead. i wish i couldve released this hair much more sooner but truth be told, i got burnt out from meshing halfway through the hairstyle, i just had to desperately get it done because i miiiight've developed an hyperfixation with this guy. anyway, it will probably take me a bit before i begin working on any other hairstyle again. do expect some more conversions coming from me in the mean time, though!

Here’s a picture of my cute butt to show off the fact that I passed my Top Rope certification at @cruxcc this morning. •• I’m sure to the outside observer climbing probably looks like a huge distraction from all the work I should be doing instead. The truth is, this sport has been keeping me sane in the midst of maybe the most insane time of my life. And, on top of that, it is allowing me to work on myself in ways I never expected. •• Climbing is an escalating series of trust exercises. Do I trust my feet to stay put? Do I trust my hands and fingers to hold on? Do I trust myself to not get myself into something I can’t get out of? Do I trust this harness to not fall off? Do I trust this auto belay to not fail when I need it? •• This weekend the trust exercises got real: do I trust a stranger to keep me from hitting the ground? As I took the top rope class, I was surprised how okay I was trusting a total stranger with my life. What happened next though, was where the real growth happened. •• I planned to take my test on Sunday. The problem was, I didn’t have a climbing partner. The instructor at the class said to just ask someone who was already certified. When I went into the gym, though, I was overcome with with huge feelings. I needed to ask someone to help me, but I couldn’t. I was too afraid. Then I was immediately washed in shame. The fact that I couldn’t do this thing I really wanted on my own sent me into a crazy spiral of shame and fear. Needless to say, I didn’t take my test that day. •• The feelings that came up were clearly much older than my current predicament. I spent a couple days processing these old feelings and where they stemmed from. All this is clearly connected to my 8ness. Seeing that gave me enough space to get up the courage to ask for help this morning. •• Of course, after that fact it was easy to see that I had nothing to fear. The climbing community is incredibly inclusive and kind and the people who climb at Crux are wonderful. Isn’t that how growth always goes? Pork Bahn Mi and Beef Cheeks from @leroyandlewis BBQ. They always have an interesting selection of meats and the way they serve it. My wife and I have given into the temptation at least three times as the trailer sits in front of @cruxcc. (at LeRoy and Lewis)

Tighnari hair

I truly believed this hair would took me less time than i expected... until i realized making a hair with as little volume as his was way more complex than i realized oops

as a bonus detail i realized when testing it in CAS: if you want new colors for his bangs, turns out they're compatible with @raccoonium's split hair overlay! this actually wasn't intentional but it was a fun discovery to see they worked perfectly together (the bottom screenshot shows how they look together)

Kokomi crown

Kokomi's headpiece made compatible for @azertysims's Kokomi hair! there's two available versions of this file:

V1 has the texture in a higher resolution and extra swatches in case you wish to mix-and-match with other hairs or outfits!

However, V2 is made to be compatible with @ms-marysims's Kokomi outfit. to make sure it worked properly though, i had to lower the resolution of the texture a little bit, it might not be compatible with glasses/custom 3d eyelashes. It comes exclusively in one swatch to match her outfit

You can download both versions at the same time without issue!

KNOWN ISSUES: For some reason, it moves with the mouth? Both when the sim speaks and when you move the mouth around in CAS. I absolutely have no clue how to fix it so if anyone knows please hit me up 🙏

Dainsleif hair

Happy new year!

This feels very exciting to share... I am ready to publish my first TS4 CC!

As this is my first cc ever and the mesh is 100% originally made by me, I'm completely open to feedback to know if there's anything I should improve! Even if I followed a bunch of tutorials from all over the place, I'm certain I haven't found the most efficient way to do things and there might be more issues I haven't even spotted, so truly all advice is welcomed.

KNOWN ISSUES: The hat chops. I haven't been able to actually make them look nice with most hairs. I've been struggling to figure out how to properly shape the top part of the hair without completely ruining the mesh. I've spent far too long trying to fix that issue to no avail so I decided to share this imperfect version instead, for now. If anyone knows an efficient way to do this, feel free to let me know!

CREDITS: i pretty much made this whole hairstyle using @simandy's streak mesh! it was an extremely useful resource and idk where i wouldve even started without it

Yae Miko Jewelry

My second CC release! This time I thought it'd be significantly simpler than making a hair from scratch... but uh I underestimated how much I understood about textures before deciding to tackle this idea

This jewerly is made specifically to be compatible with @simandy's miko hair and thefallenraven's yae miko outfit! i admit i made this out of the selfish need to be able to use her jewerly with this specific hairstyle, but hey i figured i might not be the only one with that need so that's why i'm sharing it :)

And I've included a little bonus! there's an extra download file if you want to have her earrings fit any regular human ears and not just her fox ones!

Qiqi Headpieces

Sorry for the delay with this one! I kind of overwhelmed myself making other cc projects + the masterlist + university work but we are so back now

i made this headpiece to be compatible with @meghewlett's qiqi hair! i just wanted to be able to have qiqi wear her full outfit with this hair without issue :)

these are two different files: the hat can be found under, well, hats, and the talismans are under birthmarks! i wanted them to be a skin detail since she's a jiāngshī and can't really take them off
