Was thinking about the first ExU today and I have come to the conclusion that Ashton and Fy’ra Rai need to meet. I think it could be so good for him.
Like, the way she always treated Dorian like a brother because of their genasi blood? Imagine Rai treating Ashton the same way. His elemental blood for the first time bringing them new family instead of being a reminder of what was lost.

Propaganda under the cut.
Laerynn Coramar-Seelie:
She helped keep a magic floating city in the sky while building a machine to move said city across planes- all while trying to ignore her ex-husband. also both kinda causes the apocalypse but also prevents a huge chunk of existence from being wiped out due to the apocalypse
Granny Weatherwax:
Granny Weatherwax is a witch. Witches don't have leaders, because Granny Weatherwax never allow that sort of thing. She knows that she is the most dangerous thing in this dark forest. She is extremely good at what she does. She is kind, but not nice. She helps her community, cures people with potions and psychology, and she is an extremely practical person. She watches herself very closely to make sure she never strays from her own moral compass. There’s no harsher judge of Granny Weatherwax than Granny Weatherwax. Here are some quotes from the books: Granny’s implicit belief that everything should get out of her way extended to other witches, very tall trees and, on occasion, mountains. Granny Weatherwax was not a good loser. From her point of view, losing was something that happened to other people. Many people could say things in a cutting way. But Granny Weatherwax could listen in a cutting way. She could make something sound stupid just by hearing it. “I did start out in witchcraft to get boys, to tell you the truth.’ ‘Think I don’t know that?’ ‘What did you start out to get, Esme?’ Granny stopped, and looked up at the frosty sky and then down at the ground. ‘Dunno,’ she said at last. ‘Even, I suppose.”

ALSO was nervously needle felting through the ACOFAF finale and did a little Laerryn and Loquacious at the end of the world <3

(ID: A needle felt design on a rough square of red felt. Laerryn, a black woman wearing a yellow dress and purple shawl, reaches out to Loquacious, a white man wearing a black suit and yellow jacket. Around them, stones fall and black cracks zigzag through the red background. End ID.)

Really excited to hear Brennan start with "Hello, one and all! Welcome back to another exciting episode of Critical Role's Exandria Unlimited: Calamity! I am your humble dungeon master Brennan Lee Mulligan, and with me as always are our [insert name here]. Say hello, [insert name here]!"
Followed by Travis doing it, but mumbled like his "we play dungeons and dragons!"
Gonna be a good show.

Got inspired by a scene from last week’s episode, was immediately sketching this idea. I’m actually pretty happy with how it came out? I’ve had some stuff that I really hated recently so I’m glad this one came out well!

The fact that Sam is the adman for critical role, and those ads involve him playing different characters and that in Calamity Sam played a changeling that was literrally the adman of the entire city...
Like sam riegel literally played himself and i have never loved him more

(Pictured: a gouache painting of opal from critical role exandria unlimited laying on the ground. She is a thin brown woman with long lilac hair. She is wearing a pink cropped jacket and brown pants. There are thin blue residuum needles sticking out of parts of her as she scowls backward.)
My girl.... I've been trying to practice with gouache a bit again but its HARD

In addition to two warnings from Critical Role’s email list and official twitter, even Sam fucking Riegel chimed in to say “hey gang, it’s that bad”
