‘1 bleeding to death.’
This sign was put in a window of Columbine High School at 2.15pm by a student during the Columbine High School Massacre. The sign referred to teacher William ‘Dave’ Sanders who had been shot in the torso, head and neck and laid bleeding in the science lab, it was an attempt to get help to him before he died. Despite students attempting to help get Sanders medical attention he died from his injuries and was pronounced dead at 3pm.

The Tragedy of Susie Zhao
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Susie Zhao, also known as "Susie Q", was 33 years old and a professional poker player. She had returned to Michigan to be with her family during the pandemic and lockdowns, and unfortunately met Jeffrey Morris around the same time.
On July 13, 2020 two men found her badly burned and partially mutilated body in a wooded area in Oakland County.
Her hands was restrained with zip ties. She was brutally raped, doused in petrol and burned alive.
Zhao was last seen by her mother around 5:30 p.m. the day before she was murdered. After several calls with Morris Susie met him at a motel. Police analyzed her cell phone records and found out that she was there until 5 a.m. What exactly happened is unknown to this day.
Prosecutors said Morris did act out his disturbing sexual fantasies, which included anti Asian racism, extreme violence and kidnapping. Morris had previously been convicted of a sex crime in 1989. He was sentenced to life in prison.
The judge Martha Anderson called the case "one of the most harrowing trials" of her career: "And believe me, I've had many, many murder trials. But I can't get over the brutality of the murder and the pointlessness of it all."

Gary Black
Tumblr media
Interview with Gary Black.
Gary Black was convicted twice Jasper County Jury Trials of First Degree Murder, Originally getting the death sentence however eventually it was overturned and he was given life without parole.
Q. How would you describe your daily routine? What do you do to occupy your free time inside?
A. A typical day in here is composed of lengthy boredom broken by moments of extremely violent chaos. For the most part my free time is passed in front of a tiny TV screen watching entertaining education stuff like Expedition Unknown, or Mystery at the Museum, or History's Greatest Mystery type shows.
Q. Do you do much reading? And do you have access to music and other forms of entertainment?
A. About the only time I read is when in Segration and then I read everything by any author voraciously. Only in general population do we have our tablets (7 " by 5") which have apps for emails, phone, music, games etc. However most cost fees so I don't use them often.
Q. Have you accessed any educational programmes inside or any rehabilitation or therapy?
A. About 70% of this prison is sentenced to life without the possibility of parole or on death row. There isn't any reason as far as the state sees it to have the kind of programs they have elsewhere.
Q. Do you have a prison job and if so what is it?
A. No job. I am confined to the wheelchair in a place that was built before the American's with Disabilities Act went into effect…
Q. What do you think of the food in your institution? What’s your fave meal? And what food do you miss most from the outside?
A. OMG!! I really miss good deep dish pepperoni pizza. The food here is very bad and repetitious. The food service provider in Missouri is some outside company these days. I'd have to say my favourite is the chicken patty.
Q. Do you keep in touch with anyone on the outside?
A. My only outside contact these days is a lone pen-pal. I got a lot of emails right after the Netflix episode on me titled ‘Boogieman’ ran on the series "I Am A Killer" but mostly it turned out to be people I wasn't compatible with. I'm alone now, last of my bloodline dead. And nobody else around.
Q. What’s your favorite thing to buy from commissary?
A. I get a stipend from the department of corrections of $8.50 a month because of having no money from other sources coming in, so I don't buy much from the canteen but hygiene items.
Q. Give a random interesting fact about yourself you’d like people to know…
A. I'm just a total hillbilly for real. I spent the first fifteen years of my life down in the Ozark mountains on a tiny 37 acre dirt farm with just 22 acres of cleared land. The rest was woods, along a creek. My maternal grandpa was a moonshiner, the neighbors out in those mountains with Amerind in them called my maternal grandma and adopted mom ‘plant women’. The Christians called them witches.
Gary was interview by myself using online penpal service.

i’m not implying that people with adhd are idiots or murderers
i mean i have adhd and yes i am an utter fool but i’m not a murderer but since i began paying attention to this case at uhhh… idk the end of last month(??), it has been super clear to me based on multiple different coverage sources that the guy had something like adhd.
now idk how much cte mirrors adhd, that is something i’m still not clear on, but i remember when i finally stumbled upon that line where a-her was like “hey mom i probably had adhd since i was little i should have been diagnosed” in prison or wherever and i was like “thank you GOD someone else saw it.”
edit: also, finally, it sounds like it’s josé biaz time on this podcast nice

“But I found Aileen very sweet, charming. Charismatic. I felt like I was in her living room rather than in a small room on death row. She was very excited to be able to talk freely and tell the truth. Her eyes had a light in them, which a couple of times clouded over with darkness.”
-Jasmine Hirst
DISCLAIMER: I’m in no way condoning what Aileen did nor do I agree with taking the life of another human being (unless it’s for self defense) but I found this woman’s encounter with her to be very intriguing.

Honey Trap: The new espionage outfit
Honey trapping is an investigative practice that uses romantic or intimate relationships for an interpersonal, political or monetary purpose to obtain sensitive information.
In today’s cyber world, “Honey Trap” has gained a new dimension on social media. Popular social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter etc. are used to trap targets. Recently, Facebook has admitted that up to 270 million accounts on their platform are illegitimate. These illegitimate accounts are nothing but either bots or honey traps..
The honey trap accounts are usually of female profiles. who first identify their targets then befriend them to later lure them into spilling crucial information which can compromise not only their safety but the nation’s security too. They use blackmailing or even worse, hacking to get the information out. The horrors intensify when these honey traps share malicious codes in the guise of web links or web applications to hack into the target’s device/system compromising all the data, giving them complete access. And this makes these honey traps an even bigger threat because they can control all the data without the target having an inkling about it.
Defense Personnel and Honey Trap
Numerous men across the world have been stung by a honey trap. However, it becomes severe when national security is at stake. More recently, army or defence personnel have come under the target of these vicious traps as the new form of cyber espionage. It has become an easy way to get hold of crucial intelligence endowing them with pivotal power to attack the nation.
The magnitude of damage that can be done when defence personnel falls prey to honey trap is not unimaginable and it makes it all the more important to take steps to curb it.
Counter Strategy to prevent Honey Trapping
While the risk of being honey trapped is another inevitable facet of modern cyber warfare, but prevention is plausible. We, at Innefu, are working on models and algorithms to detect honey trap profiles and to prevent a security breach on the cyber-war front.
Reverse psychology is at play in our honey trapping mechanism, we use the target to catch the honey trapper on a hunt. Our model works on various parameters to assess social media profiles and identify those at the risk of being honey trapped. Network profiling of these potential targets then helps us to draw a relationship graph where our system rates the suspicious profiles using inbuilt Artificial Intelligence based algorithms. It takes into consideration various social focal points like geographical distribution of the network, social v/s professional connects, community based connections etc.
The suspected profiles are scrutinized by our system on the basis of various algorithms based on different parameters. Some of them are:
Profile Picture
More often than not, the profile picture used by the honey trap is of an attractive female model. Hence, naturally, the first step that is undertaken by our algorithm is a reverse image search to find out the image on the Internet. This brings whether the profile is real or an imposter using a celebrity face or a stock image.
Follower/Friend count
The huge following base in a comparatively lesser time gives out warning signals. However, there are other check marks to be noted in the network.
Least Likely Connections
While detecting suspicious account improbable connections play a vital role. Real Facebook profiles add people which are from their domain or field of interest largely; however, a fake/honey trap profile would be connected to even the most obscure profiles having no commonalities whatsoever.
Network Analysis
Analysing the network can bring major red flags. Our model runs on algorithms to give out alerts whenever a profile with abnormal social behaviour is found.

The Murder of Lily Sullivan
Tumblr media
Lily Sullivan was an 18-year-old college student living in Pembroke, Wales, she was learning to drive and was described as forgiving, kind and loving. She was a talented artist who loved music and spending time with her friends.
Lily went on a night out with friends on 16th December 2021. She met Lewis Haines, 31, in a nightclub and the two kissed. Friends of Haines reminded him that he had a girlfriend and cautioned him that Lily was 'far too young.' At some point, Lily and Haines left the club together. They were walking through an alleyway towards Mill Pond when at 2.47am, Lily phoned her mother and said 'I'll be there now mam. I'm on my way. I'm a couple of minutes away. I'm nearly there,' before the call was cut short. Her mother tried calling her back 30 times, CCTV shows Lily's abandoned phone lighting up. At around 3am a local resident heard a woman scream.
Lily was found face down in Mill Pond reservoir, her top had been forcibly removed and she had been strangled.
After murdering Lily, CCTV chillingly captured Haines walking past Lily's mother who was waiting at a nearby garage to pick her up. Lily's mother noticed Haines acting strangely and followed him until he disappeared into nearby woods. Haines then went home to his girlfriend and said 'I've strangled somebody.'
It is thought that Lily had rejected Haines' sexual advances and wanted to go home with her mother which angered him and led to him attacking her. Haines claims Lily threatened to report him for trying to rape her when she found out he had a girlfriend. The judge ruled, 'His intention was to silence her. He didn't want anyone to know what had happened in the lane.' Haines was sentenced to serve at least 23 years and 4 months in prison.
Leading up to Lily's death she had shared a number of posts about misogyny, sexual violence and femicide to her social media. One post showed floral tributes left for murder victim Sarah Everard with a sign saying, 'She was just walking home.'

“ 𝘩𝑚𝑚, 𝑜𝘩-- 𝘩𝑖𝑚. 𝑛𝑜, 𝑗𝑜𝘩𝑛 𝑐𝑜𝑢𝑙𝑑𝑛’𝑡 𝑚𝑎𝑘𝑒 𝑖𝑡 𝑡𝑜𝑑𝑎𝑦. ”  Sherlock replied innocently, hoping she wouldn’t express too much disappointment. He knew mentioning his new roommate to her had been a mistake. Gaea was the kind of person who’d care about the people in his life ---  it was... nice. It was an interest and concern he wasn’t used to being on the receiving end of without a degree of condescension ( a la his brother, Mycroft ). If he was lucky, he wouldn’t have to worry about the two meeting for awhile. Not yet. It was too confusing still --- Sherlock had decided it was best to keep them apart until he knew more about the uncertain and conflicting feelings he was developing. “ Maybe next time, you know how doctor’s are--- they can get pulled away at a moment’s notice. ”

How Sharon Tate was killed:
Mini biography:
Sharon Marie Tate was born on January 24th, 1943 in Dallas, Texas and was the oldest of two sisters. Sharon was a famous American actress & model during the 1960’s, and was said to be Hollywood’s most promising newcomer.
The begging of the Murder:
Sharon Tate (Polanski), who, at the time was 26 years old, married to a famous director, and eight months pregnant had her life tragically ended along with four others in a brutal murder in her Los Angeles home.
Charles Manson had ordered one of his devout followers, “Tex” Watson to take other members of the cult to 10050 Cielo dr to in his words “kill everyone there as gruesomely as you can”.
The murder:
It was Susan Atkins, Patricia Krenwinkel, and Linda Kasabian that had went along with Tex to the property. Atkins, and Krenwinkel had broken into the main house, which left Kasabian as the “watch dog”.
Sharon and her hair stylist/close friend were tied by their necks with rope, soon enough, Sebring, Sharon’s hairstylist was shot and stabbed several times to death. The two other people in the house, Frykowski and Folger had managed to escape however, were later chased down and killed by Watson and Krenwinkel.
As for Sharon, she was fatally stabbed to death after begging in fear for her life and for the life of her unborn child. She even offered herself as a hostage to see if she could save her baby.
“Please let me live long enough to have my baby !!”
The killer(s) had ignored her cries and pleas for mercy and continued to end her life as well as the unborn child’s life by stabbing her 16 times. It was said that as she was dying, she was yelling
“MOTHER, MOTHER !!!”
Per Manson’s orders, the “family” was instructed to leave a sign at the property and to make it “witchy”. Atkins had used the blood of Sharon Tate and wrote the word “PIG” on the front door.
