Y’know, for all the “the crew love Izzy!” and “Izzy protects the crew!!” stuff, there’s very little of that…on the screen? Like, after the events of the first three episodes, we do not see how Jim totally loves Izzy - we see Jim hanging out with Olu and Archie. Frenchie is not suddenly Izzy’s BFF. Fang doesn’t chill with him. The Revenge group don’t start listening to him.

We do get him making inroads with them, especially via Wee John and drag. He is a PART of the crew because he’s accepted their grace and he’s not hurting them anymore. Which is good! It’s about integrating him into the group that’s part of Stede’s ethos. It’s about offering grace to the least deserving among them. But there’s not this sudden “he’s our best buddy!!” He’s not…special. And I don’t mean that in a bad way - they all like each other and they all hang out together. There are strong communal bonds. Izzy is one of many, not the most special.

There’s been so much emphasis on “Izzy’s redemption arc!” and the crew loving him beyond anyone else, but that’s not really there. He’s just one of them now because he’s stopped being a fucking dick to them. That’s it.

My sister just finished her first watch through of both seasons of OFMD and she loved it! Her opinion isn’t clouded by certain parts of the fandom as she doesn’t interact with the fandom. She’s sad it’s over and angry at certain people for cancelling it especially since there was only one more season. I’m so happy that she loved it and that my almost constant bugging her to watch it didn’t make her hate it or not want to watch it. 😂

This SAG strike is a no promotion strike, meaning that if any actor who is a part of the guild promotes a show or movie in any way, they will be kicked out of the union.

This also goes for the writer's strike. The writers being on strike means that the editing for the show has most likely come to a complete stop. Any edit or change to the show requires approval from the writers, and if they give any feedback during the strike, they can be kicked out of the union.

This is why we haven't heard any news about Season 2. The editors and effects people literally CAN'T do their job during the strike.

Okay, this one is not good enough. But I spent so much time with this one, that I just show it to you. There is nice mechanisms and nice pages, but it not work as smoothly as I want. There is a reason for that, I do more and more pop up -book elements and lesser basic paper mechanisms. Because of that the binding of this book is not good. I know how to do it on future, but it was too late with this one - I need to build the pages in another way.

So, next one will be better. Maybe someone like to see this one too - so here we go.
