The Nicki Arnetts of the almost south and some of the southern United States of America wanted badly, new faces to be the new USSR
Regina Spektor and others give we’re sorry looks now, apparently.
Sorry doesn’t fix lives ruined, cunts.
I hope I’m not picking on that man unnecessarily because you do need to look past a photograph.
I am usually right about my assessment when I have some of that first opinion
I didn’t say some
But yeah and that is really good to hear apparently some people can be helped of certain ailments I want more information I want to know how sure you guys are that people can be healed of pedophilia. Perhaps it’s a genetic something or other, and it needs to be fixed without torture and abuse you know we’re talking about ethics and fixing genetics not not causing unnecessary harm.
Probably not the case with somebody like Stephanie, Bryant if I’m honest with you, I think that she’s probably particularly gross and that is a time to get really nasty but I’m talking about those people who didn’t bother anybody

Today in words that gave me goosebumps.
Crepitus - The sound of bone fragments grinding against eachother.
(mainly because as someone that has had broken bones, I know what this sounds like and feels like 😖)

I can never follow my dreams to be a professional, fictional assassin like our yeast roll headed man. I’ve got too much crepitus going on in my feet and ankles. All you hear is pop pop pop pop, squishy synovial fluid noise, pop pop POP. I’d be suspicious just for just sounding like my bones are made out of bubble wrap while walking unsuspiciously.

Isz it normal for my bonesz to make cracky noisesz whenever I get up? I'm only a bit older then seven sweepsz-
it's rare for sure, but it's not a mutation and it's entirely harmless. although if it's painful, see a mediculler. 🦴

Do you think it would be weird for a doctor to diagnose you with fibromyalgia at the first appointment with them?
Really late to the bat with this one, but fibromyalgia is a diagnosis of exclusion. Assuming that you've not had extensive discussion beforehand, fibromyalgia should at no point be a go-to diagnosis - particularly as pain medication is supposed to not help fibromyalgia pain, so at minimum a trial on appropriate painkillers for your chronic pain would seem an appropriate indicator of whether or not something would qualify.
We've had difficulty kicking fibromyalgia diagnosis without due cause in the past, since the only test taken was a frankly poorly performed test for arthritis (no questions about crepitus, for example, just testing for heat and resistance on the joints, which does NOT detect all forms of arthritis, and also ignored the fact that the patient nearly passed out during the test, which I personally would take as an indicator for further testing -_-) and then an immediate fibromyalgia diagnosis.
I would just say, there are many sources of chronic pain. Even chronic decentralised pain. If you are being told immediately, without appropriate exclusion of a variety of other possibilities, that you have fibromyalgia, that is often used to deny pain control. Doing so without trialling pain medication and determining its effectiveness is medical negligence in my view, as long term pain and stress can have severe effects on overall health. Seek further opinions, and query such a hasty diagnosis. A physician with patients' best intentions in mind will always want to determine what the best outcome is for each patient, including appropriate supportive care for pain.
