Checked out @jaleobyjose this weekend and it was delicious! We miss Spain so much so it was great to get a taste of it again. We split the Rossejat Negra (similar to paella but made with noodles and squid ink), croquetas, a salad with white asparagus, potatoes, and tuna, calamari with squid ink aioli, chorizo, and cauliflower.
