Limoncello Gin Tonic !
Ingredients:
2 oz limoncello
1.5 oz gin
1.5 oz fresh lemon juice
1 oz simple syrup
2 oz club soda
Add limoncello, gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup to a glass filled with ice. Top with club soda and stir. You can garnish with a sprig of mint and a lemon wheel.

Shandy Mocktail
1 serving
This is a mocktail that looks and tastes like the real thing and it is refreshing too. The bonus is that you will have no hangover.
Serve it in a pint glass or any glass that can hold 16 ounces.
Ingredients
¾ cup pineapple juice, chilled
½ teaspoon pomegranate juice
1 or 2 shakes of Angostura bitters
¾ cup club soda, chilled
Directions:
Pour the pineapple juice into the glass. Add the pomegranate juice and the Angostura bitters. Then add the club soda and drink it down!
Serve to anyone not drinking alcoholic drinks like kids, pregnant women, designated drivers, or anyone who is not drinking alcohol.
Note:
If you don’t like club soda try ginger ale or non-alcoholic ginger beer instead.

Notice that after listing the ingredients, including “1 bottle of raspberry vodka,” the instructions say, “combine in highball glass and serve.”
As far as I know, raspberry vodka comes in 750-ml bottles. So, let’s assume the recipe is meant to be shared.

Rhubarb Julep !
Ingredients:
2 oz. Bourbon
Rhubarb Cordial
Mint Leaves
Rhubarb strands (for garnish)
Water/Club Soda
Instructions:
In a glass, add the rhubarb cordial. Fill with ice (preferably crushed but if you don’t have crushed, cubes are fine too).
Then carefully tilt the glass and fill with a bit of water or club soda. Using a spoon, pour bourbon over top and layer on the top of the drink.
Garnish with mint, rhubarb and a straw (so your guests can stir all the ingredients together after being wow’d by the beautiful presentation).
