maintaining a weight that is better for managing pain and health is definitely okay but what pushes it into unsafe areas is when you are obsessing about little things and when it dictates your life and mood and self worth, that is the worry. just because it is something you “have a handle on” doesn’t mean it’s something that's necessarily good or okay. something doesn’t have to be spiraling your entire world out of control for it to be a problem.

i'll take that on board as well, it's good for me to hear because i always seem to be able to only think of things in terms of extremes - not gradual. i think there is a big risk right now if i don't start working to combat the intrusive/dangerous thinking around these acts and only utilize them as assistive methods towards my goal rather than things i rely on and obsess over.

ANYWAY with the risk of breaking lore and sounding insane but who cares we're having fun so we're using eternal cities theories:

She's a Noxian/Nightfolk little hybrid with Silver Tears (hence the four arms) as part of their past attempts to make their own lord of night, but she didn't fit the bill in the end, so she ended up becoming a sort of confessor of the eternal city's religious order (silver order?); who later on worked with/helped Ranni towards her ascension for the age of stars. So she's upstairs now in the lands between helping in side quests while also chilling and waiting to reap the benefits when the age of stars begins

While she's built for brute force she's very cunning and nimble in movment, very much the vibes of a court vizier whispering sexily in a monarch's ears and everyone can tell she's kinda evil but she's very sexy and tall about it so it's fine <3 with the cities in ruins she can't do that much now, so she's retired that attitude.. a little bit

I'm sooo sorry to hear about your gallbladder that shit is SO painful. I hope if they have to yank it out they can do it quickly and as an outpatient surgery.

Introducing Daria

Hello everyone, I'm Gila or Talen or Death Knight as some of my old collective followers would know, or if you're reading this on my main blog, paxpaxpax. A long time ago in the freshman year of high-school, I was failing algebra one and rather than trying to actually study, I started writing Daria. Daria follows the story of Hawk Olier, a man from the land of Klannossia who watched his country get burned down by an unknown horde as a child. Adopted by the dwarven man who had found him, Hawk has become a bounty hunter for hire alongside his best friend and thief Vae'lin Mournshaw. Both together and apart, Hawk and Vae will begin to uncover the workings of The Order of Hale, a group who wishes to put the bloodline of those who ruled the continent before back on the throne, reuniting the continent into one country once again.

I'll be posting chapters weekly here on @the-sun-hawks (i've already written 15 chapters in the past three weeks, and just started on the 16th). This piece of work wouldn't be possible if @cleonibbles hadn't bullied me into rewriting it and helping me edit along the way. She's practically cowriting it at this point.

Not forcing yourself to eat foods you don’t like isn’t bad in itself. It’s good to try to eat things that bring you joy, food should make us happy and feel nourished and satisfied. However, I would agree that even though the behaviour itself might not be harmful (might even be a good thing! It’s good to approach food as something we should enjoy!), focus on calorie intake can become a cause for concern.

i have to find one. given the nature of my relationship with food, i think it's very likely my eating is deeply disordered, but i have no proper name for what's wrong with me.

shoutout to my old psych who literally refused to refer me to adhd services for years until I told her I wasn't looking to get stimulant medication and I'm still waiting for assessment six years after first asking
