Bashi-bazouks before a Gateway by Paul Joanowits
Bashi-bazouks were irregulars in the Ottoman army and hailed from lands across the Ottoman empire, from Egypt to the Balkans. The two soldiers converse in an Egyptian setting, the gate topped by Mamluk carvings and flanked by East African 'Grandees' chairs', amalgams of Mamluk, Portuguese, and Indian influence.

So-called anti imperialists get weirdly bitchy when you suggest self-determination for certain people groups.
Especially if it’s the Kurds, the Assyrians, Armenians, the Tibetans (that’s when the tankies show up), or the Circassians (or pretty much any other indigenous folks living under Russian rule like the Chuvash or the Buryats (among others)).
Talk about double standards.

How do you know I’m an Eastern European (or Central-Eastern European) fan of A Song of Ice and Fire, Game of Thrones series, Fire and Blood books, House of the Dragon and generally all of the Planetos universe by George R.R. Martin?
I have a headcanon that the Valyrians, including the Targaryens, have not only a culture inspired by the Byzantine culture, but also by the Caucasian cultures. By Caucasian, I mean actual cultures of the Caucasus mountains, not the wh*te s*premacy sh*t you get in the West.
This means that the houses from the Old Valyria, including the Targaryens, have their own distinct dances and music which are performed and played only at their balls and feasts, and those dances are inspired by Georgian, Chechen, Circassian, Dagestani etc. music and dances.
I mean, c’mon, wouldn’t they all look majestic while performing dances like Kartuli, Tsdo, Qarabsha, Samaia, Simdi and many other dances from the Caucasus? (Not to mention the infamous Legzinka?)
Grab some links of the Sukhishvili Georgian National Ballet:

I just wish that we could see Rhaenyra dancing Kartuli with Laenor on their wedding or Aemond performing Tsdo, okay?
Or Daemon dancing Kartuli seductively with Rhaenyra on her wedding day to Laenor
Just kidding I just want to dance Kartuli with Ewan Mitchell as Aemond
And preferably see him performing Tsdo

The ethnic cleansing of Free Circassian Nationalism
November 2016: Australia, the Anglican Church, the Catholic Church and Islam.
On November 2016, on Australian soil, the state of Victoria, in the city of Melbourne, the Church of England and the Catholic Church decided to ethnically cleanse Free Circassian Nationalists, a stateless minority, out of all lands they (the Churches) dominate, even though they (the Workers) were nothing but law-abiding hard-working Australian citizens.
The racist fascist totalitarian Churches joined forces and decided that they (the Free Circassian Workers) were to be covertly replaced with a less advanced, less civilized, less “subversive”, corrupt, but subservient version, Muslims of Circassian Caucasian origin, who, being hardline Islamists, were more than happy to collaborate.
Free Circassian Worker migrants were singled out and driven out of their jobs, places of residence, and the entire country of Australia.

CE 1949: Israeli Prime Minister expresses prejudice
David Ben-Gurion declared: “In this country there are minorities that are above all suspicion and it is possible to trust them, more or less, like the Circassians and the Druze”. The Druze minority was exempted from the restrictions on movement when Israel imposed martial law in 1945, which it terminated in 1962.

Circassian Day of Mourning (May 21)
On the day of the end of the Russian-Caucasian war of 1763–1864, on the day of memory and sorrow of the Circassians, we publish another album-manifesto from Jrpjej. In addition to music, the album is accompanied by a pdf-zine with our reflection on Circassian songs of the 20th century and their relevance today “Sefitse” is a line from the song “Quedzoqo Tole Tsiku.” In the Adyghe language, “se”…

To anyone interested in learning about Artsakh, its history and the struggle of Artsakhi Armenians for freedom and self determination, I suggest checking out Learn For Artsakh initiative (@/learn4artsakh on Instagram). They share a lot of information on these topics and spotlight the interconnection of violence inflicted on the indigenous groups in the region by the colonizing powers.
They also have an e-library with free pdfs of many books written by Armenians about Artsakh as well as literature about DR Congo, Sudan, Palestine and other nations experiencing genocide (scroll down to the "Libraries Against Genocide" section).
