We were honored to partner with Christian Pulisic and his foundation to bring together 2 new mini soccer pitches for Lancaster, PA. Christian hopes that through these mini soccer pitches that the children of the community will have more time and space to develop on their own, unsupervised. Throughout his travel in Europe, he noticed that many other countries utilized underused space with mini soccer pitches.
Growing up in the Hershey, PA area, Pulisic discussed with his father how he wanted to give back. They thought: Training areas. Specifically with smaller mini-soccer pitches for the players to have fun and work on their technical abilities within tight spaces.

The warm morning sunshine illuminated the room in a soft orange glow as it broke through the space between the curtains. You had woken up before Mason, giving you time to admire his sleeping form before he, too, was awake.
With one of his arms still draped over your waist, you lay facing him and traced his soft features with the tip of your finger. His eyebrows that furrowed slightly when you first touched his face. The bridge of his nose that always seemed to be slightly red. His soft, plump lips that were slightly parted as he breathed. The scattering of facial hair that was growing across his jaw. You rested your hand carefully on his cheek, stroking your thumb over his warm skin.
Mason’s eyes began to flutter open, and you leaned forward to place a gentle kiss on the very tip of his nose, wanting to bring some peace to the start of his morning. He blinked his eyes open, squinting against the light in the room and a small smile curved the edges of his mouth as he took the sight of you in.
“Good morning, beautiful,” he mumbled, eyes slipping closed again as you felt his arm wrap more tightly around your body, pulling you so that your chest was flush against his. He tucked his face into the space between your neck and shoulder, kissing your skin softly.
“Good morning,” you giggled in return. His hand slipped under the large t-shirt that you had slept in, fingers tracing slow patterns over the bare skin of your back.
The two of you fell into a comfortable silence, drinking in the comfort of being in one another’s presence in such a peaceful moment. His face was still tucked into your neck as you scratched the top of his head slowly. You would have assumed he fell back asleep if it weren’t for the gentle pecks he placed along your shoulder every few seconds.
“Just want to stay like this forever,” Mason mumbled into your skin, sensing that it was almost time for his alarm to go off, signaling that it was time for him to get out of bed.
“Me, too, Mase,” you whispered.
Mason pulled his head back so he could look at you properly. “I take it by the fact that he hasn’t punched me that you still haven’t talked to Christian yet?”
Your heart sank slightly at the mention of your older brother. You knew it was only a matter of time before Mason questioned you about this again.
“I’m sorry, Mase.” Your fallen expression gave Mason his answer, and he felt guilty for ruining the peaceful atmosphere of the morning. “I’m going to. I really am. I just haven’t been able to find the right time. I want to make sure he knows I’m really serious about this and I don’t want to just do it in the middle of-“
Mason cut you off with a gentle kiss pressed to your lips that lingered for a moment before he dropped his head back on the pillow, staring at you with nothing but love in his eyes. “You don’t have to explain yourself to me, okay? I know this conversation is really important to you and I understand wanting to take your time with it.” You smiled in relief at his words. “I just know this is weighing on you, and I don’t want you to suffer for longer than you need to.”
“I’m just a little nervous about it, is all,” you mumbled, tracing patterns and shapes over his collarbones and bare chest with your finger so that you could focus on something other than his eyes, which seemed to pierce through you and read your innermost thoughts. “I don’t really think he’ll be upset, but… I don’t want to mess up your relationship with him, or mine for that matter.”
“It’ll all work out, love,” Mason reassured you. He took the hand that was tracing his chest in his own, sensing that you were using it to put a defensive barrier between the two of you, and raised it to his lips, placing a kiss to your palm. “It may take him some time to come around to the idea once you speak with him, but I know Christian: he’s a level-headed guy, and he’s not going to be rash about it.”
You nodded, knowing he was right.
“And the offer to go with you to talk to him still stands,” he added with a quick peck to your nose.
You smiled at his caring words, but this felt like something you needed to do on your own.
You and Christian were close—always had been, too. Being only a year and a half younger than he was, you had a tight bond throughout your childhood. When he had left for Germany as a teen to pursue his passion for soccer, it had crushed you. After his move to Chelsea, you enrolled in a study abroad program through your university that allowed you to live in London for your final year of school. Once you had graduated, with almost nothing tying you to the States, you made the move permanent. Christian was one of your closest friends—your rock, your confidant.
So when you and Mason realized that you had taken a liking to each other, you wanted to be sure that it was serious before involving Christian. Mason had respected your wishes, agreeing to keep the whole ordeal completely private until you were ready to talk to your brother.
But now, you had psyched yourself out about the conversation for so long that it felt like an impossible task. You knew you needed to do it soon before he found out some other way, but it never felt like the moment was right.
Mason’s phone alarm rang out through the room, pulling you out of your swirling thoughts. You watched as he silenced the alarm, rolling back over with a slight pout on his lips as he pulled you close one last time.
“What if we just never moved from here?” he asked, burying his face in your shoulder.
You giggled and pushed him away slightly, the short hairs of his bear tickling the sensitive skin of your neck. “You need to get up. They need you today.”
“Yeah, yeah. Life is tough being the starboy of Chelsea and all,” he rolled his eyes playfully. His face broke out into a mischievous grin, squinty eyes and crinkled nose and all, when you smacked his arm.
“Oh, shut up, you.” You pushed him toward the edge of the bed, and he reluctantly swung his legs over the side, standing so that he could go prepare for the day.
Today was the final match of the season and, seeing as it was at Stamford Bridge, Christian had already asked you to be there. You, of course, agreed since you did your best to make it to as many home games as you could. But ever since your relationship with Mason had begun, it was an added struggle not to run up to him to congratulate him after a match, trying your best to keep up appearances in front of your brother, the team, and the rest of the crowd in the stadium.
You watched Mason move around the bedroom, going through his matchday routine of getting ready, and it wasn’t long before he was ready to walk out the door. He approached your side of the bed, leaning down to kiss you gently before whispering a quick goodbye and leaving. He had to be at the stadium early to warm up (and the two of you couldn’t arrive together anyway) so you’d be following after him in a couple of hours to make it there just before kickoff.
Already feeling sleepy as soon as Mason walked out the door, you rolled over onto Mason’s side of the bed, finding comfort in the warmth he had left behind and the faint traces of his scent on his pillow. You slipped back into a peaceful sleep, enjoying the extra time you had to rest.
When you awoke, it wasn’t to the sound of an alarm, which immediately raised a red flag in your mind. You grabbed your phone from where it was charging on your bedside table, instantly realizing you hadn’t set your own alarms the night before and now had barely enough time to get ready and make it to the stadium before the match began.
You sprung out of bed, rushing to the bathroom to brush your teeth and make yourself look presentable. You rushed over to your dresser, slipping on a pair of jeans and shuffling through the folded t-shirts in your drawer to find your Chelsea jersey, but to no avail. You moved quickly to the closet, thinking maybe you had hung it up. Sorting through your hanging clothes, you still didn’t see it.
Of course, on the morning I wake up late, I can’t find this stupid jersey.
You ran your fingers through your hair in exasperation, other hand resting on your hip as you turned, slowly scanning the room. Finally, crumpled on the floor in the corner of the closet, you saw it—the royal blue jersey.
Breathing a sigh of relief, you quickly grabbed the jersey, slipping it over your head before putting on your shoes, picking up your jacket, and rushing out the front door.
After the whistle blew, signaling the end of the 90 minutes, Chelsea had come out on top. After the players had made their way around the pitch, clapping to the fans in appreciation, the players’ families made their way onto the field to take part in the celebrations. Cameras were everywhere, capturing the smiling faces of the boys and their loved ones. Awards were being handed to prominent players of the season. Hugs were being exchanged. Morale was high.
You maneuvered your way through the crowd of people, greeting a couple of the boys that you were better acquainted with and offering your congratulations as you passed.
As you searched through the mass of faces, some familiar, some unfamiliar, you spotted Mason talking with this family. He was leaning down pressing his face in close to his niece, who was sitting comfortably in her mother’s arms. The sight of Mason pressing his nose lovingly into the little girl’s cheek warmed your heart.
As he straightened up, he spotted you, catching your eye briefly before you tore yourself away from his gaze in the hope of not drawing any suspicion. You fought the smile that threatened to curve the corner of your lips upward, dropping your head to look at the ground as you tried to compose yourself.
Mason’s hands were tucked politely behind his back as he continued talking to his mother and sister. As you passed behind him, you very quickly grabbed his fingers, giving them a gentle squeeze to communicate all of the things you wanted to say to him in that moment but couldn’t. Without looking back, you continued walking across the pitch in search of your brother. You desperately hoped that no one had seen your subtle gesture, but your need to have some sort of contact with Mason seemed to make the risk worth it.
As you walked, the hot sun bearing down on you through the open roof of the stadium, you grew too warm for your liking. You shrugged the jacket from your shoulders, draping it over your arm as you continued walking.
Finally, you spotted Christian, conversing with a couple of his teammates not far from where you were standing. You sped up, jogging the rest of the way to his side. As he saw you approaching, he opened his arms, taking a couple of steps toward you as you nearly tackled him in a hug. You threw your arms around his neck and his were wrapped around your middle, hugging you tightly.
“You were amazing out there!” you exclaimed, squeezing your arms just a little bit tighter before releasing him and taking a step back from him. “I’m so proud of you, Christian.”
You beamed at him, and he shot back a quiet smile, dropping his eyes to the ground as he muttered a shy, “thank you,” in reply.
“I know Mom and Dad would be too if they could’ve been here,” you smile turned slightly sad as you both thought of your parents who you had missed dearly. The two of you were travelling back to the states in the coming weeks and would hopefully get to visit with them before too long.
Before Christian could reply, Reece’s cheerful voice rang out from behind you. “Oooh, how does Christian feel about you wearing someone else’s jersey?”
You furrowed your brow, turning your head so you could look at him as he slung his arm over your shoulder. “What are you talking about?” you asked him, and Christian shared your look of confusion.
“Last I checked, Christian’s number is ’10,’ not ‘19’.” Reece spared a quick glance at your back again to confirm what he had seen previously.
The realization passed over you like ice water that had been poured over your head, a chill running through your body despite the warmth of the sunshine.
Christian took a step forward, turning you firmly by your shoulders to look at the back of the jersey that you were wearing, and you knew there was nothing you could do to stop him now.
“Y/N, are you two…” Christian trailed off as you felt his hands drop from your shoulders.
Still facing away from Christian, you met Reece’s gaze, a slight grimace of apology on his face as he pieced things together.
Well, you had hoped to ease Christian into it, but now you were just going to have to rip the metaphorical band-aid off.
You spun around, grabbing Christian by the wrist and pulling him the direction of the tunnel, hoping to find a slightly more private area to have this conversation.
As you pushed through the crowd of people, you brushed past Mason without sparing him so much of a glance. He turned as he felt you pass behind him. A gentle smile spread over his face, seeing his number 19 with ‘MOUNT’ curved across your shoulders, his heart swelling with pride.
But then the realization washed over him too, and his face dropped as he saw you dragging Christian along behind you. Surely, he had seen the jersey and the two of you were busted.
You finally let go of Christian’s arm after you had taken several steps into the seclusion of the tunnel. Slowly, you turned to him, your eyes glued to your feet as you crossed your arms in front of you as a sort of defense mechanism.
A moment of silence passed, and you spared a glance up at Christian. He was watching you expectantly, never one to be uncomfortable with silence. He gestured for you to speak first.
“Chris, I’m sorry. I wanted to tell you myself, but it never seemed to be the right time.” you started, looking immediately back to your feet as his piercing gaze made you uncomfortable. “I must have accidentally grabbed the wrong jersey this morning.”
You thought back to your frantic search only a few hours earlier, realizing it must have been an old jersey that Mason had changed out of the night before, tossing it carelessly on the closet floor. You couldn’t blame him for the predicament you were in however; there was no way he could have known this would be the result.
The lack of response from Christian began to make you nervous, and you began to shift back and forth on your feet.
“How long?”
You looked up to Christian’s face, and there was no sign of the anger you had nervously expected.
“W-What?”
“How long have you been seeing each other?”
The question caught you off-guard. “Um… the last four months or so. Officially for the last three.”
Christian only nodded in response.
“You’re not mad?”
He just shook his head with a small smile. “No, I just wish you had talked to me about it before I had to see his number on your back instead of mine.”
“I know. I really was planning to, but we’ve both been so busy recently, and it didn’t feel like something I should just mention in passing conversation.” You returned his smile, already feeling slightly more at ease at his calm reaction to the news. “I wanted to be sure this was really serious before we told anyone—especially you, since I knew it might be weird for you.
Christian shook his head at you again. “No, I don’t think it’ll be weird. Mason is a good guy, and if you were gonna date any of my teammates, I would want it to be him.” Your eyes stung slightly with misty tears at Christian’s praise of your boyfriend. It meant the world to you that the two of you had Christian’s blessing.
“Plus, I had pretty much already figured it out,” he stated matter-of-factly with a small shrug.
Your mouth fell open at his words. “Are you serious?”
“I mean, I knew something was going on, but I didn’t know how serious you were.” He laughed at your reaction.
“How did you know?”
“You guys were always busy at the same time when I wanted to hang out, and you’d always give super vague excuses.” You rubbed your hand over your face in embarrassment. “And Mason has always looked at you with this sort of… admiration that he never had toward anyone else. Once you started looking at him the same way I knew something was up.”
You gave Christian a sheepish smile. “I really am sorry you found out this way.”
“Don’t worry about it. I’m happy for you, Y/N.” You stepped toward him, and he pulled you into a tight hug, pressing a gentle kiss to the top of your head.
You felt the weight of the secret you had been keeping for the last couple of months lift off your shoulders. You hated keeping anything from Christian, as you had always told each other everything growing up, but you had felt it was for the best.
Christian finally pulled away from the hug, smiling down at you.
Just as the two of you were about to turn to walk back out to the pitch, Mason entered the tunnel, jogging up to you both.
“Christian, it was completely my idea to keep it a secret. Please don’t be mad at her,” he panted, slightly out of breath, eyes wide as he glanced back and forth between the two of you.
You placed your hand on Mason’s bicep in a reassuring touch, his eyes finally settling on you. “It’s okay. I explained everything to him and… we’re good.” Christian nodded to confirm what you had said.
“Oh, good,” Mason said quietly, and he let out a soft breath—almost a sigh of relief. “Good, good,” he repeated, still trying to rid himself of the nerves.
Christian extended his hand to Mason as a sort of peace offering. “You take care of her, okay?”
Mason nodded, clasping Christian’s hand and pulling him into a hug, patting one another on the back with their free hands.
“And if you ever pull any funny business, I will not hesitate to lay you out,” Christian added as they stepped back from the hug, releasing each other’s hands. “But you already know that.”
Mason gave a short, uneasy laugh at Christian’s not-so-subtle threat, but knew he truly had nothing to worry about. Not because he didn’t trust that Christian would protect you until his dying breath, but because, as he gazed over at you, Mason knew that he would, too. There wasn’t anything he wouldn’t do for you—he was head-over-heels, and he already knew that.
The three of you walked down the tunnel, back toward the pitch to rejoin the crowd of players and loved ones. As you approached the opening, you extended a hand toward Mason, inviting him to interlock his fingers with yours.
Now that Christian knew, you figured it was time that everyone else did, too.
Mason took your arm in his hand instead, pulling your body into him as he wrapped his arm around your middle. He kissed your temple softly, leaning down to mumble into your ear.
“I’d love to get a picture with you, if that’s okay. Wearing my jersey and all.” He allowed his heart to swell with pride again at the sight of you with his name across your back now that the former crisis had been resolved.
You gazed up at him and saw him beaming with contentment. “Of course, Mase,” you spoke softly, returning his smile. “But first, I need to go find Reece and tell him what a twat he is.”

Are you pregnant?
Pairing: Mason Mount x wife!reader
Warnings: sickness, pregnancy test, pregnancy talk.
Summary: When Mason and y/n find out they're pregnant with their baby.
Tumblr media
I had been extremely tired these past few days.
I was tired of the job that I used to love because after my boss left and an idiot took his place and he’s a jerk.
The projects he was making us do are getting bigger and the time shorter and I was exhausted and today he just let me go home earlier because I almost threw up on him that was so discussed that send me home.
Mason was in training and I didn't want to disturb him so I went back alone and decided to stop by the pharmacy and see if I could get some sickness medicine because I hate this feeling.
"Hello, how can I help you?"
"I've been nauseous for a few days and have been vomiting all morning and I'd like some sickness medicine please." She smiles and I was confused. "Is something wrong?"
"Sorry for this but have you had sex in the last few weeks?"
"Oh, uhm yes I have."
"Have you ever considered the possibility that you might be pregnant?" I widened my eyes and at the same time I felt the nausea once again. "I'm sorry I didn't mean to butt in but your symptoms are the same as a pregnant woman."
I haven’t thought about the possibility of being pregnant but now that she mention it all made sense.
The symptoms, the vomiting and my Kate period that I just realized that was late now.
"Where are the pregnancy tests please?" She gives a half smile and takes one and hands it to me.
"This one is the best one of all. There's a bathroom over there if you want to use it." I agreed and walked to the bathroom.
I took the test but I didn't want to find out the answer in a pharmacy bathroom so I put it in the box and after paying I went back to our house.
As I set foot inside the house I could hear laughter and one of them was Mason's, I felt paws on my legs and looked down to see Milo our Golden Retriever puppy jumping on me.
"Baby? What are you doing home?" He asks and comes over to me and his smile disappears as soon as he sees my face. "What's wrong? Are you okay?"
"I am, don't worry."
"Were you crying?"
"It's nothing, I just have stomachache and you know I don't handle pain very well.” He agrees and kisses my forehead. "I'm going upstairs to take a hot bath and try to get some sleep."
"I'm going to ask Ben and Reece to leave and..."
"No need love, I'm going to sleep anyway so you don't have to send them away."
"Fine, but if there's anything let me know, okay?" I agreed and kissed him as I walked up the stairs and being followed by Milo.
The whole time I was in the hot tub, Milo was lying on the floor there with me and when I went to bed he climbed on the bed and laid his head on my belly.
“Do you think there’s a baby in there?” I asked him that close his eyes when I put my hand on his head. “I think you would like to have a brother or a sister.”
He bark in a low tone and went to sleep.
When I woke up it was already 7 o'clock at night so I put on my slippers and went downstairs, the boys were still here as I heard more than one male voice.
"Good night boys."
"Good night Mrs. Mount." Ben jokes and laughs going to hug him.
"Feeling better?" Mase asks and I say just a little. "I made soup."
"Correction, I made soup." Reece says and I laugh.
"Hey, you said you would let me take credit." Mase replies grumpily and they laugh.
"I changed my mind."
"Well thanks for soup Reece." I gave him a kiss on the cheek and started eating and soon I heard my cell phone ring. "Ben can you get it for me please? It's in my purse."
"Yeah, I'll get it." He comes out of the kitchen and takes too long but soon comes back with my phone and a strange face. "Is everything okay?"
"Yeah, I just took a while to find it." He answers awkwardly.
Time went by, Reece had to leave and it was just the three of us until Mason went upstairs to take a shower and as soon as he got out Ben came to my side.
"I need to ask you something and I want you to be honest with me."
"You're scaring me Ben, is everything ok?"
"Are you pregnant?" He asks, and I widen my eyes. "You are, aren’t you?"
"Why are you asking me that?"
"Because I saw the test when I went to get your cell phone."
"Did you see the results?"
"No, I didn't. Did you look at the result?" I silently denied. "Do you want me to look along with you?"
"No, you look I’m scared" He agrees takes the test and looks but I can't decipher his expression. "Ben?"
"It says positive here." He looks at me and at the same time I start to cry.
I didn't know what I was feeling, I didn't know if I was happy or sad or even how Mason would feel because we always joked about having a family but never had a serious conversation about it.
"It's going to be okay, you’re gonna be the best mommy ever" He hugs me from the side and I just cry into his shoulder.
"What happened?" Mason runs up to me and hugs me. "Ben what happened?"
"I'm going home and let you guys talk." He kisses my forehead and just smile at Mason.
"What happened? You're crying, is your stomachache again"
"No, I came home earlier because I spent all morning throwing up and I thought it was because of stress with the big projects I need to finish in an impossible amount of time. So I went to the pharmacy to buy some sickness medicine and I came ou that I’m not sick."
"What's wrong with you then?"
"I'm pregnant Mase."
I felt him go rigid on my side, I really hoped he would stay calm about the situation because if not I would freak out too.
"Pregnant? Are you sure?"
"The test is over there." I pointed to where Ben had left the test.
"How are you feeling?"
"I don't know what to feel."
"Aren't you happy?"
"You know I've always wanted to be a mother but I always thought we'd plan it slow and I'd have time to get used to the fact that I'd be growing a child inside me but it's happening too fast and I'm just not knowing how to handle it." He kneels in front of me and holds my hand.
"Let's make it work okay? We're a team."
"Are you happy?"
"Of course I'm happy my love, there's no one in the world besides you that I wanted to have a family." He cupped my face and cleaned the tears from my eyes with his thumbs. "I love you and our baby so much."
"I love you too."
The next day I called my doctor who made an appointment to confirm the pregnancy but according to her from the symptoms I described it was almost a 100% chance that I was.
Today was the day of the appointment and Mason and I were waiting our turn, there were some other women there and one of them had a big belly and a little blonde girl with her. I noticed that the child kept looking at him but Mason was too distracted to notice.
I called out to her with my hand and she smiled and came running over and hugged his legs, who was startled but smiled as soon as he saw the little girl.
"May I?" He asks her mother who agrees and Mase puts her sitting on his leg.
The two of them stood talking until the doctor called and Mason took Mary back to her mother.
"Good morning Mr. and Mrs. Mount, you can lie down over there." He pointed to the Stretcher. "How are you feeling?"
"I've been pretty nauseous but it's gotten better since yesterday."
"Morning sickness is normal in these first months. Do you feel a lot of tiredness, pain in your body, or even sensitive breasts?"
"Yes, I'm very tired even though I don't do much.”
"Have you been feeling anything worrying?
"No, I think that's everything.”
"All right, I'll lift your shirt and pass this gel so we can do an ultrasound." I lifted up my shirt and she put the cold, clear gel on.
The blurry image appeared and after she showed us where the baby was she asked if we wanted to hear the heart and as soon as we said yes the loud sound filled the room and it was at that very moment that we realized how real it was.

“I couldn't sleep.” With mason mount pls!!
authors' note: here it is, hope you like it, it's supposed to be set right before euros quali, so right now lmao.
MASON MOUNT X READER:
You opened one eye and the other and saw Mason already awake, sat up and scrolling on his phone, with netflix in the background.
"Good morning" you said, cuddling up to him.
"Did I wake you up? Sorry I didn't think the tv was that loud."
"Don't worry about it. What time is it?"
"Almost five."
"Which means you have a flight in less than four hours."
"I guess"
"What are you doing?"
"Couldn't sleep" he mumbles, then quickly changes topic "What do you think of those long distance touch bracelets?"
"The ones that light up? I guess they're cute." you said, confused.
"You want one? I mean, two but I would have the other."
"If you feel like buying it, sure, but you'd have to take it off everytime you play anyway and knowing me I would probably lose it, I don't know if it's practical."
"Yeah you're right…" he says, looking a little lost. Then he takes his phone in his hands again and starts searching for something.
"What about a necklace then?"
"What is this about?"
"I want to get you a gift?"
"Is that a question?"
"No, I want to get you a gift."
"Why?"
"Cause I want to be a good boyfriend."
"You already are and you know I don't like you spending money on me."
"It's nothing I can't afford."
You smile "I know, you arrogant pretty rich boy."
He smiles back, kissing your forehead "At least I'm pretty."
"But seriously, I wanna give you something."
"Give me a kiss" you say and he gives you a quick kiss, still looking unsure.
"I feel like I should give you something, since I'm leaving today and all, you know to apologize…"
"Mase this is your job we're talking about. I don't want you to apologize cause you're playing for England, this is a good thing!"
"Yeah I know." he sighs "But everything is going to be more intense as the Euros start. Seeing each other is going to be more difficult and I already know I'll be stressed. I think it's unfair to you."
You smile and tell him "Come here." so that he's laying in your arms instead of sitting up.
You gently starts running a hand through his hair. "Mase look at me, I knew what I was getting into when I started dating you, and I have to say it's kind of worth it."
"Just kind of?" he laughs
"We'll see. There's one thing I want from you: I want you focusing on the game, giving it your all as you always do and I'll be there, waiting and proud. Always."
He looks up at you with the biggest smile and slightly wet eyes.
"I love you Y/n." he says.
"I love you too Mason, now sleep." you answer, kissing his temple as he hugs you tighter, already yawning.

want one? -c.pulisic
pairing: Christian pulisic x fem!reader
warnings: fluff + baby fever + minor errors
a/n: since my last Christian work got shadowbanned I hope this one doesn’t 🤞🏻inspired by this video
Tumblr media
Avery crawls across the floor, Christian sits on the other end patting the carpet cheering words of encouragement for the seven month old.
“come on, Avery! come see uncle Chris.” his mouth hasn’t left a smile since you arrived to Florida a couple hours ago. the second you got to his sisters house your boyfriend has not left his nieces side. needless to say, he’s obsessed with her, and how could one not be? her rolls, eyes, and smile were just all too precious it was easy to get wrapped around her finger.
“good girl!” Christian cheers watching her plop into his lap, he holds one of her toys in his hands, and her little fingers are reaching up trying to bring it to her mouth.
“I can’t believe how big she’s gotten.” you turn to devyn, the most gorgeous mother and Christian’s sister. she nods in agreement watching her big brother play peek a boo with her daughter. the giggles of them both echo around the house.
“they grow up so fast, before you know it she’s kicking a soccer ball around.” devyn chuckles watching Christian’s ears perk up, he picks his head up from the infant, a big happy smile.
“she’s going to play soccer?” he breathed out, almost ready to choke up. he was sure Avery would get into horses considering it was his sisters thing, but never once did he doubt she’d introduce her to the first love of his life— the game of footy.
“you act surprised! she’s got some pulisic genes in her, I’m sure she’ll be just as good as her uncle.” Devyn watches him pick up Avery pressing soft kisses against her skin and he mumbles some words you both can’t make out.
“maybe even better.” you chuckle saying it to just her. you can’t help but feel a certain way watching Christian interact with Avery. he’s always spoiled the little one from across the seas, but being in person with him and her is different. he’s so in love and wrapped around her finger you can’t help but imagine how he would be with one of his own.
“thinking about one?” she whispers, shoulder bumping into yours snapping you from your thoughts. you almost can’t help, but blush a little nodding. you’ve been with christian for a long enough time that children and marriage came up a lot, but the timing was never right. now seeing him with kids, maybe the best time was now.
“can’t help but think about it.” you sigh sinking further into the couch cushions allowing your ovaries to go into overdrive watching him lay on his stomach, feet kicking in the air watching the little girl play with her interactive toy.
“I know he wants one with you, it’s all he ever talks about to me now.” she gets up from the couch as Avery began to fuss a little. she goes off taking her daughter into another room leaving you both in the living room. in some way, you think the little girl knows there’s an important conversation needing to be held.
“she’s so freaking cute, y/n.” he moves to sit next to you, hand resting on your thigh, “I want one.” he whispers carefully watching your response. he knows what you’re about to say, he knows it’s not the right time, and he’s willing to wait. you’re the only one he wants to carry his children.
“I know, me too.” you whisper resting your head against his shoulder, “when can we start?” your words catch him by surprise. you hear his breath hitch a little watching him shift against you.
“y/n, be serious with me.” he says, you sit up off of him giving him a look that he knows you’re being for real. he laughs nervously half unexpectedly because he wasn’t expecting that response, “now? you want to start now?”
“whenever you’re ready, pulisic we can start.”

… “BUT, WHAT IF IT’S POSITIVE?” [Y/N] stressed with furrowed eyebrows, her lips trembling as she felt tears welling inside her eyes. She looked at her boyfriend of five years, her wide doe eyes tinted with dread. The pair have talked about wanting kids and settling down, but at this point in her life she wasn't ready—or that’s what she thought, according to Christian.
Her heart palpitated, feeling her chest squeezing her lungs making it hard for her to breathe for a second. Blood rushed through her ears and she closed her eyes, her trembling hands hiding her flushed face.
She felt his warm calloused hands on her arms, gently rubbing her delicate skin before pulling her hands away from her face. Christian’s eyes softened, his hand drifting at the side of her neck as his thumb brushed her jaw. “Then we’ll deal with it, baby. Hey, positive or not, I’m not leaving you,” he reassured, caressing her cheek and removing a few hair strands away from her face.
[Y/N] clenched her jaw and she let out a breath she didn’t know she was holding. Her heart was still beating furiously inside her chest and she wondered if her heart would combust at any second. His words seemed to cease some of her turmoil, but the pit of her stomach prickled and nagged her insides which made her let out a shaky sigh.
She nodded—mostly to herself. She rested a hand on Christian’s bicep before turning her head to the counter, watching the stick with anticipation. Two minutes, she repeated, like a mantra inside her head.
[Y/N] rested her head on his chest as his hands rubbed her back comfortably while they waited. Hearing his heartbeat fastening made her stomach contract into a tight ball. A pulse stabbed her throat, making her swallow painfully as her eyes were glued to her phone, watching the countdown.
After what seemed like an eternity, [Y/N] heard her phone chime and she slightly jumped at the loud noise. Christian went to turn off her phone and turned his body towards her, a curve of a smile resting on his handsome features. “You ready?” he asked, his voice gentle.
Her breath grew thin and she chewed on her bottom lip, a habit borne out of relentless worrying that pierced at her from the insides. She gave him a small smile, her expression turning into a frown. “Yeah, I think so.” she croaked out, mentally cursing herself at her sudden state. Guilt gnawed at her skin and she looked at her boyfriend—who seemed to handle it pretty well than her.
Christian held her hand, and the pair slowly walked towards the pregnancy test that was placed on the marble counter of their sink. The buzzing inside her head filled every crack of her brain, searing through every bone. A searing pain engulfed through her skull, making her grimace. “I’m here, baby.” she could hear him softly repeating the words inside her ears.
[Y/N]’s eyes slowly trailed down at the stick, a wave of anxiety battling against her chest. It was as if the walls converged, swallowing her whole. She let out a strangled sob, her glistening eyes staring at the two marks. “Oh, my god.” She managed to let out, words stumbling out of her lips.
“It’s…positive.” Christian breathed, his lips curving unknowningly as he held the stick with his hands. His stomach swarmed with butterflies, feeling his heart stuttering against his chest. He turned to look at his girlfriend, his eyes softening at her state.
“Oh, I’m so scared, Chris.” her voice quivered, lips trembling like a child before she let her body take over. She exposed her vulnerability from beneath and cried into his chest, not wanting to look at the pregnancy stick.
“Oh, sweetheart.” Christian cooed with a fond expression, his furrowed eyebrows creating lines on his forehead as he took her into his arms. A tug at his heartstrings made him release a breath he didn’t know he was holding. His rough hands tucked away some hair away from her face, rubbing her warm skin with a teary smile.
“Deep breaths, sweetheart. Can you do that for me?” Christian asked in a calming tone, his voice engulfing inside her eardrums.
[Y/N] watched him through her glossy eyes, her tears blurring her vision, but she managed to see him taking a deep breath for her to follow. She felt his hands massaging the sides of her neck whilst trying to let out a breath.
I can do this. I got this. Thoughts consumed her, glued to her brain as she took slow deep breaths. The stuttering against her heart ceased, along with the dark cloud that prickled and gnawed at her chest. She loudly exhaled, feeling her knot at her shoulders loosen in the process.
“You’re doing so great, baby. I’m so proud of you.” Christian gushed, a dimpled smile etched into his handsome features. He planted a chaste kiss on her damp forehead.
[Y/N] rested a hand on his bicep, sinking into his loving affectionate touch. She nodded, sniffling before opening her eyes. Her doe-eyes were met with his soft ones, gazing at her fondly.
She knew at that moment, with determination and love in his eyes, they were going to be okay. Her mouth formed into a genuine smile, her face glistening from the lights above. “It’s gonna be okay.”

Daddy’s girl
Pairing: Mason Mount x Mom!reader
Warnings: just fluff.
Summary: you and Mason decided it was time to take baby Olivia to her first Chelsea game and it goes better than the expected.
Tumblr media
Today would be the first time we would take Olivia to see Mason playing.
She had gone when I was pregnant and once and then I stopped going because of my difficult pregnancy and after she was born I stared getting a lot of hate online saying horrible things about the baby so we decides that we were taking her when she could walk by herself.
And today is the day.
Mason was already at the stadium and I would go along with his family who were downstairs waiting for us.
"Are you excited to see daddy?" As soon as I mention Mason she gets up and starts jumping on the bed "I guess that’s a yes."
I finished putting on her Jersey with the Mount and the number 19 on the back, she was wearing her Chelsea uniform and her little Nike air.
"We need to pin your hair up." I spoke to her but Olivia was distracted playing with Mason’s socks she had found on the bed. "My God you really are his daughter."
I've made two buns on her and took her on my lap down the stairs to find his family already waiting for us.
"I'm sorry it took so long, she have Mason’s energy."
"No problem honey you have you and mini Mase to dress up." His mother smiles at us leaving the house.
I went in the car with his parents and we were driven to where we were going to watch the game but right at the entrance Olivia saw a huge picture of Mason and she ran screaming “daddy” and hugged herself to the wall. The scene was the cutest thing in the world and it was a shame that I couldn't record it and show it to him later.
When the players entered the field and the big screen was showing them, Olivia screamed as soon as she saw her father.
The game was wonderful and Chelsea won it, Olivia spent much of the time screaming and every time the screen showed Mason she celebrated seeing him and the people watching us probably knew she was his daughter since some of them started to take pictures or record us.
After we were free we went to the field, Olivia was on my lap super excited to see everyone including some of her football uncles as I like to call them.
"Look there baby is Uncle Kai, go give him a big hug." She laughed and ran over to him since she hadn't found Mason yet.
"Hi love." He says hugging me from behind.
"Oh my god Mason you scared me." He laughs and I turn to him. "You were amazing I’m so proud of you."
"Thank you." He kisses me. "Where's Oli?"
"She went to give Kai a hug." I pointed to her on his lap and a few other players along making her laugh.
Her relationship with Kai was funny because Olivia was a miniature of Mason, super energetic and likes to talk to everyone and Kai was serious most of the time and not the most affectionate person when it comes to physical touch.
"Olivia." At the same time he calls out and even with all the noise she somehow seems to hear and cracked the biggest smile when she saw him. "Hey baby girl."
"Daddy." She shouts as he picks her up on his lap.
"Did you have fun?" she agrees and he puts her on his shoulders.
I took some pictures of her on his shoulder and lap and then some of them playing with the ball.
"The guys are going out for dinner to celebrate the win, do you want to go?" He asks. "Some of their girlfriend’s are going."
"We can go yes but can you take me somewhere I can change her? This uniform of her smells like horrible and she didn't even play." He laughs.
"I need to shower and get change so I'll take advantage of that and give her a bath in the locker room."
"Alright, let’s say goodbye to your family and I'll separate some clean clothes for her."
We said goodbye to his family and Mason went with Olivia to the locker room, I separated an outfit for her and I obviously wasn't going to go in and risk seeing things I shouldn't have so I knocked on the door and Ben opened it.
“Is everything ok?" He asked worriedly.
"Yeah it's just that Mason is giving Oli a sower so we can go out and meet up with you guys and I wanted to ask someone to give him her clothes."
"Why didn’t you come in?"
"Because I don't want to see your things." He laughs and yells asking if anyone was naked and since they said no I went in. "The only one who might be naked is Mason but considering you have a daughter with him at least once you saw him naked."
I rolled my eyes at his comment and soon Mason let me know she was ready and handed her to me, he went to shower and I was drying and dressing her. When she was dry and in her diaper she got up from the bench and started running after Reece and Christian.
"Oli come back here."
"No." She ran and stretched her arms out to Kai’s who grabbed her in his lap and she hid in his neck.
"Are you hungry?" At the same time she gives me a quick look and I swear I've never seen a little girl as hungry as this one. "Where we're having dinner they have that pasta you like.”
She quickly holds out her hands to me and Kai laughs at how quickly she comes onto my lap. I dressed her I a white blouse and some leggings and a coat that Ben gave it to her.
"Mason I'm going to wait with Oli in the cafeteria."
"Okay love I'm just finishing up and I'll meet you guys there.”
Me, Olivia and a few more of the boys left with me and we went to the cafeteria to wait until Mason was ready to go to dinner.
Dinner was great and right after we ate Oli fell asleep and is sleeping until now, she spent the whole time jumping from lap to lap until she stopped at Mason's where she didn't let go of him and now we are going to the car with her on his lap.
"Wow you don't know how amazing today was." He comments smiling. "Oli went to her first game, we won and I am the luckiest guy in the world to share life with you."
"I'm glad you enjoyed it and Oli loved it." I put the bags on her in the backseat as he adjusts her in the car seat. "You know that giant picture of you outside the stadium?"
"I do."
"I couldn't record it because it all happened so fast but Oli as soon as she saw it ran out screaming daddy and hugged the wall." He laughed and left a little kiss on her forehead and covered her with her binky.
"You have no idea how much I love this little girl." He says starting the car and beginning to drive towards our house.
"She loves you too, every time you appeared on the screen she screamed and clapped her hands calling for you."
"Thank you for taking her today, it meant a lot to me." He takes my hand and leaves a kiss on the top of my hand.” I know it’s not easy to have a public life and I really appreciate you so much for loving me and doing all those sacrifices for our family. And I also know that it was not easy to take her today because now people know how she looks but I really love it, so thank you.
"No need to thank me, you know I would do anything for you." He smiles and we went home after this amazing day.
